So... they got my order wrong. I ordered a six piece nuggets with honey sauce and fries. They forgot the honey sauce. However, they gave me two cheeseburgers with my order instead, which was a cool little accident. I think I’ll be coming here again.

Food is good. Very big inside. Bathrooms are clean place is clean. Inside playground. I like the toys in the Happy meals. There is all kinds of fast foods for anyone there!

I usually go in the morning for a coffee. I like to experiment with different combos. I've noticed they are usually cleaning the Frappe machine between 6 and 7 am, so don't try ordering one then. The drive thru lanes can get a little lengthy at times, but they do continuously move. I usually get some friendly workers when I order, never had a rude interaction yet. Ordering from the app for curbside pickup is nice, but that app is so darn slow (not their fault, so no stars taken off) that I don't use it often. Overall, it's a decent McDonald's that's close to home.

There's not a lot one can say about a McDonald's. The food is as to be expected, however what makes this franchise stand out are the employees, everyone I've encountered has been nice as can be. They're prompt, polite, and rarely get an order wrong.

I go here almost everyday to get my iced sweet tea. I never have ta wait long, useless it's between 1130-am/1230pm. Than the drove through is pretty busy. The food n drinks are good. Always hot and fresh. There's a couple ppl I dislike that works in the drive through, they are rude and always mess up my order. But other than that, this McDonald's is a good place ta go!! Great for kids too!!

Very friendly staff, and the service was very prompt. Food was fresh and hot, just the way I like it. My french fries were actually steaming hot. The Big Mac was delicious. I highly recommend this McDonald's to everyone. This place runs like clockwork, very fast, and very clean. Have a great day everyone...

Best steak egg and cheese bagel I ever had

First time saying this, but great fast food experience. Service was quick and friendly at this location. I only did the chicken nuggets and some fries, but both were the best (perfectly cooked and not soggy like usual) I've had. Nice work

I tend not to review chains and focus on local, but I had a great experience that I think warrents a review. While my wife and I experienced a small wait time, the staff noticed she was pregnant and threw in a little some extra for her. It was a small gesture that was very kind of them, and it was very appreciated.

Whether you are dining in or going through the drive-thru, great service and great food. Highly recommended.

If I could rate the morning ladies a 10 I would. Every morning I pull up, give my code, and I am welcomed with so much friendliness. They use my name, tell me to have a great day. The morning crew is absolutely theeee best. Great job ladies!

Good food, tastes a lot like McDonalds.

Typically when you go to McDonald’s, you know what you’re signing up for: mediocre food at a decent price. I’m a frequent visitor given the times, thankfully this McDonald’s is elite in the fact that they keep the drive-thru very efficient. Additionally, they always seem to get your order right. It’s clear that they’ve got some good, hard workers in there. I just wish this location could stay open for 24 hours.

The staff is so friendly. The drive thru usually moves quickly, and order is rarely missing items.

Every restaurant has its ups and downs. When it’s busy, you may get a messed up order, but they always fix it with no questions asked and smiles on their faces! If it’s not busy and you have the luxury of dining in, you feel like family with all the employees goofing around, but getting things done. It’s always clean inside and lobby and restrooms. I love the ordering kiosks and being able to use the mobile app for rewards.

This location has an extremely friendly staff. They are efficient and work hard to provide you with a quality meal. There’s plenty of parking and the drive-through goes pretty quick. McDonald’s breakfast is always good. Especially their steak when added to a sandwich.

I get my lunch here nearly every day. 98% of the time is is 100% great. Occasionaly there is a wait, delay, or error. It happens. Thousands of orders daily, there will be imperfections. I learn patience and understanding. Give them a break, it is usually hot and busy in that kitchen. Their employees generally do an excellent job. I will continue going here on a regular basis.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated the location was. The manager on duty was VERY attentive and went above and beyond with my friend when something was wrong with his order. She was very apologetic, quickly corrected the situation and even offered him something extra for his wait and patience. I said Okay, McDonalds! That's great service. It was nice to see all the youngsters working, no one playing on their phone, people singing and enjoying each other's company and focused on their work. It was refreshing. They made me smile and remember my days working at Hardee's at 16. They deserve more than a pat on the back.

The only issue is if you go after 11:00 pm they are EXTREMELY slow and only one drive thru lane is open and the lobby is closed. They give sauce’s if you ask and not always the hottest or best food. The McDonald’s on 6th and Oklahoma is the best.

