I had a blast at the Circuit of the Americas! This 3.4-mile racetrack is definitely one of the best in the country. The atmosphere was electric, with fans cheering on their favorite drivers and live music playing throughout the weekend. The track itself is challenging and exciting, with plenty of elevation changes and high-speed straights. I loved watching the cars race around the corners and fly down the straights. There are also plenty of food and drink options, as well as merchandise vendors. If you're a fan of motorsports, I highly recommend checking out the Circuit of the Americas. You won't be disappointed!
My family and I absolutely enjoyed this show. The symphony and candlelight were a nice touch. Aim to arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of time to park. Also don't bring g chairs, wagons, strollers are fine. Food, drinks, beer, and hot cocoa on site.
A little late on the review but I would highly recommend visiting COTA for an F1 race weekend! The staff was extremely helpful and the views at the track are abundant! With this being my first time interacting with F1 fans, everyone I talked too was extremely nice and never acted like I should know everything or even anything about F1, it seemed like they were just all really excited to talk F1! The only recommendation I would give is to bring an umbrella, a water bottle to fill up at the free stations and sunscreen.... and maybe a credit to buy some merch!
It was great experience doing COTA kart racing and miniature golf. Karts that use internal combustion engines versus electric power is such a big difference. Reasonably priced for a 10 minute race I was in the top ten for my first time running on this track. Ranking is based on fastest lap time. It is on the outskirts of southeast Austin. I would definitely be coming back hopefully for an actual formula 1 race event
COTA during Christmas is amazing! Went and had an amazing time! The staff were friendly and even the Grinch guy gave us a laugh! Make sure to go on Tito Paws day! For only $35 to drive the F1 track was perfect!! Worth the price and worth the fun! Only downside was the wait but going on a weekday is better!
This place won me over fast. Nila, our server, was the kind of genuinely friendly and on‑top‑of‑it person every restaurant wishes they had. The food came out tasting like the kitchen actually cares about what they’re doing. A fun surprise, they gave the kiddos some dough to play with, which kept everyone happy while we waited. And as first‑timers, we got a discount and a free dessert, hard not to love that. Easy recommendation. They make it really simple to want to come back. Didn’t get a lot of pictures or videos, sorry! 😅
It was an amazing experience. There was a lot of food. We weren't able to try half of the food because there were just so many foods. Amazing. Definitely worth the money and trying some wonderful foods. The people were super nice. When you go make sure to dress appropriately because there's a lot of walking that you will be doing.
Such a cool venue for F1. Lot of events during the weekend, every turn offers something different, great views, a great experience if thinking of going. Walk around and you'll find something new. Personally like big red views, turn 1. That being said, it gets packed, especially race day. So get there early if you want a good spot, line starts building up around 4am. Last year they had an espn set built up there that took up space, limiting it for GA ticket holders. And had a building on the side of turn 1 stands, so you only had one way to enter in and out. Be ready to climb over hundreds of people to use the restroom/get a drink. Also make sure the cota shirt you're thinking of buying fits. My Large shirt fit more like an XL and they have a no return policy. It's still a great, whether one day or all 3. There'll be more next year with the rollercoaster park they're building. You'll enjoy it.
Formula 1....what can you say. Race weekend. And I mean WEEKEND as there is a full schedule of races and entertainment. Last year we bought seats in the stands. This year did general admission. So we had freedom to move around. Bring a chair, a good hat and water (it gets hot). They need to pave the walking paths. They just create a dust storm. They made a lot of improvements. Seems like more bathrooms and shuttles around outside of the track. Concerts were great. Not sure why we could not use the bridge to hit the stands at back of concert. Much needed for eminem. Wristbands made coming and going easy. Lots of food and drink options (expensive but good quality) and entertainment.
It was hot, there was a lot of hay, we spent $75 dollars on 12 chicken tenders, there was 400k + people crowded into the turns- I would do it again! Track is great and we had a really wonderful first time experience. I recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and a chair/ umbrella if your aren’t n covered grand stands.
Love it 2nd home from the very first grand prix to the Christmas lights last month. lucky enough to have been able to enjoy this track fully!! Watch lots of races, sat in every section paddock, tracked both car and my bike there, rode the rides, karts, gone to the top of the tower love it great place for gear head Texans 🤠 10/10 highly recommend!!
