Really good. I haven't had Wendy's in years and I decided to try it. Everything was really good for fast food and the price was pretty reasonable too. There was a long line in the drive thru but I made it out in less than 10 minutes. Out of everything I got, the chilli was my favorite. Even more surprising considering they're a fast food place. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely go back.

I had a great experience here the other day. Food was good and the staff was friendly. We sat and talked for about a hour with friends, the seating was comfortable and the restrooms were clean. I made a specialty order and the food still came out quickly and correctly. If you're looking for a quick bite this is solid choice.

First of all, the service here is exceptional. Everyone was professional, and they treat you with the utmost kindness and respect. I just got through into the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and was directed to pick up my food in the mobile parking spot. 30 seconds later, the food comes out and who I assume is the manager says “sorry for the wait” even though the wait was essentially nonexistent. The restrooms and eating areas are spotless and extremely modern. My meal was also super well priced for the value. I got the jr bacon meal deal for 6 bucks (DELICIOUS!!!)…. It filled me up too!!! Wonderful location and an even better crew/manager team. Thank you Wendy’s😁😁😁

Have tried Wendy's for years. Like this spot a lot, and I just tried their lettuce wrap option instead of a bunch. Definitely different then how it was back in the day. It's a good sturdy lettuce that isn't flimsy or loosely put together, and came in special packaging.

i came here early in the morning and there was nobody in the drive thru. i got my sandwich quickly and they were happy to provide me with more napkins as i asked for them. if i'm in the area for breakfast again then i'll for sure stop by again! the service was so fast along with the food being hot and fresh.

I tried the new pretzel bun spicy chicken sandwich- it was amazing. I normally do not like mustard but just said the heck with it and ordered the sandwich exactly as it came. I could not believe how good it was- the bun was squishy soft but not mushy, the honey mustard not too heavy, plus the bacon was perfection. I would order this again and again.

Even though I don't like their fries the rest of the food was good. I got a biggie bag deal for $5 and that's the best deal they have. The dining room was clean and the workers were polite and attentive.

I like their new 4for4 deal. It is the perfect amount of food for me to eat. And I got to have lots of different things in my meal. The restaurant is clean tidy and I went there around 2:30 so it wasn't very busy my food came up pretty fast, they don't annunciate very well when they call out your number so you better listen or your food I'll sit on the counter and get cold like minded but it it wasn't there too long because I I didn't see anyone else getting up so I went to check and I got my food

It was pretty good. Didn't quite seem like Wendy's before any other time I had been To one. I don't know what's up with that. But it was all right. Employees were polite and respectful and seem to know what they were doing. And they did a pretty good job

As you would expect for Wendy's. Before they remodeled in about 2016, this place has the fastest service at any place I've ever been. I mean you would place your order with nobody in line in front of you. Then you'd stop at the first window to pay, and by the time you drove to the second window, they'd be leaning out with your food ready. I guess they got new people after is was closed for a few months for renovation. Now it just moves the same speed as a regular Wendy's.

Great to have a Wendy's near our place. The food is always prepared quick and well done. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the difference this place brings to my cravings.

Food was better than I remember from Wendy's. There isn't one near me so it has been awhile. Really like the new menu. There were some issues with the soda machines (reason for losing a star) but the counter staff was great about filling our cups quickly.

This particular location is fine. Service and food quality were great. Everyone wore masks and gloves to be careful. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because the food quantity or price is not really worth spending. I ordered the 4 for $5 choice of small sandwich, fries, nuggets, and drink. And added a sour cream and chives potato which is now $2.49. So, total is little over $8 with tax. And this didn't get me full. The Jr Bacon cheeseburger is so small and the potato is pricey for its size. To compare, Taco Bell's $5 Nacho Box filled me up more. You can spend $8 at In & Out to get way better food and probably have fries leftover. You can even get a $5 Pepperoni Pizza from Little Caesars that may cover 2 meals. Or even a $6 Munchie Meal from Jack In The Box feels more like a deal. The 4 for $5 actually made me feel like they got the better deal. This place is good but I recommend something else or somewhere else if really hungry.