Pretty average McDonald's. Can be pretty busy sometimes so there may be a wait. Customer service is pretty good for the most part but you should always check your bag before leaving window/counter.

The service is great and has been for over 30 years. Some mistakes but overall good. The problem is their new hours. The only McDonald’s (or restaurant in general) now open at midnight around the area is the McDonald’s on Layton by the airport and that line is literally a HALF HOUR LONG after midnight. It’s absolute BS.

The staff is always very friendly towards me, and it doesn't take very long to get what I ordered. They also rarely get my order wrong.

This particular location usually prepares my food that meets my expectations. I give it 4 stars because every once in a while they will forget an item or their sandwiches can be sloppily constructed. Other than that, a good location to get a quick meal!

Went through the drive thru and ordered two meals, one with Shamrock shake. I was given the food and told to pull into a parking spot to wait for shake. As I pulled forward and the truck behind me pulled to the window, he was handed a Shamrock shake. I ended up sitting there almost 10 min for the drink. When the worker came out to bring the drink, I asked her why the wait when the person behind me got his immediately. She said it was because he ordered a large one, and I ordered a medium. Umm, what? I'm not sure of the logic on that one.

I normally get great food and service here but every so often they add pickle when I say no pickle or the fries are cool or whatever. No big deal. Then today I order nuggets which I rarely do, I ask for sauce, it's on the receipt and they forget it. Not only did I have to pull forward and wait, there was only one other car in the drive-thru. Can u just slow it down when it's not busy and include everything I order? Thanks.

The service was good, food was good, but my son and I both got shakes that were terrible. They tasted like they had spoiled milk in them, I couldn't drink mine it was so bad.

Recently been having nothing but problems with the South Milwaukee location, so even though I live a block away from there I drive out to this location instead. Just wanted to share the contrast between the two locations, I went through the drive thru and got a couple burgers, they came out made wrong. So I went back in, was greeted almost immediately(they knew there was a problem since I had my bag in my hand) came over and I explained the problem. They apologized and immediately fixed the issue, the manager came by and offered cookies or something to make up for it. Promptly gave me my food, apologized again and wished me a great night. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mistakes happen but how you fix them means the world to customers. South Milwaukees location with the same issue and you get ignored at the counter, attitude, no apology, takes forever and they drop the food on the counter and maybe say something along the lines of "here ya go" and walk away without a second look. Not sure how the two being like a 1.5 miles from each other are so different, but drive the little extra for the cudahy location if you want McDonald's

Privately owned. It shows. One new window employee during the day shift who takes orders is amazing. The front window blonde with the glasses who has been working with the company for as long as i can remember seems to always have an attitude and never wants to be there.

It is what it is. I usually have good experiences there. But however one visit, a younger employee extra charged two dollars. I think he was just trying to pocket a little extra money.

The food was great. But I witnessed the manager chasing an employee out of the side door near the drive thru. She was screaming and cussing. It was a poor display of management. And a good reason to never return. If that's how she treats employees, I can't imagine how she is with customers.

Im giving it 3 stars only because I love the lady who works the pay window in the mornings, she is the sweetest & always tries to fix any issues I have. But I go here everyday for breakfast & it’s been nothing but issues lately… I understand it’s “fast food” but it’s not even cheap anymore, so it’s pretty frustrating spending $20 on breakfast that is completely inedible every time… biscuits are so over cooked I can’t even bite into them… everytime I order curbside I end up waiting 20+ mins & even have to call the restaurant on occasion to remind them I’m out there. They even told me once that they had a bunch of DoorDash orders come in after my order and that’s why it took so long… we’ll shouldn’t it be first in, first out? I waited 45 mins for a coffee a sandwich and a hash brown. It’s just insane to me. You should not offer curbside if you cannot keep up with it, or treat it as a normal order. Period. I want to keep giving them chances but it’s very frustrating when you go there every day & something is always wrong & you don’t even place big orders. Especially with the prices on everything going up, the quality should not be going down. Anyways huge props again to the morning first window lady she is the best & she is the reason I keep going!!!

The last two times I've visited this place the service has been below average. From waiting for them to figure out a happy meal order that took so long that 4 cars in the outside lane went through. Then the next visit they just forgot about the inside lane and took orders from the outside lane. Very frustrating to visit this store.

