Food is always fresh hot and delicious. They have some of the best burgers in baton rouge hands down. The beef you can tell isn’t a cheap greasy grade. The price is a non-factor because the quality matches it. The employees are consistently friendly, helpful, and provide great customer service. Love this place, I hope they stay in business forever. I definitely plan on continuing to support. I would love to try other menu items but the burgers are so darn good. Definitely better than burger smith and 5 guys.

Don't go through the drive through expecting a fast food delivery. This is not fast food, it's good food, it takes longer! We come here almost once a week. Everything is delicious and the service is always great! Gotta love a friendly person in the foods service industry, it's getting rare!

Really impressed by this place. I drive a large delivery truck, got here bout 8:00 this morning, and found out that drive thru was the only thing opened. Before I had chance to leave the manager came out and asked us if we wanted to come in to eat. (Really impressed) Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, it was great. The staff were very friendly and nice. It's the kind of attitude you find at newly opened restaurants, not those that have been around for over 5 years. Will definitely be back.

I always stop here on my lunch break. Everything I’ve tried has been BOMB. The staff are always so sweet and friendly. The avocados are always perfectly ripe (specific I know, but I’m iffy ordering avocado anywhere cause they’re underripe and gross!) The burger buns??? Omg. The seasoning on the fries?? To die for. Adore this place!

Young lady at the counter was fantastic. She asked if this was our first time and upon confirmation she made sure we knew this was a family owned restaurant-counter style and made to order. We got the Caesar chicken wrap which was delicious and she AND the chef came out to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Very nice touch. You will enjoy this place.

I was on my way to work and didn't pack a dinner, so I pulled in the drive-through hoping to grab just a salad. I assumed I'd have to special order a vegetarian salad like everywhere else in this meat-loving state, but lo and behold, they had an avocado salad with no meat. I was also informed that they had a grilled veggie wrap available, which isn't on the menu but can be requested. OMG, that wrap was SO DELICIOUS and filling!!! Aside from a falafel platter at a food truck, this was THE TASTIEST vegetarian take-out I have found in Baton Rouge. I never expected such a flavorful plant-based option from a blatantly meat-forward restaurant, lol... Service was phenomenal, too! To the owner/manager: ADVERTISE your veggie options. There are lots of herbivores in town that would love to know about them! 😀

This is the best "fast food" burger I've ever had. The chilli cheese fries and fried okra are great sides. The food is always super hot and made to order. Everyone who works there is always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.

Ordered the kids meal to get a sample size of burger and fries due to my bad luck in finding good quality burgers and fries in the Baton Rouge area. When I tell you the 5 star reviews reflect how good the burgers and fries were, it is not even an exaggeration. The young lady who prepared my food made it hot and fresh. I wanted to go back for seconds but I stopped myself and decided I would visit another day. 😁 Update: Went through the drive-thru and the gentleman handed me a receipt to sign with request for a tip request. I asked him when did they start implementing this. He stated 1-2 months ago. I told him I've came through a few times and he's the first one to do it. He mentioned that the other c employees should be doing this. I've never of all my life been ask to sign a receipt while at a drive thru 🤔

I absolutely love Bull Chick's. This is not your typical fast food. They have a large selection of burgers and sides and plenty of unique and interesting meals, like my personal favorite - the Spicy Meatlovers Burger with Garbage Fries 😋 Pair that with a clean interior, the cleanest restrooms (I am always impressed with how well-kept the restrooms are), and consistent friendly service, and you've got one of the best burger places in Baton Rouge. ❤️ Keep up the great work, ladies and gents!

This was the most pleasant trip I’ve had here not saying the others weren’t but the cashier was both professional & courtesy. Very good food for being a "fast-food" restaurant. We had the spicy meat lovers burger and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and they were both amazing! Their is only a few things that could have made our experience better; the cashier didn't help much when we asked her to describe different items on the menu. Also, most of the tables were dirty, not filthy but I had to wipe off the crumbs from out table before we sat. Otherwise it is a cool little restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. If your in the area I recommend trying it.

Food is great, staff is friendly, they just need to tighten up front of house a little bit. It was well past the lunch rush and out of sweet tea and straws. Every table had crumbs. Forgot the dipping sauce. Cashiers just need to make regular checks of the dining area in between customers. That said, it was cleaner than most places, food was good, and everyone was super friendly. Take care of those nitpicks and it's 5 stars.