Although it was a "holiday," the customer service was excellent! People were friendly. I chose to try their French toast sticks, which is the only factor that caused me to give it four stars. The French toast sticks only had a fried bread flavour. Although I was a little disappointed that they weren't particularly tasty, everything else—including their staff—was excellent.

So I've been meaning to try their breakfast. And let me tell you, it's so good. And that is to mention the dry through service. Wonderful, I was on the phone trying to be disrespectful. And they saw that I was so I just handed them the money and they didn't interrupt me the food was hot. The drinks were cold and pleased try their breakfast. Thank you for your service 😉

Tried the new Wendy's BBQ cheeseburger with the shoestring style type onion rings. Burger was pretty good something different for a change but made with fresh meat instead of Frozen patties. Sauce was good wasn't overly BBQ sauce. Decent amount of onion strings on it, definitely not what they picture but it was decent looking and it had a few pickles on it.

We decided to try Wendy's for breakfast for the first time. Soon after we ordered our Breakfast Baconators, they played some incredible music. First, the Pet Shop boys, then CHVRCHES and finally ANGELS AND AIRWAVES!?!?! While most modern fast food places play mind numbing, overrated pop music, this Wendy's played music from some of the greatest lesser known bands in the world. It made my day. Thanks for the experience Wendy's! And whoever chose the music needs a raise.

Used the app to order a chicken sandwich for ASAP pickup—food was ready in under 5 minutes, and the order was accurate with the added onions and pickles. Only one party was dining in, and a few people came in to order. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see that just ordering one chicken sandwich earned me 200 rewards points, which showed up almost instantly. That’s enough to redeem for chicken nuggets, breakfast potatoes, or a Frosty right away. Fast crediting and solid perks make the app worth using.

Wendy’s burgers are delicious and juicy and easily competes with In-N-Out. Their salted caramel frosty tastes like butterbeer! This location got all our orders right and their self serve soda machine with so many combinations is awesome. Everything tasted great. Definitely try their triple garlic mushroom bacon cheeseburger, it’s a rich, meaty, cheesy treat with cheese pull!

I would say 80% of the time whenI visited, the food is good and no mistakes were made. However, the rest of the 20%, either the food didn't look fresh enough or didn't look good in general, or there's something missing or wrong with my order.

IM SHOOK. My boyfriend loves Wendy’s with all his heart. We got to the window after ordering but they only gave us my food and not his so we went through the drive through again and they gave us wrong food. Once we noticed he said he doesn’t know if he will ever go a Wendy’s again. I HAVE NEVER MET SOMEONE WHO LIKES WENDYS MORE BUT HE SAID ACTUALLY CONTEMPLATED NOT GOING BECAUSE HE WAS SO UPSET!!! He said to give them 3 stars tho because he still loves them and did enjoy what he got but but it’s an hour later and he’s still upset :(.

I came to get nuggets and when I walked in the store was beyond filthy. Both trash cans were overflowing, the tables were dirty and ice on the floor. This is a modern Wendy's with all the amenities, except that a few don't work. The Freestyle Coke machine had quite a few missing options on a Sunday afternoon when there wasn't much of a crowd, and the electrical outlets on the bar were non-functional. So much for recharging your devices. The food was good, with OK customer service and speed for a Wendy's.

It really took some time to get through the drive thru. And with my order I asked for a boo coupon book. Got my order and the one time I did not check my order boo coupon book was not there. Tried calling as soon as I noticed and no one answered the phone. So now I will have to go back and let them know what happened. Another wasted trip. Ugh!!!

Was not at all impressed with the wait time for my simple order of 3 small frostys and a JBC on sept 12 around 8pm. Went here 4 other times before that and service/food was pretty good, otherwise I'd rank lower.