It has wheel chair parking, but they need to fix the doors so the wheelchair door push buttons actually work again!! Its been a bit since they have. It's got a good size play area for kids and is usually not too crowded before 230pm. After 230, however, it gets crowded, and orders start to get messed up with items forgotten at least when you eat in. Best go thru the drive-through and just check your order around them cause ordering inside takes forever, and it's super loud and crowded.

I have been to this McDonald's a bunch of other times, this particular visit was about 8:30 pm & was NEVER THIS BAD! I waited in the drive-thru for quite awhile & there was only 1 other car besides myself waiting. It costed me close to $19 to get 2 fish sandwiches that I had to peel apart & re-stack them to actually make be able to eat, as the bottom bread (with the cheese) WAS GLUED SIDEWAYS to the fish patty & got a half full large fry, shoulda ordered a small, coulda saved some $ for the same amount of fries! AT LEAST THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS UP SO I COULD GET A SHAMROCK SHAKE! (That's the only reason I'm giving it an overall 3 ⭐'s! )

50/50 shot of you're order going through quickly. 2/3 of the time they get their stuff right but when the 1/3 of the time comes around and they get the order wrong.. lol how does that even happen. Overall worth the stop, and customer service is usually pretty decent. Best time for fresh food that may actually be "picture perfect" is between 1:30 and 4pm in my experience. Enjoy

The drive through took a bit longer than usual, no biggie. But they forgot both mine and my daughter's ranch. Also evertime I get a soda there they put so little ice that it melts and dilutes your soda. Other than that I tried the new BBQ chicken strips. Quite good actually, would've been 4-5 stars if they didn't forget the ranch and the whole ice situation.

My burger wasn’t okay yesterday, I had ordered one without onions but cheese, they made with onions and no cheese!!! Plus and worst you need to change your frying oil, please don’t get people sick !!! fries were just 👎🏾👎🏾 Bad experience for someone who is not a big fan of fast-foods !!

Well I was bummed when McDonald's ended the Steak egg/cheese bagel and now another favorite has bit the dust (double filet of fish) as it was just stopped at Cudahy and possibly other McDonald's. Hope it is only Cudahy. FYI, The new Crispy Chicken deluxe is like 50cents more than the next version and all it has more is lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. A bit stiff for those additions. Used my app coupon for a premium any size Coffee or any McCafe drink for 99cents. A good deal. Asked for extra caramel for my caramel iced coffee and was charged 30cents but didn't think any extra was added. Also could be more generous with the napkins. Only got 3 for order of 2 double quarter pounders. Did make my order as requested (only grilled onions) as many McDonald's screw it up and put the works or nothing at all or raw onions only. Sandwiches were good but would like to see McDonald's double bag during cold months so food stays warm longer for me to get home! Another hint, don't ever ask for extra mayo on Sandwiches when you order extra 30 or 40 cents) just ask for free packets at the pick-up window. Edit: 11/18/2023 for a month+ the Steak egg & cheese is back. I actually like it in a McGriddle vs the bagel. Not sure for how long! Steak is a bit smaller than in the past!

I live right around the corner. Good convenient location and give er take fast service. Living around the corner is bad for my wallet and gut but I dunno who's making the decisions but they changed the mcdouble to have coaster thin patties that get cooked to have chewy bits. They halved the size of the patty on the Mc double while raising prices I drove 13 mins away just to get culvers. Yall got a Wendy's openeing up and I know it's not your fault so I'm giving service a 4 star. But the cost cutting burgers aren't good and I won't buy til it's fixed.

Waited 10 minutes for a mobile order to be ready which of course, defeats the whole purpose. While waiting, heard the supervisor Barb disciplining a staff member near the front counter, loud enough for guests to hear. It was extremely unprofessional! The last several times ice gone to this location, there has been an issue. Even though it's just a few minutes from my house, I will visit another location in the future to avoid this store. It has gone downhill significantly the last 6 months.

The mushroom Swiss was a big disappointment. 3 little pieces of mushrooms, you couldn't even tell there was cheese on it, and the sauce was one big spoonful on the side of the sandwich 🤔😔😞. Very disappointed. I work hard for my money and I definitely would NEVER order one again.

Usually do not visit...heard about the chicken breakfast biscuit..had to try! it was alright...biscuit a little dry, chicken seasoning nicely flavored, maybe a little honey would have helped, not sure if it's an option. I don't have to have again.... Had the coffee, it was decent if I must. Used drive up, staff was pleasant which helps with upgrade to 3 stars. Not a McDonald's girl!