The food was good and the service was stellar. For the first time in a long time, everyone in the restaurant had a smile on their face...when they served you, when they were taking your order or when they are in the back cooking. The place was clean, I wouldn't call it surgically clean. If you've got a hankering for some good food, at a decent price, served by great people.... I would give it a try.

I don't go out to eat often and I've had a lot of cheap burgers in the past. This was not that. I thought Five Guys was great, but this place is pretty darn good too. Pig, beef, and chicken all perfectly cooked and on the same sandwich. I was quite pleased by the flavor and quality. I would definitely go there again for a burger. I consider this place to be fairly affordable for the portion sizes. The garbage fries are a little high though, but that's just my opinion. Update 2025: I'm still impressed. The chicken on the wrap was cooked to perfection and was absolutely tender. I usually will never order chicken because it's often kinda tough at other places but this restaurant cooks it so well. I went a few more times and I do have another update. When it comes to the chicken, they don't always season it or season it well, so you have to rely on the flavor from the spicy sauce, for example, which is disappointing because I got the chicken wrap and it was well seasoned but the next time and the time I got the spicy chicken sandwich, it was bland. And I'm not the most enthusiastic about the amount of meat on both. Didn't really satisfy my chicken craving.

Bullchicks has really great fast food, but it's not always fast. You wait in line for a while especially near peak times. They get your order right most of the time. They do upcharge every little addition so it is pricier for fast food.

This eatery is a little unusual but in a good sense. You are able to mix chicken and beef into one meal which I have not seen at any eatery before. In terms of a “Hamburger”. The food is really great but a little on the pricey side. Everything is made to order and the portions leave you very satisfied. The facility is very clean and the employees are also very nice but I’m confused at why I never hear or see any marketing for this establishment.

Good food, great prices! I got the spicy bulldog & the spicy fries. Hot dog came with peppers, ketchup and mustard. Fries were waffle fries coated in spices. Serving size is filling. Customer service was fast and kind.

Wow. This was an unexpected experience. I was craving a turkey burger and I googled restaurants in the area and I came across Bull Chicks. When I arrived, I was a bit apprehensive because there were no cars in the parking lot. The gentleman taking my order, CHRIS, was outstanding. He needs to be in Management if he isn't already. His animated personality turned a $10 meal into a $53 ticket. 1) Turkey Burger combo 2) Bacon Cheeseburger combo 3) Side of Onion Rings 4) Lemon Pepper Wings - The Best I've ever had! I will be back tomorrow for more of the wings! Those are the 'glows' now here is the 'grow' and the only reason the food didn't receive a 5-star review... the meat on the bacon cheeseburger was not cooked thoroughly. It wasn't medium well nor was it well done it was more of a medium, pink on the inside.

I enjoyed my food, but I had a few issues. I'd heard Bull Chicks was pricey, but I was in the mood for wings and the menu states that they come with toast and fries and I figured the price was fine considering. I ordered 14 wings, 7 lemon pepper and 7 garlic. They were hot and fresh tasting with good size. The sauces were good, though I think other places do them a little better. My order did not come with fries or toast, and granted I ordered through doordash, so I imagine it's possible that my driver swiped them, but everything came wrapped up together so I sort of doubt it. I ordered a spicy chicken burger for my brother, and to both of our surprise the meat on the burger was a processed chicken patty similar to what you'd see at Subway or on a $1 McDonald's Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I really don't think I should have to read the fine print at a restaurant like this just to get a decent piece of meat. Now, despite my brother's reaction to it, he told me the burger was actually really, really good. So there's that. I would probably eat here again, it was good but not great which puts the pricing in question.

I've never gotten an avocado burger with so little avocado on it. The burger was tasty. The spicy sauce was not added as I requested on the first mishandled order. The food there is okay if you're in a hurrt. I don't get the fries there anymore because they are too salty.

