First time at this restaurant and everything was so good! Not pictured but equally delicious were the shaken milk teas. Fried chicken cutlet was on point and the beef pancake is a must have! My husband really enjoyed the sauce in the hand pulled noodle dish. Food was served promptly and servers were great. We arrived a little after 6:30pm on a Saturday and it was full but only waited about 10-15 minutes for a table for 2. Can’t wait to come back and try more items!

Celebrating Lunar New Year 2026 in style! Meeting up here with Taiwanese friends for Taiwanese breakfast. They serve this menu on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30. They offer a wait list that you can join in their Maps listing when they are busy. We got here at 9:30 and it was fairly quiet. We got a table for eight people and everybody parked right in front of the restaurant but by the time I left at 11:00, it was a very full restaurant with people waiting outside. First thing you should do when you get to your table is to select what you're going to order then go up to the counter and order. If you have a larger group like we did, everybody can go up and order what they would like, the restaurant will split the bill when it's time to pay. Once you are done ordering you can return to your seats at your table and before you know it, your food will start appearing. It only took about 5 to 10 minutes after the first order was put in for the food to start arriving at our table. Each dish looking better than the previous one!. The advantage in going with a group is that you get to try out a lot more items. We ordered a bunch of things for the table and everybody got an individual main dish. I would be very hard-pressed to select one item as my favorite but I think the main dish I ordered was really delicious dish and something I had never tried. I will order it again. Things we ordered that I would 100% recommend: 1 Peppery Kurobuta Charcoal Bao (The charcoal makes it a very interesting color, not quite black but almost.), an order of them comes with two and the bao are quite large. Soft fluffy dough with a good size pork sausage filling. 2 Sloppy Explosion Pancake, VERY sloppy but sooo good. 3 Turnip Cake Fries. These were absolutely delicious. A mashed daikon radish that is formed into nice fat fries that are pan fried in such a way that the exterior forms a crisp crust around the pillowy soft filling. Much better than any potato fries I've ever had. 4 Spicy Red Oil Mini Wontons with Youtiao. The wontons are filled with a shrimp mixture and then served in a bowl floating in the red chili oil sauce. Eaten by themselves, the red chili oil wontons are spicy. That's where the Youtiao comes in. This is also commonly called a Chinese donut. They are donut like in that the dough is fried in a bar shape. That's where the similarity ends. These are not sweet at all. They're served with this dish so that you can soak up some of that sauce and bring the heat down a little. It's a delicious combination and I ate every single bite! 5 LV Choice Pocket Pie. A starter for the table, flaky and cut into triangles. 6. Honey, Jasmine green tea. Abc a crisp and refreshing green tea beverage with Jasmine floral notes. Very nice accompaniment to the meal. 7 Minced Pork Rice. We ordered a couple for the table so everyone could try. It was a hit! We left promising to meet up here again!!! Highly recommended!

Went here for Taiwanese brunch a few weeks ago with some friends and it was great! We had the sloppy explosion egg pancake, the spicy wonton, the charcoal bao, turnip cake fries and some warm soy milk. The flavors really bring you back to Taiwan if you've ever been. I don't live down there, but if I'm ever in Cupertino, I'd for sure go back! The owner Austin is super nice, make sure to say hi if you see him!

extremely pricy place, but reflected by high quality food ingredients and very clean. 9-13 per side dish. similar tofu noodles that is at din tai fong is cheaper (and feels like higher quality) than here. food and environment seems clean so that's great. worth the extra 55%-85% in price. nice Minecraft like ambient music. very relaxing.

A friend said we had to go here for breakfast. Taiwanese breakfast? Yes! I had previously had the Peppery Korobuta Charcoal Bun, which was amazing. But I was hankering for something more substantial. I made an impulse decision and got the Sloppy Explosion Egg Pancake. You know when you wish a food was described accurately? These folks nailed it. Sloppy. Explosion. Egg. Pancake. All four words carry a lot of weight in describing this menu item. I would add "Large" to the description. I managed this with chopsticks, but I was nearly ready to give in for a fork. The pancake was delicious, especially the slightly sweet pork.

Introduced to this relaxed and inviting restaurant by our son and daughter-in-law. We were not disappointed!!! Great Food and a Friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get “lost” in the menu with so many choices but we were not disappointed in anything we chose. Bustling with families and friends this a place to come back to and it looks like many do.

This was my first time at Liang Village. The line was long, but the wait wasn’t too bad. I really enjoyed the beef and tendon noodle soup, the beef pancake wrap, and the steamed vegetables. The flavors were great and not too oily. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I admit I mostly came for the vegan braised pork rice and it did not disappoint. It was so so good. I wish the green onion pancakes were vegetarian but I'm very excited to try the rest of the vegan menu and appreciate that they have it!

They were packed by 6pm but everything was served fast! The waiter will help ordering if you are unsure what to order. I like the environment, very cute. The food is good Taiwanese food. Definitely recommend the beef noodle!