Last 2 times I've came there for breakfast around 3-5am and it was the same young short girl with black hair keeps getting my order wrong. Its so frustrating just this morning i went to get 3 sausage egg and cheese mc muffins and 2 hashbrowns. I looked in the bag to see i was missing 1 hashbrown so drove back around to get that after getting dirty looks like im the problem, then i get all the way home and see that i have ham mcmuffins instead of sausage! Arrived for lunch here at 11am on Saturday, January 12, 2019. The restaurant is FILTHY! The self serve drink station looks like a hoard of 5 year olds hit it hard. Ice everywhere, no napkins, and completely dirty. Our order was wrong and when I we went back to get missing fries, it took over 10 minutes to get them I will not be back to this location. STEREN - You may want to renew your management team sometime soon because this place is a disaster

Used to be a regular customer for a long time, but they now have the most rude african american woman at the drive thru. Got wrong breakfast order and when I brought it to her attention she just scowled at me and gave me nasty looks. never again will I go here.

The management at this location is sub par. They must not train their staff. The labels will print for the food but the staff will not read them and still give you incorrect food. They want $15 an hour and they can't read 3 words. Do you have zero standards? Instead of giving away free food, train your staff properly.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I ordered 2 drinks 2 40pc nuggets and some fries. They gave me 1 40pc nuggets, fries, and my drinks. No biggie, I politely told them they forgot my 40 pc and a worker went to I guess who’s in charge of getting the food prepped and that worker screeched “who?!?!” I told them my meal and she had attitude. She spent the next 10 mins or more talking about me like 20 feet away. By the time I got my nuggets all my other food was cold and drinks warm. I didn’t even end up eating the nuggets after all the stuff that worker was saying I didn’t trust my food. Threw it out and went to Bangkok house near pick n save. Cost more but the food is better. P.s: I always place mobile orders so there was clear proof I did not lie I really did order 2 sets of 40! I tried ordering from there again today. Ordered a 1/4 pounder with extra meat (an extra 1/4 pound of meat) they didn’t give me the extra meat and still charged me the extra. They tried that bs again so I just said fk it, not worth fighting over. I’ll just never come here again. The most unprofessional McDonalds I’ve ever been too.

Fries taste like they’ve been cooked in old grease, 20 piece nuggets was only an 18 piece. This isn’t the only time I’ve had a bad experience at this location and it happens more often than it should. What ever happened to customer service.

Play place is great. Food was super fast and correctly made. HOWEVER.....the filthiest McDonald's I have ever seen, by far. Trash everywhere, couldn't find a clean table, drink station looks like it's never been wiped. I was there for 45 minutes and never saw an employee try to fix any of this. It was not busy. It's a disgrace and needs new management and ownership.

This place definitely is not a good place. I went there and let my kids go on the playground and they were also there yesterday without an adult and today they went back today and they were just playing and they got a kicked out for playing and telling a kid they saw her yesterday and also they had 2 minutes to leave otherwise they would call the cops and they couldn't get there stuff back that they left bc they had 2 minutes to leave.

Took almost 15 minutes to get 2 apple pies that they said were already ready. And when I reminded them, twice, what I was there for, they acted completely clueless. I never would have thought that I would receive such empty looks when asking where my very small and very simple order is.

Manager was very rude when my mother an I came to get our food. Originally ordered through doordash and no one picked up our order so we called this location to see if we could come pick it up. Apparently it had been sitting there for 20mins! When we called they said they would replace the food and they told us to cancel our doordash order. So I did and yet the manager who was blonde told us they could not refund us nor give us our food. She was the most rude woman I've ever met. I go there all the time and its usually fine. Will not be returning and will be filling a complaint to your H.R

Don't know why my stomach gets sick every time I eat at McDonald's. And it doesn't matter what kind of food you eat. And the sad part about it is the price keeps going up and the value goes down. We visited tonight at 8:30pm and it was the rudest experience I have ever encountered! I went to order and let the kids go to the play place with my husband. As I am waiting the workers make rude comments about how kids are in the play place when it is suppose to be close. There was no sign, the light and games were still on and there was a trash can pulled away from the wall floating in the restaurant but in no way blocking the door. There were mopping signs out around it, so it was assumed they were cleaning. I excused myself to let my family know we were not welcome in the play place, after lots of tears we finally got to order. Then we went to find a new place to sit. We went to an open table and we were told the back seating area was closed. The front was packed excepted a small table. So a family of 5 had to cram into a crowded corner to eat with cranky kids. Then to top it off the workers go on brake and sit in that area. Pissed off doesn't not describe how I felt. We have a 14 hr drive ahead of us, and we started it out with this experience. There were no apologies and no explanations as to why 3/4 of the seating area was not being used. Just eye rolled and rude remarks!