Quality of the food and the services definitely fallen off in the recent months. You can stop by on one Saturday when it was supposed to be open, doors were closed and locked with no explanation. Don't know if it was because of lack of ability to get capable help, but needs improvement

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years but these inflated prices are extreme. A burger combo and a single burger was nearly $30. A suggestion would be to give customers rewards or punchcard or something 🤔

The food was good prepare hot, however the portion size for the money is ridiculous. I got 5pc wings, fries and drink. My boyfriend got chicken wrap fries and drink $30.00. (Ouch). The wings was so little the were like drummets and the wrap could be bigger. I really like the food, but it's not worth the money for fast food or the quantity.

We visited today for lunch. I ordered the fried shrimp wrap with waffle fries and a drink. My daughter ordered the bbq burger meal. We ate inside the restaurant. We noticed that the floor was very sticky. Some tables were not clean and the trash was full. The bathroom was clean. The fried shrimp wrap was like eating fried breading in a tortilla. I couldn't identify one whole shrimp.The waffle fries were good. My daughter enjoyed the burger and it had a lot of cheese it just was not fully melted. The quality of the food was not worth the money.

I had the boneless Buffalo wings with ranch and fries. Not impressed with the boneless wings at all as they were on par with what you get at Hunt's Brothers in any gas station. Waffle fries were good. The ranch was good for dipping. It's a pass for me and should be for you too.

Not very impressed with our To-Go order… the food was ok, nothing special… we ordered chicken strips, kids grilled cheese, wings and fries, bacon burger, a muffin, and some funnel cake fries. Went there today, drive thru was slow, spent $32 for 14 wings and they forgot the fries. Wings are tasty but small. This place is overpriced and drive thru is consistently slow. Putting it on my pass list for awhile.

Ordered my food online at 12:30 with a pick up time of 12:50. I did not receive my order until 1:18. When I went inside to check on my order the worker did not finish the rest of my order because they “did not know it was ready”. Not sure what that meant but absolutely unacceptable. Honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. I have visited this place 3 times and every single time the service has been subpar and delayed. I’m not one to write a business off after one time but this has been every time for me. So absolutely would not recommend.

Charged me for cheese on both burgers and neither one had cheese. Then the combo “bacon” burger had no bacon on it. Also gave no straws.

I feel conflicted with this review. Let me start with the service. It was pretty good. The man at the front counter was attentive and was helping me figure out what I wanted to eat. At the end, he came by to ask how the food was, which we will get to in a moment, but I like that he was still attentive even after taking the order. As I went to clear my table, he told me I could leave it there and he would get it for me. The atmosphere was okay as far as aestheic (it's super casual). I was expecting the colors inside were going to be just as vibrant as they are on their online menu and branding, but that's not a real concern for a lot of people. What got me was the hostile undertones when some of the staff spoke to one another. You can tell that one person wasn't very fond of the other, or he was just easily agitated. 🤷 but it was a bit off-putting. Note: I had a modification to my order where I changed out the cheese for liquid cheese. The front counter guy told the kitchen guy several times in front of me, and he confirmed it was going to be liquid cheese. When I got my food, it was shredded cheese. When the front counter guy told the kitchen guy it needed to be corrected, the kitchen guy said something to the effect of "You didn't tell me that. I was trying to tell you something else." Idk. It was weird. Lastly, the food. I got the Chipotle bacon ranch sandwich. No flavor. Period. Idk where they source their ingredients from, but even the bacon didn't have flavor. I legit got worried I had covid or something (but I could taste my coke and the kinda-not-so-great liquid cheese.) I'm sure this was a one-off flook or something judging by the other reviews on here. Anyway... if I were to give one piece of advice: don't get the liquid cheese. It will ruin whatever you put on it (in this case, my fries).

The love/hate relationship I have with Bullchicks needs to be studied because there’s no way everytime I come here I always leave missing something if not being over charged. Today I went there and got a 9 piece boneless with the spicy fries as a side, the lady at the window asked me if I wanted the spicy dipping sauce yet still didn’t give it to me but charged me for it and yes she didn’t give me any ranch either, something has got to give

I was disappointed in our first visit here. I ordered boneless BBQ wings, to which there was very little sauce—I used my own BBQ sauce at home to make it close to what I ordered. I also ordered an order of “Parmesan fries”, and there was maybe two small pinches of cheese. Not worth the price!

