The place is nice and clean, and it's bigger than other establishments in this chain. The only problem is the poor condition of the tables, since most of them are wobbly and you can't eat comfortably. The food is very good, all the pizzas are delicious, and the prices are very good. The soft drinks are more expensive. The customer service is good, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and suitable for any social occasion.

I don't know why, but the flavor here hasn't quite won me over (I've tried it at other branches); and they make you wait a long time, but oh well... I understand :)

They take forever to serve you; I've been waiting for my food for over 50 minutes. I recommend coming with plenty of time and patience... Our waitress was very rude and seemed to be in a bad mood... "NOTE" this is the one in the plazas... Not another branch.

The pizzas are very good, but the service is bad. I've been more than once, and the staff treats you like they're doing you a favor. I bought two slices to go; I didn't even cook them there because they weren't even for me, and the girl gave them to me like that. I asked for a bag, and she made a face. I asked if they offered sauces, and she made another face. It's the kind of thing that makes you not want to go back.

The staff's service is extremely rude and even-tempered. You can't ask anything because they answer with terrible attitude and still scold you. That girl in the photo is the one who served me; she's very rude and dirty-looking. The girls chew gum, don't wear hairnets, and spend their time on their cell phones.