Lost an item on Saturday and member services were very helpful and was able to retrieve the item the next day Attended Moto GP 2025 - parked in lot F, about a 10 minute walk and short wait to get in <10 minutes. Good views and coverage from GA locations like turn 11, turn 1, turns 3/4/5 and even in across from the pit lane. Merchandise is found in many areas and can be different based on the vendor. Leaving right as the race ends leads to little to no wait time to leave. Had a great time and thanks to all the COTA workers!
The Grand Prix was an amazing experience. I'd say a few technical issues around the event were definitely visible like really long bathroom lines, &14 beer, very small meal portions for &25 or getting out of the track with hundreds of people at the same time and no easy access to Uber. The concerts organization on a super stage after the qualifying is a disaster. After all day walking and being in a heat it's really not fun walking another mile to the stage in a grass and still not being able to see the performer. Getting out of there is another story....
Went here for peppermint parkway and definitely recommend. Lots of lights and fun things for kids and adults. This year they made it walkable instead of drivable and that was definitely the right call. Also greatly appreciate the new mini golf and other extra activities they’ve added.
This place should be on your bucket list, wether you go to a car race event or just a concert. Staff is the best. Be ready to get your steps in though. You can put in 3 miles easily.
I attended the 2025 Formula 1 US Grand Prix at COTA, and it was an unforgettable experience! The track and facilities are in excellent condition, clean, well-organized, and ready for the crowds. Parking is a bit of a hike, but the tram service makes getting around much easier. Food options are decent, though definitely on the pricey side (typical for major events). Pro tip: bring sunscreen and a hat! Shade is limited, and the Texas sun doesn’t hold back.
Had an amazing time watching Lonestar Lemans here despite the weather. Overall atmosphere is pretty chill. The food was insanely expsensive but that's no real suprise. We parked in lot H and with the shuttle and everything we were in the gate 15 mins after arrival. Deffinitly felt like a well run operation. I look forward to returning
I thought this place was big, it's not. It's absolutely Huge! Some 1,500 acres. It's a beautiful venue. I went there to watch the MOTOGP races. Had a fantastic time. The races were exactly what I expected, except when Marc crashed. But even that was good because he did so right in front of me as I photographed the entire sequence. I does take some time to get from one location to another but, you may think that all the golf carts are busy heading somewhere on a mission, but they're not, they are there to move you from one place to another. So that's your tip of the day, when you want to move, look for a golf cart and flag them down. the food was good but you may want to skip the pizza, it will cost you about $15.00 and is about 6" across. the size of a slice. Hillside vantage points are very good, and plentiful. You don't have too go with your buddies, you can take your whole family, just bring ear protection for all.
Great track for the racing. There are always great events here. This track partners with the community to offer service hours, which keeps pricing low. In addition, there are partnerships with Austin food truck venders to help accommodate food allergies and or specialty food items for a truly Texas race track experience. The facility is clean and well staffed. This is our 11th time to COTA and every time is outstanding.
A huge thank you to Circuit of the Americas, DVCC, and UFCU for hosting such a fun-filled Del Valle Community Day! 🙌🏾 Me and my family had an absolute blast—from the fun slide and zip line to the go-karts, face painting, and exploring all the amazing vendors. And of course, watching the motorcycles zoom by was the cherry on top! 🏍️✨ It was the perfect mix of family fun, community connection, and pure joy. 🫶🏾💛 Can’t wait for the next one!
Just finished my second BMW M track day experience and had a blast. This track is amazing. Great corners and fast straights. Only downside is if you're doing laps with a group of people inexperienced or a little timid you are left a little bit underwhelmed but that has nothing to do with the track itself. Overall, if you like anything car related, motorcycle related or race related, definitely visit the Circuit of the Americas.
I had a great time at COTA. The go-karts were entertaining and challenging, and I had so much fun racing with my friends. There were also cars on the main track, which made the atmosphere even more exciting. I can only imagine how incredible it must be during big events like Formula 1. Overall, it was an awesome experience that I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys motorsports or just wants a fun day out.
Attending a MotoGP weekend at the Circuit of the Americas was an unforgettable experience. The track is world class with excellent views from almost every seat, allowing you to see the riders take on every turn with incredible speed and precision. The atmosphere is electric with fans from all over coming together to celebrate the sport. Food and beverage options are plentiful and reasonably priced for a large event. Parking and transportation were well organized, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, the event combines thrilling racing with a fun and lively environment, making it a must visit for any motorsport fan.