My burger had hardly any toppings, so I took it back and asked them to remake it. They scraped the cheese off the patty, flipped the burger over, and put new toppings on. There were still hardly any toppings and the cheese wasn't melted. I Farva'd it and said, "eff it" even though it was probably spit on and dropped on the floor. The lady at the window was super nice and at least I got free cookies.

Walked in to order coffee and saw one of the older employees putting salt instead of sugar. I confronted her about it and she laughed it off. She never redid the drink and gave it to the customer anyway. Even the manager thought it was funny too. I wonder what else they put on peoples meals.

It''s bad when they tell you 2 min for your order and have you pull up, and you have to walk back up to the window 40 FREAKING MINUTES later to ask them where your order is and they tell you it's another 2 minutes. 10 min later still nothing while car after car after you come and go. And then when they do being your food they only bring you half of it!!! Total time spent waiting for 4 items: over an hour. Do not go here unless you want incompetent service. Never again.

I drive from Greenfield WI to this location for its amazing service until last night. The cashier from the moment I placed the order she was extremely rude. She was Hispanic, when I got to the window the attitude continued and she kept rolling her eyes and talking extremely sarcastically. Food was cold and hard and asked to speak to manager and the cashier kept rolling her eyes and talking behind the managers back. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth.

This store employs the most inept, slow moving morning crew that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Previously I had to write a letter... A LETTER... to get a $3 refund for my morning coffee because they kept me waiting in the curbside for over 10 minutes. This morning at 8:21 a.m. I pulled into the drive-thru, because I refuse to use the app anymore since they even forget you or never have it ready so what is the point? I ordered my morning coffee as I normally do once again only a $3 order. When I finally got to the window the girl decided to make me wait 4 minutes while she stacked McDonald's happy meal boxes never looked at me never acknowledge me never said give me a minute just ignored me completely. So I drove off. It shouldn't be this difficult to get one coffee. If I had made a big order I understand but nobody has 10 minutes to wait for a coffee. It's coffee. And anytime I order anything else no matter how mundane the order may be, they either miss an item or they make the item incorrectly etc. Honestly they need to step up their game. I understand that after the pandemic they're short staff or whatever but I'm short staffed at my job and I don't struggle this badly with simple things like a coffee. And I would never get away with just ignoring the customer. Honestly for all this hassle I'll just start making coffee at home because it's less of a problem. I would advise to have people who can speak coherent English and aren't bothered about stacking boxes at the window. You can have someone else do that.

My friend and I came for an once cream cone. We preordered them online for easy pick up. I realized I had closed the app without reading my order number. But I remember giving my name, at other locations, to pick up my order and they were able to find it. Unfortunately, the rude BOY speaking in the drive thru speaker kept saying that he “needs numbers”. I try to find the order number on my phone but was struggling. I asked him where I could find it and he said “in the app”. That is clearly obvious. This boy was no help at all and was quite rude. He swore that he was only following “the rules”. So why can I say my name at other places, but this boy would not allow it. He could have at least had wayyy better customer service. Now THAT is following the rules.

The lack of professionalism and kindness astounded me today. I drove up to the drive thru to pick up a door dash order and a minute later all the lights suddenly went off and the screen said “drive thru closed”. Keep in mind, the restaurant closes at 10:30 and I was there at 10 so they shouldn’t have been closed. I then pulled up to the pick up window to see if someone could help me there (the lobby was also closed) and I saw 3 young workers who CLEARLY saw me as well. I tried to tell them that I was there to pick up a doordash order but they completely ignored me! I sat in the drive thru for about ten minutes hoping that they would help me but they didn’t and Instead, they sat there talking and laughing with each other. I could hear what they were saying so I know dang well they could hear me yelling “I’m here for a doordash pickup” I eventually reached out to the people who ordered the food and had to tell them to cancel it. I’m just astounded by this. I’ve worked in customer service in the past and I sure as heck would have opened that drive thru window and showed the customer some curtesy but these people clearly only care about themselves. So incredibly disgusted. Not to mention I didn’t get paid by doordash since I couldn’t complete the delivery. Wasted gas, time, and money for this. Unbelievable.

