I ordered online which was really easy and convenient. The food tasted exactly like food from Dominos always tastes. The dough for the medium pepperoni and jalapeno pizza was thinner than normal for it being a hand tossed. The bacon topping for our other pizza wasn't added even though I had paid for it. Delivery was fast for it being on a Tuesday night at dinner time. The delivery driver was so nice and professional.

WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Ordered a medium pizza that came out to $20 (witch is already highway robbery) but the next day when my bank cleared the transaction they somehow added $5, so my bank card was charged $25. Called the store and tried to see if they would fix it but they said they'd get back to me and that was 3 days ago. I also emailed corporate however they said they couldn't do anything since it's a privately owned store. Better off getting a slice from the the local pizza shop across the street.

Finally reached a human being at 9:47 p.m. They offered to resend the pizza. That's just perfect. I canceled the order. Never again will I order from them.

Go somewhere else. On Sunday, May 21st, I ordered one medium pizza at 2330 through the phone. The female on the phone said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got to the shop at 2340 and they had already locked up. I stood there until midnight like a fool hoping maybe the female was in the restroom. I never got my pizza. I felt very disrespected. The shop should update its hours because they close long before midnight.

Do not order from this Dominos if you can avoid it. Spoke with Daniel Rodriguez (Assistant Store Manager) who was very rude to me over the phone. I wanted to order the 2 for 5.99 pizzas through the app, but the app wasn’t working and forced me to call the store. I told him I wanted to do this deal and he told me the deal wasn’t in his system. Instead of listening to me, he repeated the available coupons over and over again instead of looking for a way to solve the issue. If your app has a deal and your apps not working, should you not honor that deal? He was very aggressive over the phone and said no one else was available to speak to (no one??) and when I told him I’d wait to speak with someone else he kept asking me what do you want to order?? And then when he finally took my order he told me he couldn’t take my card over the phone and could only do cash because his system wasn’t working (how do you not already know that??). And then he hung up on me. Great experience!

They gave away a 150$ order and when I show up and they tell me someone already took it they don’t even apologize for their oversight of not asking for a name when just giving the pizzas away. No offer to make it right. After fighting for a refund I am trying to use the credit they gave me and they hung up on me three separate times. Seriously doubt I’ll be getting pizza here for a while. No matter how convenient it was.

After an hour I called and spoke to a woman working there who told me that my driver had just left and it would be about 15 min because they were understaff. At 8:30 pm I decided to drive the 5 mins to get to the dominos and discovered my order had never been taken off the shelf. When I asked about my order the taller gentleman in a black shirt told me we can take it off or make you another…no apology…no customer service. Last time I order from here.

And employees by the name of carlos who at first claimed to be the manager refused to give me his name after multiple times of asking then a women by the name of Anna hops on the call and says that it is my fault my order was not delivered because the driver supposedly came and no one was here even as stayed earlier we are in a group of 20 people easily visible stated my phone only had 1% battery and that we would be by the ONLY WATER FOUNTAIN which has a physical address on google. My dominos tracker stated 8:03pm delivery it is now 8:40pm they never delivered it. The unprofessional Anna the store manager has 0 clue how to speak to a customer and needs training unfortunately somethings are overlooked in the hiring and training process which I hope this review makes it to corporate! Anna only solution was to deliver my cold pizzas and hour late with 0 discounts or cancel my order! What a joke of management!

They should be 5 star because how late they are open for but I've been placed on hold for about 30 minutes and Slightly feel like I was forgotten about. I will definitely update the there rating if someone remembers they placed me on hold.