My husband has rode on this track and we went back this year, Sept 2025 to watch our friends (he no longer rides). They are building a amusement park with roller coasters all around and in it. There is a lot of construction right now since that park is in progress. However, it's still always cool to see Moto GP and Moto America on it!
Amazing world class facility. I was there for the MotoAmerica Races, which were amazing! The race track was beautiful, there's also a carting track, an amphitheater for concerts, and opening in 2026 is COTALAND (I believe that's what it was called), an amusement park right at the track!! Definitely put this one on you list of race tracks to go to.
We attended the Del Valle Resident night at Peppermint Parkway, let me tell you it was one of the most memorable and funnest nights we’ve had as a family. Our kids range from 5yr-11yr and it had great entertainment, music and food for everyone in my family. There isn’t a huge amount of lights but for the size of this entertainment it has just about the good amount. I love how the staff is always willing to take your family pictures without you asking, restrooms were nice and clean, concession stands were good and several varieties. They have several table areas where you can rest and there’s heaters!! I definitely recommend it and it’s very family friendly!
One of the best autodromes I've ever been. The whole infrastructure is designed for racing and hosting the biggest motorsports events in the world. Whether you're a MotoGP fan or a lover of long distance racing, COTA is the paradise on earth for both fans and event organizers. Be ready to feel the adrenaline and enjoy smooth track operations throughout the race weekend.
Amazing, amazing and amazing! BUT . . . It's best to have a shuttle service to go back and forth to your hotel. UBER and other car services SUCK .... it's just so many people, too much traffic and it's very difficult to meet up with your Uber driver so the driver ends up dropping your reservation and picks up anyone on the way. ..or the driver just cannot get through because the police re routes and they have to go all the way around again... which takes up to 30 minutes. cota needs a better way to operate the Uber and Taxi picks ups. I'm pretty sure the hotel shuttles have there own access road and it's used for shuttle service only... which is pretty awesome. What an awesome weekend plus I met Lando Norris!!
Always a blast at Circuit of the Americas Circuit of the Americas is always fun to visit during race events, highly recommended for motorsport fans and families alike. Expect a lively atmosphere, lots of activities, and plenty to keep you entertained between sessions. Tips for a smooth visit: - Check the weather and come prepared (sun protection, rain gear, layers). - Plenty of food options and rest areas are available. - Merchandise tents for your favorite teams are easy to find. - Extra activities and fan zones keep you busy while you wait for the next race.
Went for the Formula 1 Grand Prix on Race day and had an amazing time. I had a grounds pass and there are a lot of great view points to watch the race with the grounds pass, especially the Cota Tower if you pay an extra $40 which is well worth it. Tons of food options, merch including Cota specific (much cheaper than F1 official), Legos, team gear etc. Strongly recommend going here for F1. During the F1 weekend they also have racing simulators, tyre change games and various other experiences. They also display the driver championship trophy and cars to take pictures. The shuttle from the city is the best way to get to the track especially on F1 race days as parking is ridiculously expensive and traffic is hell as 150k+ plus people try to leave around the same time.
Came to COTA with my car club as part of the Haggerty Cars and Coffee Car Show. This was my first time coming to COTA and loved it. The facilities are clean and up to date. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Food was a bit expensive...$17 for a corndog...such is life these days. They had an awesome go-kart course that was $40 for 10 minutes. The course was huge. They also allowed car show participants to take a couple guided laps around the race track. I'm already looking at tickets for the upcoming NASCAR event!
My boyfriend and I attended the Formula 1 event at COTA and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was electric, the organization was impressive, and the venue itself is fantastic. We absolutely loved the place and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!
After years of waiting, we were finally able to visit the new attractions at COTALand, and it was a delight! We enjoyed the Christmas lights and holiday offerings at the Peppermint Parkway event, but the real excitement was riding the new tilt coaster Circuit Breaker! This coaster is so well presented and offers a complete package of thrills and fun. The lighting package and onboard audio soundtrack really compliments the ride experience, and the ride operators did a great job the whole way through with helping riders get secured comfortably and answered all of our questions. We cannot wait to return in 2026 when the rest of the park opens, and hopefully we’ll catch a race as well!