Drive thru-Waiting time was horrible. I was charged for a kids meal, but wasn't packed. I had to get off my car 2 x and walk in to tell them because they didn't even ask what kind of drink we wanted with the kids meal! On top of that they forgot my pomegranate dressing for my apple pecan salad. Wasn't given a receipt, ugh just annoyed!

Drive thru ordered double stack meal got asked if i wanted sauce with my nuggets? I asked for the burger meal and she said it comes with nuggets too so no BBQ sauce i got one of each sauce. NO BURGER! I even specifically asked if that was correct. She said yeah. My friend was hungry and bummed.

If you've been to one Wendy's, you've pretty much been to them all. The employees seem somewhat annoyed that you want them to do their job of ordering and preparing your food. And, not in a "you interrupted their personal conversation" way but in a "they were staring at the wall, and they want to go right back to staring at the wall" kind of way. I don't know if I've ever been to this location when it wasn't having some sort of issue with the cash registers, or the Freestyle machine. I love Wendy's burgers, though, so I put up with it.

Tonight was the clincher, the guy up front left me standing for 10min without taking my order after 3 cars moved through the drive through. He said that mobile orders take priority??? The drive through people will ignore requests or questions, and mark down the wrong items or combos. They hear what they want and serve who they want. This is a bad Wendy's.

Stayed at a hotel across-the- street. Used online ordering form. That went smoothly. Ordered a simple meal. Bag was sealed and ready for pick up under 15 minutes. Walked back to hotel. Upon opening bag I found that did not recieve the cheese sauce for the fries I paid extra and did not get ketchup. Seems small but it was missing ans disappointing.

Let me start by saying I love Wendy’s! But this location was disappointing, the food was not good. My nuggets were not fully cooked, and I was missing nuggets, fries were over salted, too soggy from the grease and chicken sandwich was not good. Not coming back here, I’ll keep to my usual Wendy’s spot!

Got our order wrong even though it was correct in the screen and on the receipt. Worst of all they kept the credit card used to pay. Came back and didn't even get an apology. Froze the card immediately to not risk anything. Worst fast food experience I've had.

We ordered about 18 dollars worth of food, there was only 3 people ahead of us so we waited. 30 minutes later and they start giving orders to people who came after us and the 3 before us. We left, since they didn't give us a recipe we are just going to eat the cost...its worth it not to come back

The drive through line took over 20 minutes. And 15 minutes if the time was from when I ordered the food until I picked up. The order was simple a sandwich and a drink. No special order and when I got to the window after 15 minutes if waiting the order was not ready. So I figured If the sandwich is still not ready it's coming got if the grill that's why I have to wait at the window for 5 minutes. Wrong the thing was cold as ice and rock hard like it's been sitting there for an hour. Poor service and crappy cold food. Not a good combo!

I purchased a Chicken salad and a Dave's single burger, Combo. When I picked up the food, I asked for salt and pepper from an employee from kitchen who came forward to help me. Wendy's associate at register was not at this post, so another gentleman from kitchen came forward and gave me one salt and 2 peppers. I asked for more pepper and then suddenly the employee at the register came to his post and other gentleman went back to work. So, may I have more pepper, so he gives 1 pepper. Then I said, please give couple more and he was hesitant to give me the 4th package of pepper, (which he didn't) to the extended that I got so disappointed that I gave all the peppers back to the employee register so Wendy's doesn't GO Bankrupt. For more than 40 yrs. I have been going to Wendy's and I never experienced such situation. What happened to the good old days that salt and pepper were available at table or at least be available by the station that napkins and ketchup are, similar to In& Out. Other than that, the restaurant was nice and clean and seemed brand new.