Food quality was decent for the price. Don't bother ordering ahead, I arrived on time for my online order and went through the drive thru. Waited for another 20 mins for a drive thru order right before me (sure, understandably I guess) then when I came to the window, they asked me to pull up to reserved parking to wait another 5-10 minutes while they served another 2 cars behind me. If my order said it was ready, why didn't they have the person before me pull to reserved? I asked why it took so long and they said it was because the fried cheesecake needed to be thawed. When I checked the cheesecake a minute later, the outside was definitely not fresh warm and not piping hot. My wrap was greasy and impossible not making a mess. Huge disappointment for the time I spent waiting.

I ordered a shrimp philly, and received wet bread with salad shrimp on it. The meal cost me 18 dollars. That was my first and last trip to this place. I wish I could post the picture if I wasn't on my way out of town. I would have taken it back. It wasn't even worth eating.

It’s okay! I wasn’t impressed, but it’s eatable! They forgot to put my desert in the bag. Also none of the items I ordered where dressed properly. I got two hamburgers and one hot dog. None of them came with what I ordered. The hamburgers came in a brown bag and not sealed properly. When I went back in to ask for what they didn’t put in my bag some of the worker weren’t actually working, so it’s a little annoying to know that me “a paying customer was inconvenienced to make room for their gossip. I didn’t even bother to bring up what was wrong with my order … I’m just never going back there again. To be honest I wish I would have went to Wendy’s instead. I was just trying something new. However, In Theory, if the service was better and more consistent… I can see how this place might actually be decent. And to leave this on a more positive note I will say that their onion rings are really good 👍! But the cookies - just save your money they are dry as hell.

Nothing special but the main reason I’m giving it 2 star is I ordered a meal and cookie. The person taking my order didn’t let me know the paper she put the cookie in was open on 3 sides. I was thinking it’s a normal cookie bag where there is only 1 opening. Needless to say when I picked the “bag” up the cookie fell out on the countertop. I asked for another because I explained I had know idea what had been on the counter top and they should warn people about its not a bag. That is what it is…. This part is the 2 star reason: Then the cook asked the person what was wrong with the cookie she told him it dropped on the countertop and I didn’t want it because the reason I gave earlier. So the cook puts it back in the cookie case to sale later. I asked for a cup since I bought a meal. They gave me cup only to tell me after I fill it up that the drink didn’t come with the meal deal. I’m like really what meal deal doesn’t come with a drink. What gets me is my meal was done so I felt like he was waiting to see if I will pay for my drink before giving me my food. I literally paid $27.84 for a 7 piece wing meal, drink and cookie. I left a tip when I ordered but wouldn’t have after that ordeal and you charge me for drink but didn’t give me my ranch that comes with the meal. I won’t be back anytime soon or ever.

I specifically asked for a five piece boneless wings, spicy waffle fries and three spicy ranches and I got five bone in wings regular regular fries and no ranch at all. This is my second time coming here. I really cannot understand what’s going on.

ONE OF MY FAVS BUT THEY CHANGED!!! I went from eating here weekly! UNTIL 1.The prices are WAY TOO HIGH for what you get! (I know things went up but come on now) 2. No one ever picks up the phone and it forces you to order online( WHICH CHARGES A HIGHER FEE) Service is usually good and the food too but the prices dont match the food $50 bucks for two people at a fast food place is crazy trying to keep it local mom and pops but its hard! Im not sure if its new owners or not(the old owners used to always be in there! coming from someone whos been eating since before the pickles Well since the owners don't care about their loyal long time customers I have lowered my rating

I ordered a burger from the Bull Chicks on Coursey Blvd, in Baton Rouge. Not only was my order wrong the first time, but the new burger only had a half of patty on the bun. My time, and money was clearly wasted here. If I could give this place, and the lunchtime employees, zero stars, I definitely would. As a longtime customer, I would never recommend coming to this place ever again!

I have been coming here for years and the food and service have gone down lately. We ate there today and the food was not cooked the way I wanted it and the bun was messed up. I only wanted my onions cooked very hard. My burger was in pieces on the bun. I sent the first burger back and they remade it with the broken burger. The fries had too much seasoning making them too hot to eat. When I told the server about my food he laughed. This was one of my favorite places to eat and now I don’t even want to go back.