Had an amazing time at the F1 race at Circuit of the Americas! Our seats at Turn 1 were incredible with the perfect view of the start and tons of action throughout the race. You really feel the intensity from that spot. The Haven Club was a game-changer and on a sweltering day. Great place to cool off, grab a drink, and escape the heat without missing the vibe. Super comfortable and well-run. It was definitely worth it if you’re looking for a more elevated experience.
I've been twice this year, for WEC and Peppermint Parkway and I've been pleasantly surprised by the experience both times. The staff is friendly, the track layout is great for spectating and the holiday event was very well done. Can't wait to see what they do with the amusement park next year.
Probably one of the best experiences you can have in Austin is the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix. I’ll be honest, I don’t follow the sport much. But I had fun regardless. This is an experience. I’d recommend getting the weekend tickets so you can watch the practice and qualifying sessions. When you arrive for race day on Sunday, the crowd is electric. You can feel the energy in the air. I love how you can walk on the track after the race is finished. There are amazing concerts throughout the weekend. The food options are plentiful. You can basically find any type of food you want. It can be a little hot even in October. So be prepared. And you should expect to walk quite a bit. It is pricey, but worth it. It’s not something I would pay for every year. However, everyone should experience this at least once.
This was our first time at this racetrack and we had a great experience. We parked in lot F, which was free and had an easy path over to the entry gate. We sat at turn 15, which gave us a nice view of a couple turns. They also had a large TV screen there and we could hear the announcers. They had food trucks and stands, so lots of different food options. We saw numerous drivers out doing autographs. There was a lot to do here and it was a great time!
We rode in the opening parade of baggers! Nice race track but some elevators were out of order, making it hard for handicapped to go certain places. There were food trucks. But $16 for a corn dog and $24 for a brisket sandwich, $6 for a bottled water or a drink is steep especially for fixed income folks!
Really helpful staff. We added on the Zipline with our go karting and it was a good experience, but I wouldn't do it again because it was kinda under whelming. As for the go karts they go really fast as expected but it will take you a little off guard how fast they are especially on those turns. We did 1 race and it was about 10 minutes which was enough for us. Double carts are available upon request when you check in as there are limited double carts. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for something fun to do with friends and/or kids.
They are expanding and have lots of bridges now to cross to different stands since there is a lot of walking that you need to do if you come here. We also got to see the new roller coaster rides they are building, so that was cool and look forward to checking them out once it’s open! MotoGP was great but I really wish they had bigger or more TVs to see the scores and rankings better. They also need to upgrade their audio since it was hard to hear in between the races where we were.
The Uber drop off is a long way from the entrance, there are shuttle but they are few and far between. There are many cooling station and water bottle filling spots. The track as some fun side attractions. The paddock pass is questionable value you get to walk past the back of the garages, with little to see. The pit walk has so many people waiting in line to walk the pits. There are some great places to see alot of the action.
First time visit. This is thousands of people funneling into tight spaces if attending on a budget, so be prepared and be willing to ask for help. They will make sure you're comfortable at all times...for a few thousands more 😄 It was a great experience but will enjoy it a lot more now that I learned the ropes. One suggestion, avoid the bleachers and go for the green areas where you can deploy your own comfy portable chair.
It was rainy but fun. There was confusion about tickets and parking and things in the venue, every person we asked did not have an answer, but we rolled with it. We were able to visit the pits, go into the paddocks and the food was fantastic at the cafe. Not sure what it looks like for busier events, it was a lot of fun today.
Circuit overall is great however communication from staff and general guidelines to navigate both around and to/from the track to the city is really poor, which is a shame because once you realize everything is relatively easy to use and navigate but the staff is just not knowledgeable enough. At least for F1 dont make the mistake of taking an uber. There is an army of buses running between the track and the city center. Much quicker and cheaper than a cab
Amazing experience, I loved being able to experience the feeling of being on a racetrack. I famous quote comes to mind when I was on the go-karts, “I am speed”. I feel like the whole thing was amazing. The two things that brings my rating down from a five star review to a four star review is that I wish we could have gone maybe 30 MPH instead of the speed limit of 25 MPH. I feel like it would have elavated the whole track experience. I also wish I would have received a training for the go-kart experience becaue I felt like I spent the first two laps learning how to drive which resulted in a poor placing on the leaderboard. Other wise amzing experience and many cute pictures.