Horrible customer service. Waited a couple minutes for someone to get my order they where too busy talking to each other! The girl that took my order didn't even ask what I wanted or greeted me so rude ! When my order was ready didn't get the condiments or salad dressing for my salad! Won't be going to this place anymore! Wendy's you gotta do better in training your employees on customer service

This is by far the worst Wendy's (drive-thru) I've ever been to, and I can confidently state that after giving them numerous opportunities. They fail to complete simple orders like providing 3 chicken tenders when 4 have been ordered and paid for. The staff is not friendly and don't instill confidence. There are almost always 5-10 minute delays. I suggest finding somewhere else to eat, especially if you're in any kind of hurry.

Clean new also has sofa You have to walk outside and around the entire store to see the menu specials. When you get your food you get to go back to the counter as your food gets cold because there is no ketchup in the bag or on the floor and they somehow failed to mention this

Worst location. You can’t eat inside because it is blazing hot in there. (It’s 92* today.) We decided to eat in our air conditioned car because we couldn’t handle the heat. Then we waited for our food for about 30 minutes. To top it off, they were out of chocolate frosties which is the main reason we go to Wendy’s on a hot day in the first place. The vanilla ones were liquidy like skim milk. Couldn’t eat/drink them. We felt bad for the workers, too.

Usually I’m satisfied with Wendy’s but this time I was highly disappointed. The Baconator had burnt old meat. The bacon was rough and hard. and the Fries were cold and obviously showed signs of them being just redipped in old oil.

Terrible Service. Order is always wrong and I’m made to wait outside from the drive thru for more than 30 minutes to have them come out more than once with a wrong order. Less than 1 star.

This review relates to my door dash orders. Twice has this location forgotten my items through door dash. First time they didn't include the one meat patty with the burger (literally a meat patty). The second time which is tonight 9/4/2, they didn't bag my two orders of nuggets and two orders of fries. I mean come on.... check the bag before sealing it up for the dasher.

I was at this location on November 24 around 4 PM and the drive-through person did not give my debit card back. I kept calling the restaurant and no one answered when I found out that I didn’t have my card with me the next morning I kept calling and I got the same message saying that I have reached them at their peak hours and to try again soon, I had to drive 20 miles back to the Wendy’s that I came to and speak to somebody that fortunately had my card. As of right now I am really concerned that someone might have written down my numbers and possibly might use it somewhere else I would appreciate it if a manager or corporate could call me back because this is not OK, I understand if you are busy but overall there were only one vehicle ahead of me and one behind

The drive thru took less than 5 minutes. Order Dave's Double, patties and cheese dry by microwave. The fries were fresh. I decided to park and go inside to eat. Disappointed again with the burger

I got wrong order and when I came to change my order the cashier proposed me packed missing add to box. So I get bacon in the box instead in my sandwich, but when I was waiting for bacon my burger was getting cold :( I thought I will get new burger with all the adds inside but unfortunately that wasn’t happening.

I would give zero starts if I could....they charged me 54¢ for WATER 😭😭😭😭😭 that's crazy but oh well if they need to charge for water they probably need the money more than I do. So disappointing to walk into a restaurant that is so dirty and is pretty empty at the moment, seeing that the management is just sitting talking gossip and not caring for the store. The restroom was worse m, urine all over the floor a d paper towels everywhere.

Most of the workers (females) talked back with an order. Even to the point of being rude in front of children. They added an extra order of crazy fries I didn't order. Still had to pay but with the attitude in that shift, the men were the only ones establishing order there. The insubordinate women posed for pictures.

Terrible service. I have an allergy to tree nuts and they did not accommodate or help me determine if what I was ordering had nuts in it. Then proceeded to not speak to me when I got to them to pay since I went through the drive thru. There was no line, but they were acting like they were backed up at 10:30pm.