I enjoyed the feeling of a ma-pa shop and the owners hanging out there in the store with you. Business is good right up until closing even on a Monday evening. So many great choices on the menu. I went with the house special noodles. They don’t skimp on the meat at all. The noodles are very obviously house made. I got the fat noodles. Good mix of veggies as well. Portion size is great. I was definitely full. Only small complaint was the soup base a little too sweet for me. Otherwise fantastic. This hit the spot for me.

We had a nice meal at Liang's Village. We got the works (dan dan noodles), pork belly wrap, and cold peanut noodles. Everything was great, though the pork belly in the wrap came out cold and there was barely any peanut sauce with the noodles. Minus one star for those misses.

Good food. The fried fish fillet is tender and crisp and we recommend it. The chicken cutlet bento has generous portions that can be shared by two. The bitter melon appetizer is quite special and worth trying. We come back for the breakfast on a Saturday and really enjoy the offering, we highly recommend the radish cake egg sandwich. In another visit , we tried the minced pork rice with spicy radish - good portion and raise is indeed quite spicy 🔥.

Had this place 3 years ago, the experience is different now. Wonton was good, not particularly excellent. The noodle was too thick and not stretched enough, not bouncy enough. Fried chicken was the star of the show. Phenomenal. The tofu (肉鬆皮蛋豆腐) was served in a plastic container even when we ordered dine in, that was very disappointing.

Solid Taiwanese comfort food. The sesame and peanut noodles are delicious! The vegan pork belly is good. The wonton noodle soup is so-so -- broth is blandish and the wonton has a dime sized filling. Go for the other soups. The beef noodle soup is quite flavorful. For the noodle dishes, you can request for fresh/hand-pulled noodles. For vegetarians and vegans, they have plenty of options. They even indicate in no meat dishes that lard/pork fat is used. Downside is it's pricey.

The pear tea drink was delicious! They put a whole pear in it! Very refreshing, minty, and bright! The dry noodles w beef were not that dry, and did not look like the photo on the menu, but they still tasted good.

Food: I’m so glad to find this Taiwanese restaurant in Bay Area! As Taiwanese, we can definitely tell the flavor of the beef noodle soup is different from other Chinese restaurants as it should be. The new dish Salted Duck Noodle Soup is also the flavor that’s been missed by me! It might not be perfect as rice noodle should go better with it but the texture and seasoning are so good! They also offer breakfast time and Taihu臺虎beer! The downside of this place is that it’s quite pricey…🥲 Service: we came in very close to their close hour but they still welcomed us and were helpful. It was unfortunate that I couldn’t get a bottle of soy milk from them…since I’ve been looking for a good soy milk for quite a while. Ambiance: very modernized and clean. Recommend to family and friends to enjoy a nostalgic dining experience.

Authentic Taiwanese flavors! However the sauce in the ‘black bean with pork and bean curd noodles’ is too salty for my taste. Fortunately the wide noodles have wonderfully chewy texture. We’ll definitely return to try out more options on the menu. The interior of the restaurant is bright and clean. For the first visit, there’s a discount that can be applied to the same day bill, creating a very welcoming atmosphere

We had breakfast on Friday morning. It was a very interesting breakfast option, not the heavy carbohydrates that Asians usually eat in the morning, but I thought the idea was fun and it tasted . Probably good for young people but pricey.

Tried Liang's Village for the first time. I believe I ordered the beef and tendon noodle. Nothing too crazy popped up for me personally, but also biased since my mom makes a good beef noodle soup too. The beef pancake roll was dry and didn't look too appealing. Parking generally isn't too bad in this area.

Heartwarming and homestyle food! No flashy flavours or crazy designs here (ok, except for their charcoal bun). Just honest food. Got the minced pork rice and it was a great way to start the day. The meat packs a decent amount of flavour and the veggies balanced the fat out with its acidity. Definitely recommend adding a bit of the garlic crunch, it's an excellent dose of flavour! Quick service and welcoming servers. Will likely come back for another breakfast some day!

The beef noodle soup here is a bit sweet, and tasted watered down. The beef itself is well cooked, and the noodle texture is okay. The popcorn chicken was subpar and I would not recommend it. Service was okay, and the ambience was average. Large parking lot makes it easy to find parking.

The beef noodle soup & pork dumplings had good flavor but was overly salty, and the service left a poor impression. We noticed the waitress conversing fluently in Mandarin with another customer, but when we asked our menu questions in Mandarin, she suddenly switched to English and acted as if she didn’t understand. It felt unnecessarily awkward. Even more concerning, her fingers accidentally touched the broth while serving the bowl. Hygiene and service training definitely need improvement. The food has potential, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Visited their food stand at the San Mateo food fair this weekend. Ordered their minced pork rice and was very disappointed that they thought this ground pork/dog food textured meat was suitable to sell. EVA airlines has an infinitely better product on their economy class.