Peppermint Parkway Trail of lights was a blast. Lots of fun things to do and for all ages. Lots of gorgeous lifts to look at and take pictures under. Then they had all kinds of nice food, drinks, adult beverages, some fun food, make your own stores, meet Santa, frozen princess, other characters! Go Karts, roller coasters (different sizes for all ages), merry go round, put put golf, find a prize in the river with a sifter, all kinds of fun cool stuff to do! Reasonably priced for the most part....
We came to COTA today for Nascar. This was our first time to this track. Overall, the track, concessions and all of the souvenir stands were set up well. I wish that the grandstand had some cover over them. Also, it would be nice to have the announcement speakers a little closer or more numerous so that you could actually hear what was going on.
This race is in the middle of the day in the hot Texas Sun and if you have a general mission ticket, there's no shade anywhere on this track it was unbearable. I would never do it again. We couldn't take it. We even had umbrellas and masks and everything is just so hot. They should change the time or add more shade. I saw many people just grounding behind buildings just to get in shade, it was really bad.
We got the sweetest deal. fast track, and the F1 race track experience. The light show was ok but our highlight was the Formula 1 track race experience, though there was a soeed limit of mid 20mph, to be on the actual race track was fun and not much opportunities to do it. The sweetest deal included a ticket to go to the amusement park where the Go Kart was. The line was long so we didn’t get to experience the Go Karts but there were lots of activities and parking after driving through the parkway. Make sure you make time for it or it’s not worth the price just driving through the lights.
The track itself is nice. Makes for some good racing. I went during the F1 weekend and camped in lot N. They price gouge for everything. Food is 4x normal price, souvenirs are double what you get them for on the official website, and you can't bring anything in from outside. If you come general admission (grass seating only) is oversold these days and it makes for a packed experience. But it's still a great weekend of racing. Lot N camping is very noisy, 1/2 the people run open frame generators all night, there is no enforcement of noise rules at all. Overall. The place is well managed, good directions around, tons of food stands, bathrooms, etc for the crowd size. Come to races very early to get good seats, expect to spend a ton, and have a good time. If they either allowed outside food/drinks or made the prices reasonable, it would be 4 star. 5 star would need to enforce some sort of noise rules or get a bit more space for people. Compared to other tracks I've been to, this is the best track, but not the greatest experience.
Visited October '25 for F1. The track itself is very nice, but the supporting amenities/facilities and infrastructure to make the track function efficiently we're lacking. Primary issue is getting to and from the track on race day is a painful 1.5-2hrs even when (trying to) arriving 4-5 hrs early. You really need to leave Austin around 7am to get there without too much traffic. Also trying to walk/move around the track is not easy, especially when it's 90+ degrees out due to the layout and limited number of trams which also get bogged down by all the traffic.
First time visiting this track, probably the last. Parking is free but be prepared to walk a good amount of distance before you finally find a gate that's open. Majority of entry gates were locked up, not like other tracks where just about all the gates are open for entry. The seats are basically portable bleachers. Be prepared to climb plenty of stairs and walk up different levels of ramps just to get to your section. Didn't bother checking out the concession stands, drank out in the parking lot since they don't allow coolers like other parks. Left early, decided to go grab some BBQ instead of watching the entire race.
We purchased the weekend package with camping. They advertised Lot N had power. Turns out only 1 row in Lot N has power. We paid $450 for dry camping and they don't even in clued showers. Also, it is only 4 days of camping. Other tracks are less then half the price, the camping is Monday to Monday and the in clued showers free of charge. Also trying to find your camping spot is a nightmare. The staff were very polite, but we're not trained on where things were or how to get there. The race seat were good, but we won't be back!
My first F1 Grand Prix event. Seeing the races & qualifying was amazing. However, the parking was way overpriced & getting in and out was a nightmare. We did not move for 40mins & it took 90 minutes to exit. I expected lots of traffic, but that seems worse than any event I've ever attended. In all the years, they have not figured out a better solution.