Ordered food here & sat down to eat & the manager turned the outlets off so that I wouldn't charge my phone. I know this because the outlets were working.. When I asked him about it he said " he doesn't know anything about it " but he's the manager..... He goes to say that " we get alot of homeless people" so he's assuming I'm homeless because I needed to charge my phone. We ordered she was hard to hear. Didn't say Hi messed up our order gave us a drink we didn't want. Charged on for that drink and not a water. Then didn't listen to us saying just to give the drink we wanted to someone else for me

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. The employee working the drive-thru was extremely unprofessional and refused to give me her name when I asked. On top of that, as soon as the window opened, there was a very strong odor of alcohol coming from inside the restaurant — definitely not what you want to smell when you’re picking up food. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was concerning enough that it felt worth mentioning. Management really needs to step in, because the service and environment here were completely unacceptable.

Emily was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. As a guest I was expecting kind treatment and a welcoming atmosphere. That of which I did not receive. When asked about certain items on the menu she smugly answered. As a Wendy’s so close to a popular California attraction, you’d think they hire better staff and people with basic kindness. We were treated super rude by the drive thru attendant when we asked for a few more straws because he hadn't given us enough. He shook his head like i had done something wrong and rudely handed us a handful after telling me he put them in the bag, and I told him that I knew because I had counted them and we were 3 short. Then after all that they missed a fry and gave us the wrong sauce. Didn't notice that till we were all the way back to our hotel. I would never come to this establishment again after how rude they were and they can't even get a simple order right!

I try not to rag on places, but we placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. It said it was ready, but when we arrived, it wasn’t. We were told it would be a few minutes and asked to pull around and park. After sitting for over 15 minutes, I went inside for an update and was told it would be another 4 minutes. It wasn’t even that busy—and the staff inside made a sloth look fast. I’m not asking them to rush and sacrifice quality, but this was straight-up laziness. I’ve worked at In-N-Out during rushes, and we always kept things moving. Sure, there were waits, but not because the staff moved at a snail’s pace. Need better leadership at this location, plain and simple. If you are in a hurry ever, don’t come to this location.

Trash experience. It was 2 pm on a Saturday. Not busy. I ordered a Chicken Wrap, Frosty, and Soda. I received the Frosty and Soda and was told to go park to the side and they'll bring the rest of the food out, which I've never had to do at any fast food joint before. I sit there for 10 minutes and nothing happens. I didn't want to get out of my car to see what's going on so I go to the drive thru again, which they then gave me my order. Why was I told to park outside?? They clearly just want to have people pass through to lower their wait times to look good for management. When I got the wrap and opened it, it was a total mess. Never again.

I went to this branch and waited there for about 10 minutes or more. The staff were looking at me and ignoring me; no one came to take my order. I was the only one waiting to order food. Then, another customer came and asked for a sauce, and the staff were okay with her, but they still ignored me. I felt like I was being discriminated against there. I left Wendy's without ordering and went to In-N-Out, which is just a few blocks away. There, I was treated respectfully, with staff welcoming me with a smile and getting my order right away.

I came here after going to the nearby best buy. I ordered a baconator combo cost nearly $20 and I received the worst freaking burger ever. It was worst than the 29cent burger from the hamburger stand back in the day. I will never come to th7s sorry excuse for a restaurant again. If you want value for your money don't come to this restaurant. Completely horrible. Straight garbage I would give zero stars if I could.

I had breakfast, the potatoe wedges were cold and the sandwich was hard. I really hope they aren’t using old bread, as it was like a rock. When I tried to call the location, the phone lines were busy and no one answered. I'm truly disappointed.

On Google this place says it closes at 3am (pictures attached) We went at 11pm and once we drove there, the drive thru was blocked off so we proceeded to go inside..only for the door to say “dining room is closed. Only drive thru” I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s and none of them close at 11pm. Highly unprofessional. It’s frustrating when corporations don’t abide by their working hours and close early. I understand people get tired but you have one job and that’s your job.

The most disgusting salad I’ve ever tried. The lettuce is super old. Told the cashier and didn’t even apologize. Went to the trash. Also, we ordered a couple of burgers with fries and everything was cold.
