This was the best whataburger I’ve ever had by far. The food was warm, they actually grilled my onions. My wife and I both enjoyed it. They are MILES above both of the ones in Denton it’s not even close. I even called the as we were eating and told them how great it was. 100% worth it.

Sat - 09/13 - 10:45pm I ordered a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich and also asked, “Can I get buffalo sauce too?” Unfortunately, I ended up receiving a chicken strip sandwich with only buffalo sauce, instead of the Honey BBQ with buffalo sauce on the side as I asked. I understand how the mix-up happened, but I was frustrated about having to drive all the way back after I got home. When I returned, one of the employees (I didn’t catch her name) provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly sweet, understanding, and replaced my order without any issue. I was honestly amazed at how kind and professional she was, especially since situations like this often frustrate employees. I went back upset, but left impressed and grateful. That employee truly turned the experience around. She deserves recognition, give her a raise!

Stopped by on a Tuesday morning cuz I had a free patty melt meal coupon on the app and I had a great experience tbh I picked curbside originally for my mobile order and was 10 mins early so I decided to just wait inside. The manager (I assume because of the gray shirt, sadly no name tag) was full of joy and actively interacting with all the customers that came in. I notified an employee named Jose that I had a curbside order but was super early. Jose said he was waiting to clock in but he’ll help me out as soon as he clocks in. He kept his word and made sure to continually update me with the progress of my order which was nice 👍🏼 I really was in zero rush but you could tell he was acting with urgency. Def was an unexpected but great experience haha Food was same ole - I always recommend a patty melt with added grilled jalapeños. I added lettuce today for *~health*~ 😂

This is a good fast food burger and fries. The lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp. The bun was grilled and the burger was juicy. The strawberry shake was really good. When they say large here it means Texas sized ginormous. A medium was what I would call a large!!!!

Food is okay however I am very confused as to why workers are always outside in the cold (drive-thru line) when they don’t have a line. Seems unnecessary and harsh for employees during harsh temperatures. Just an opinion but I’ve never seen them busier than chick-fil-a UPDATE: I came back and it is 32 degrees outside, no line, there is still ice on the ground….. and there is someone outside STILL! We live nearby and come here a few times a month. Every single time, I dread coming here and going through the drive through because of the same man that stands outside in front of the speakers to take orders. He is rude, unprofessional, and makes us uncomfortable. We thought the first time he maybe had a bad day. Pulled up the second time to the same person, said hello and asked how his day was going, he stared unresponsive and then told us to order. He is out there all the time, and we go out of our way to not speak to him, and if we have no other option, we turn around and leave. They also get SOMETHING wrong every time. Sauces, shakes, burgers, doesn't matter what I order, every single time something is wrong.

All we wanted was five chocolate shakes, so for reasons I now regret, we went to Whataburger. At the drive-thru, we had to repeat our order six times for Bob (order taker) to understand it: 2 large, 1 medium, and 2 small chocolate shakes. This was not a custom catering request. It was shakes. Bob then asked for a name, confidently took it down wrong, and sent us forward. This was at 9:00 PM. At the window, Amy (drive-thru attendant) asked for our name—again—and then openly apologized for Bob’s inability to take the order. She also informed us that, shockingly, Bob had entered the wrong name. We paid and were told to pull forward because they were “making the shakes.” Ten minutes later, Amy returned and asked us to move to a parking spot because they were still “making” the shakes. Time kept passing. Patience kept leaving. We checked the receipt and realized it had now been 40 minutes since we paid for five chocolate shakes. At that point, I went inside—because there is no universe where five shakes take 40 minutes. I asked Amy where our order was. She rummaged around, then handed me a bag with three melted shakes. I told her we ordered five. She asked me—again—what the order was and—again—what the name was, then said the name didn’t exist in the system. I had to remind her that Bob not only struggled with counting to five, but also entered the wrong name. That’s when Elena, the manager, realized something was clearly wrong. When she asked Amy what happened, Amy claimed she had already given us our shakes. I interrupted and reminded her of our multiple conversations, to which she replied that she didn’t remember any of it. At this point, I felt like I’d wandered into the Twilight Zone with milkshakes. Elena stepped in and fixed everything immediately. Miraculously, it took her five minutes to make the shakes—proving they hadn’t been “making” them at all. They had simply forgotten about us. I will never return to this Whataburger—or any Whataburger—again. The food is garbage, which is why we only went for shakes, and even those weren’t worth the time, frustration, or melted disappointment. For clarity: Bob and Amy are not their real names—I assigned them for storytelling purposes. Elena is the manager’s real name, and she handled the situation exactly as a manager should. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough Elenas in that building, and way too many Bobs and Amys running it.

Took them 20 minutes to tell me their shake machine was broken after I asked for my order of 3 shakes. Suddenly it's not broken when I ask for a refund. Im one of like 3 people in the lobby. Finally got the order 30 minutes after arriving. Not sure why its so hard to tell someone when they arrive its broken and issue a refund. Besides that mobile orders take absolutely forever here they're always behind at least 15 minutes but more like 30 minutes from the estimated time.

Huge disappointment they acted like I was interrupting thier play time, I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, he said , they had no chicken down and It would take time like 6 7 minutes to cook ( I thought that whataburger cooks to order ) He acted like he didn't want to make it ..So I asked for a buffalo ranch sandwich and he had to ask if they had any ..When I got my sandwich it was drenched in the sauce so when I took a bite it spilled out all over my shirt..Seems like the did that deliberately because they didn't want to work..Last time I checked this was a food establishment..Then later I got sick tomorrow stomach and vomited..Sorriest whataburger I ever been to , If you want food poisoning this is your jam ...Horrible I recommend you go across the street to MacDonalds..

Ordered through the Whataburger App & when I arrived at the store there was no record of my order. Took the employees nearly 10 minutes to ask for my name & another 5 minutes to ask for my digital receipt. When the order was brought up on my phone we discovered the store system had cancelled my order without explanation. They asked me to reorder through the app (to receive my online reward, the whole reason for my visit), after reordering a second time the store cancelled the order AGAIN. They apologized stating that “oh it just happens sometimes & randomly cancels orders”. After asking how I could receive both the promotion and/or get my money back, they told me to call the 1-800 help number & then I’d be refunded for BOTH of the orders placed. Poor service and I guess poor technology? Super sketchy.

Always come here , This night my girl order a number 13 with gravy, when we got home there was bbq on the strips(someone’s dirty glove). We drove back and nicely talked to a girl at the speaker , I showed her the strips so she knew I wasn’t lying. A man out of nowhere came from the kitchen saying we wouldn’t get a replacement with a attitude and slammed the window on us. After I didn’t drive off I told him that didn’t make sense. We didn’t order bbq sauce so there was no reason for the strips to be cover in it. He gave us 3 strips in a bag and waved us off. My girl also didn’t eat the fries in hope of a whole meal replacement…. She ate cold fries . I worked for WB 4 years and I know that they aren’t allowed to take the food back . But I still showed them so they knew I wasn’t lying .. I’m talking to the area manger I’m good friends with 993 GM as well.

Longest wait on a fast food restaurant just to get cold food n overcooked fries cold burger not made quite well even the cheese on the burger knows the patty had been to b sold for some time now 🤔. Cheese is not even semi melted, grill jalapeños didn’t even see the grill they were just put on the burger 🍔😐. Any who may b u guys r suffering from lack of staff but if I’m gonna wait for like 30 minutes to get my food I would at least expected to b hot n well made.