1 star, just because they really don't care about disabled people. It's a beautiful track, don't get me wrong. I loved my time there. But my best friend is disabled. Our tickets were in turn 15. We didn't know there was handicap parking on that turn. We parked at the main grandstand, because the signs from the highway said that was the disabled parking spots. We took the tram over to our seats, which was lovely. However, at the end of the race, we stood (well, she sat in her wheelchair) there for 20 minutes, and the trams weren't running. I promise I'm not going hyperbole here, the line was almost a ¼ mile long where we joined, literally right at the end of the race after I pushed her there. We stood there 20 minutes, and no tram. So I pushed her back to the car, lot A, from turn 15. We had to go around the whole track. The sidewalks aren't even concrete. They're pea rock. Impossible to push a wheelchair through. We had to walk on the road, me pushing her. We didn't even see the first tram getting to our parking lot, until 5 minutes before we got to the car. It took us 45 minutes-1 hr. I'm actually disabled myself. 100% disabled veteran. 3 knee surgeries, (I even have my own handicap placard), requiring another surgery soon, and even possibly a fake knee. I'm only 37. That's why I couldn't stand there that long. That's not to even begin about when I got her up on the disabled stand, and I went to go buy her food after settling in, when I was coming back, and turned towards the handicap ramp at the stands, the usher stopped me, and seriously said "that's the handicap ramp." I said, "I know", and he said "you don't look disabled" and actually started tearing me a new one until a different usher stepped in and said she saw me pushing my best friend up. I then told him, my friend on the roof who I'm here with would say otherwise. He felt bad, and I feel no ill will towards him, John and Glen were actually very helpful, but I don't recommend coming here if you're disabled. Especially if you're disabled helping a more disabled friend. I've been hurting all day, today. Just from pushing that whole way. I'm not even mad. I'm disappointed. I'll admit I was mad yesterday, but NASCAR fans used to be better than this. We used to help each other out. Especially when you see someone huffing and puffing pushing a wheelchair. Idk if it's just Austin that doesn't care (I live in Kingsville), or just NASCAR in general. I'm disappointed. This was my first race in 15 years. It was a lot better off 15 years ago for me before OEF, OIF, and OND took it's physical toll on my body. I still can't believe they don't even have proper sidewalks to push a wheelchair on. Or at least readily accessible transportation. Or even saying there's handicap parking at your seat. Again, I'm not mad. Disappointed. I'm also not trying to get anything from them. Just do better in the future. I hate to use the word "ableist", but here I am. Update: it's now Tuesday, and I could barely go to work. My knees are absolutely on fire. I went, but couldn't do anything. I also apparently messed up my right ankle pushing her. My only remaining good leg joint. I broke my left ankle on my first deployment. I seriously almost never complain unless it's egregious. Look at my other reviews. It's rare. I'm hurting. Bad. And my best friend told me today she feels bad because I'm hurting now because of her. That's unconscionable. It's not her fault. It's not mine. I should've looked out for her better.
I went to the Peppermint Park drive-through, and it was definitely worth it. However, I must say that the Peppermint Parkway fair is a complete scam. You pay to enter, but everything inside costs extra. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The setup is misleading; we were expected to walk through an area with minimal lights, which is not a light show at all. It felt more like an amusement fair where every attraction requires an additional fee. This year has been particularly disappointing.
This is probably the worst venue and track for NASCAR. NASCAR tracks allow you to bring coolers with your own beer, food and water. COTA, however, makes you throw anything away. Will not allow you to bring in a bag or anything that holds water or your own food or alcohol. It’s an absolute travesty to an already overpriced track and seats. We’ve been coming to nascar here since it started, for 6 seasons now, and this is the final one. Do yourself a favor and go to Texas motor speedway. This place absolutely sucks. No shade. No fan experiences, unless you’re a millionaire. Limited selection of anything. Everything is under construction and impossible to walk to. Security is worse than the airport. I’ve never had a worse time at a track than I did today. Period.
So this is a review of their box office experience. I bought 2 sets of souvenirs in August before the F1 race. 1 poster and 1 commemorative ticket to be mailed to two different addresses after the F1 race in late October (the wording said shortly after). Mid November comes, no souvenirs, no tracking. I email them. Takes a few days. They say they’ll reship. My mailman folds it in half to get it in my mailbox. Reach out again. They refund me the price of the poster but not the shipping. I reach back out. They said since I got the other item, no refund on shipping. So $17 to ship a $18 souvenir laminated bookmark not much bigger than an iPhone plus. The only way they respond is email. Phone doesn’t get you to a live person.
