Somewhere, in a review, I read that this place is "definitely not family-friendly." Nonsense dictated by kind souls stuck in their comfort zones. Orazio is a corner of my personal Marassi-San Fruttuoso food triangle, consisting of Da Norma - Borgo Incrociati - Trattoria; Gomez - Corso Sardegna - Pizza by the slice; Bar Sport - Via Ferreggiano - Sandwiches. The sandwiches, in fact, are delicious and always different because you can choose the toppings on the spot. The atmosphere is homey, and I've personally stopped there very often with my three children, to eat and sometimes to watch a game, and I've always encountered the kindness and helpfulness that made me feel at home. If, after reading this, you pass by Marassi and don't eat a sandwich at Orazio, you're not someone capable of seizing the opportunities life offers you. Did you know? 😅