The employees here are all so miserable and rude!! There no smiles this place turns my mood from happy to upset real quick food is always old! I asked for fresh fries this girl dropped the old fries I watched her do it to heat them up! There a older lady in the morning I mean sheesh just retire already nobody wants to wake up to the amount of rudeness she puts off I had call and complains more then one time about her!! Also a miserable man in the drive thru he was so rude I told the next window and the manager reimbursed me for my whole meal!! Play rooms always closed and if open it’s always just gross

Was going through the drive through to order food for our family. When we started to place the order we got asked to repeat the one item we had just ordered. We repeated said item and went to the next got asked to that item as well. When we tried to even say anything at the point we got told to hurry it up. We weren't the ones having the issue trying to order. But getting told the hurry up and place an order that I was trying to place but kept getting told to repeat myself. We ended up leaving without finishing our order and going somewhere else.

Serious Concerns Regarding Cleanliness at South Milwaukee Location I recently visited the McDonald's at South Milwaukee, and I was both shocked and disappointed with my experience. Upon ordering an iced coffee, I discovered what appeared to be dirt within the drink. Although the staff promptly refunded me, the issue runs deeper than a mere refund can address. Out of sheer disgust, I returned my burgers as well, completely losing my appetite. My concerns extend to the overall cleanliness and hygiene practices at this location. I urge both the management and health department to conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that this incident is an isolated one and that necessary measures are taken to prevent future occurrences. Such lapses in basic food safety and hygiene can lead to serious health issues for customers. Immediate action must be taken to address this, and assurances must be provided to the public that the food served meets the expected quality and safety standards. And too much homeless hangout inside. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

I walked in and already was a line of people waiting to order, once i finally able order it took another 20 minutes to actually get my food. Staff were rude and unpleasant. The building itself was disgusting and horrid. Will never return.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any restaurant or fast food place. I ordered two strawberry shakes for my wife and I. We paid at the first window and when we got to the second window, they told us that they were out of the strawberry shale. They offered us chocolate instead, so we agreed. They told us to pull up to the spot where we wait for food, so we went and parked. Twenty minutes go by and nothing. At this point I lost my patience and decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. It turned out that the machine was actually broken, yet no one told us about it. We waited twenty minutes only to find out that the machine was broken and that no one was doing anything about it. If I hadn't gone in, I most likely would have been waiting until they closed down for the day. The staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. This McDonald's staff must be replaced. They also made other customers wait up in front for shakes.

Bathrooms are dirty. there's definitely no maintenance. The staff looks very unprofessional, hats are worn backward, and hair is all over the face, especially in the night shift.

Came to the store at 7:30. I had asked for stuff in my bag. I had seen them talking for a good 10 minutes before bringing me my bag and they had forgot a sandwich and the sauces the night staff needs to be reviewed the window people in specific.

If your going to utilize curbside parking spots for food orders this location needs to change their parking strips and redo their parking. I should not need to drive around the building 360° to park in another spot because your parking lot is not up to date to new McDonald franchise standard. And no one told me my food order was going to take 15 to 20 minutes for chicken strips until someone came out to inform me.

Not sure why every time I come here they make me pull up to wait for my food when no one is behind me. In the mornings the lady with the white hair thinks it’s funny to do this laughing about it. Will not be returning to this location. Even though it’s right by my house I’ll the lake the extra drive to a different location.

Rude, incompetent, disrespectful. One of the geniuses decides to dump the fries inside the happy meal box and also the bag that contained the #2a inside. I told them not to dump people's fries in their bags. They did not put the sauce inside for the chicken nugget happy meal. I then asked for salt and ketchup, and they gave me 3 ketchup and 9 salt. For one (1) 4 piece chicken nugget, happy meal, and one (1) 2a meal medium. Then turned around and said to me "I don't know how much salt you need" common sense would be to ask. Not try to kill someone. Horrible customer service the first female at the window tried to hand me two softdrinks through the window without asking did I need a cup holder. I asked for a cup holder and she put both the drinks on the same side, just ignorance at its finest. I just can't. That's my second time going there and my second time being disappointed.
