Orazio ... what can I say, an institution in Marassi ... excellent selection of beers and don't miss trying a hamburger or a sausage sandwich, you won't be disappointed.

I stumbled upon it by chance for breakfast on business. Huge selection of croissants (really beautiful and delicious). Excellent coffee, and a lovely, welcoming place. A great way to start the day!
A peaceful atmosphere and impeccable service. A perfect place to grab a quick coffee or to hang out and make new friends.
Somewhere, in a review, I read that this place is "definitely not family-friendly." Nonsense dictated by kind souls stuck in their comfort zones. Orazio is a corner of my personal Marassi-San Fruttuoso food triangle, consisting of Da Norma - Borgo Incrociati - Trattoria; Gomez - Corso Sardegna - Pizza by the slice; Bar Sport - Via Ferreggiano - Sandwiches. The sandwiches, in fact, are delicious and always different because you can choose the toppings on the spot. The atmosphere is homey, and I've personally stopped there very often with my three children, to eat and sometimes to watch a game, and I've always encountered the kindness and helpfulness that made me feel at home. If, after reading this, you pass by Marassi and don't eat a sandwich at Orazio, you're not someone capable of seizing the opportunities life offers you. Did you know? 😅
One of the few bars open all night on weekends, with the possibility for those who are not satisfied with croissants and cappuccino, to have a sandwich or tramezzino made on the spot, good coffee, friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality/price ratio
The quality of the sandwiches is truly remarkable, the idea of being able to decide what to put inside the sandwich is great, and this ensures that the sandwiches are always fresh and fragrant.
Very good Top Sandwiches. Friendly and nice staff. Frequented by locals for sure, but I assure you, anyone who knows Orazio will definitely stop by for a fantastic sandwich. It's a little lacking in cleanliness, but otherwise it's top.

A historic place in Genoa, the sandwiches are amazing!! And the staff is kind and very professional. I go there often and it's always a pleasure, even just to grab a coffee and chat with the barista!

The young, very welcoming and attentive staff serve fresh, high-quality food in a charming setting, even for those who aren't big fans of sports. The atmosphere, in addition to being reminiscent of sports with all the typical equipment (snowshoes, ski poles, bicycle, Subbuteo table, etc.), aims to recreate the convivial atmosphere typical of a village bar where you eat and drink, but above all you come for the company and quality time together—in short, a bar like the "Mario" of La Liga.
Good products, excellent coffee, personally the best in Genoa for me. Clean place, friendly staff.
The coffee is always excellent, and as for the croissants and some sweets, they're good for sandwiches or other things, I see a lot of people, so it's good.
It's the only bar in Monleone, and the girls are always friendly and kind. My dog has made it a regular stop for lunch.
All in all, decent. The alcohol, especially branded ones, and vegetables could be improved. Prices are the same as in stores. Everything else is ok. I would have given it an extra star if there was parking.
Located outside of Genoa's city center, but centrally located between two bustling neighborhoods: Marassi and Quezzi. Recommended for sandwiches and aperitifs.
Nothing exceptional, but it's a great place to grab a bite to eat even very late, after most other places have closed. The atmosphere is informal, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.
They don't accept debit cards, that was the case for me.
Even though they make excellent burgers and more... The place is chaotic, often with drunk customers inside screaming and the music blasting. And to top it all, many customers smoke inside without the bartender telling them anything. In short, it's better to have a sandwich made and eat it outside.
