This restaurant is the worst it hasn't changed this is the same dirty place that before on university boulevard . Unrecomended

pollo con tajadas had no flavor, the pupusas were mostly just masa with barely any filling, and the baliadas with beef tasted bad. Overall, the food doesn’t feel authentic and definitely doesn’t represent Honduran flavor. The place was empty, and after trying it, I understand why. I don’t recommend this location the one in Gaithersburg is much better still sucks but the food has more flavor.

No se merece ni una estrella, pero quiero comentar ordené un pollo con tajadas pensé que porque es supuestamente de Honduras lo podrían imitar aquí, que mal experiencia al ver unas tajadas aguadas y crudas el pollo con olor a chuquillo , el pollo se lava con vinagre por lo menos para freír y luego ni sabor tenía creo que ni sal le pusieron … y pagar $17 para tirarlo a la basura no está bien. La próxima vez mejor me voy a Chipotle y me sale menos y quedo satisfecha con lo que compro Así que un cliente menos también . Mejoren su calidad 👍

Las pupusas quemadas. El pollo con tajadas todo simple. Las tajadas estaban con olor a pescado crudo. Y la salsa sin sabor. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Y aparte me parece absurdo que cobran extra por pagar con tarjeta...

My complaint is about the tip, and now the 2.9% fee they charge for paying by card. 1- The tip is a very high charge; it's not the customer who has to pay the waitress, it's the restaurant owner. The tip depends on the service you receive; it's at the customer's discretion. 2- Now there's a 2.9% fee for paying by card, whether debit or credit. As a customer, I shouldn't have to pay for their banking services, equipment, etc.

I went to this restaurant with my family to eat. It's terrible. I don't recommend it at all. The food was horrible. The salad had no dressing, and the lettuce and cucumber were bitter. Mexican tacos, for God's sake, aren't Mexican tacos because they sell something they don't know how to prepare. A hard, thick tortilla with chopped chicken. That's not Mexican tacos. The chicken with slices, the chicken was tough and old, and the slices were very hard. And they add too much as a tip to the bill. They just add it to your bill, and a large amount isn't fair. They provide terrible service, terrible food, and on top of that, they charge you tips however they want. And tipping isn't a law; it's what you are willing to tip. You pay for what you consume because it's the restaurant's responsibility to pay its waitresses. A tip is just a token of gratitude from the customer. IT IS NOT MANDATORY. NOT RECOMMENDED. I went to this restaurant for lunch and the food experience was terrible, but I want to warn others to be very careful when paying. After my visit, I realized something very suspicious had happened to my card. The day I went, I was charged for my normal bill, but the next day, another very similar charge appeared, only a few cents different. On the third day, I received a third, identical charge. I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the situation and spoke directly to the owner. I asked for copies of the receipts for those supposed orders, because the person who placed the order should have signed the receipt, just as I had signed when I paid the day I went. However, the owner refused to give me that information, and his manner of speaking and addressing the customer was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I received no help, I called my bank and disputed it. They confirmed that those transactions were made manually, meaning someone entered my card information by hand to process the charges. This can only happen if they have the full card information, which makes me think the restaurant takes a photo of the physical card when you make the payment. Also, I want to point out that this restaurant isn't completely new. It used to be located on University Boulevard, where it already had very bad reviews, and although they've moved, the mismanagement and terrible service remain the same. I recommend that if you decide to eat here, you only pay with cash or using secure methods. If you prefer to pay by card, make sure the payment is always taken in front of you. Ask for your card to be swiped in person, or approach the register yourself so you can see the process and keep your card visible at all times.

When I called to express my concerns about the quality of the food I received, I clearly heard a male voice in the background say “eso es paja”—completely dismissing my feedback. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the baleadas I received today were extremely disappointing—barely any beans, which is supposed to be the main ingredient. I was simply trying to bring awareness to the issue, not cause problems. I had been looking forward to enjoying a family dinner, but even the appearance of the food fell short. Unfortunately, this experience has left a really bad taste—both literally and figuratively. I won’t be returning. I bought some saddles to eat, but they didn't taste the same as the ones I had bought before. They were saltier and had cinnamon sticks in them, so when eating them, you had to be very careful for fear of getting a piece stuck in your throat. I'm not saying it's bad to use cinnamon, but it should be in powder form, as that would be better.
