Avaliações de Panera Bread Cupertino
They customized my Green Goddess salad with two over-easy eggs (instead of hard-boiled one) per my request. Note, this combination only available during breakfast. This awesome customer service provided by the team and manager Mrs. Sioe. Thanks so much! P.S. Yesterday I got my breakfast here for free. Accumulated rewards on my Panera card came to about $10 in free food (drink and sandwich). Panera is probably the only place that rewards you so handsomely for being a loyal customer.
I can have a few soups and salads as someone that needs to be gluten free and have not gotten sick. The challenge here is parking!
Excellent service and fast too! I had to wait longer than the pickup time and they offered a drink while waiting. Definitely my favorite Panera Bread location by far!
This Panera location in Cupertino is a gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of fresh-baked bread and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space is spotless, the food consistently delicious, and the service top-tier. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in with a laptop and coffee, this café delivers excellence every time. Special shoutout to Lucy, whose leadership and grace elevate the entire experience. Her deep understanding of the restaurant business shines through in every detail—from staffing to customer care. Lucy’s kindness, professionalism, and ability to create a calm, efficient environment make her a standout. She’s the kind of person who turns a good visit into a great one.
I've been a regular guest here for several years. The crew here has been wonderful with me and so accommodating. The assistant/manager is a wonderful woman! I would recommend Panera Bread on Stevens Creek to anyone that needs a warm meal and a cold drink.
Good level Panera location - well located and with friendly staff. Interior is not run down though it could get a small refresh. Food as always, on point for the expectations.
A wonderful place to do work or meet up with people. There are outdoor tables by the entrance facing the parking lot and more outdoor tables by the exit doors facing the street. I love the layout inside. It is much cozier and brighter than most Paneras. There's a couple alcoves and different seating areas. Also some bar seats facing the kitchen where you can watch them make bread. The only downside to this location is there are not many outlets. An employee said they had 3 but I am not sure he spoke on good authority because I found another one afterwards. Well, the other thing is it's sometimes hard to find parking and the spaces are tight so a lot of cars back up into the spots. Like most Paneras, they have their chill Panera Playlist played across stores and switch their coffee regularly, every 75 minutes to 2 hours. Don't forgot to use the microwave to heat up your food or pastries - it's under the coffee dispensers!
Started badly when we walked in and the young lady at the counter was fairly short with us and not friendly at all. She didn't know what she was talking about when she was asked about using the offer that was sent on the app for us using a 2 for 5 and was insistent that it was online only. It wasn't and when she typed it in it actually was available. The food was mediocre. Not bad.. not great. I went back to get a cinnamon roll after and it was stale. The restaurant itself wasn't all that clean. It was not busy at all but tables had to wiped down and weren't. Floor was littered with crumbs and food. We ended up just wiping down our own so we could sit. I won't be going back.
At least the food is edible, but it is not worth facing the service. Hilariously ironic how the receipt specifically states that Panera Bread strives for accuracy, since our inaccurately entered order forced us to pay more. When confronted, the manager kindly offered to refund us on the inaccurate portion of the order… so we could pay for the accurate version. All well and good, except we paid for taxes *twice.* Our refund did not include taxes. We ended up paying more for less, not at all getting what we were asked for. The manager only stared at the discrepancy and said “I don’t know, looks like a machine issue.” After further pressing, I will concede that he offered us a free drink. We did not need another drink. We needed our money back. I’m not even asking for a full refund, but we unfairly paid taxes on a product we didn’t ask for that was taken back.
I can't believe I paid $15 for a sandwich that only has 3 pieces of chicken, it had never happened to me before... when I asked ( because this is what I usually eat at Panera) they told me yes, that was the correct portion... 1 scoop ... but I wonder, what dimensions? This is the only panera where this has happened to me, apart from the fact that I get a fat chicken… unpleasant and a very disappointing. Literally paid $15 for a piece of bread…
Last week, I visited the establishment with my professor. The business closes at 9:00 PM. At approximately 8:57 PM, an employee approached us and told us to leave in a rude and unprofessional manner. As we were walking out, we observed that a white family was still inside and was not asked to leave, despite the same closing time applying to all customers. My professor and I were the only minorities present, and we were the only ones instructed to leave. This experience felt racist and discriminatory, and it was extremely unprofessional.
I overheard the manager confront an employee about leaving a review as I picked up my food. Customer told her multiple times that he didn’t want to talk to her.
I just got home with my order, but I have nothing to feed my child because the workers forgot to put mac and cheese in the bag with the order :( I'm so sad! Although I really like the cafe itself and the food. Guys, check your bags before you take them home!
This is the worst Panera I've ever been to among all the Bay Area locations. Do NOT bother coming! We came at 8:10pm. They told us we cannot dine in anymore and they're closed. All the chairs are put upside down on the table. I've been to other Panera locations before and they all close at 9pm. Why would they close 45 mins earlier than the posted 9 pm? They should have changed their closing time online to 8pm if that's the case. Horrible service. Also, even when we tried to order for to-go, their salad ingredients are out and their soup we want is out. Super disappointed.
I placed the pre-order at 10am and suppose to pick it up at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:25am, but the order is not yet ready at 11:40am. I asked the employee to help check the status, but she says I need to wait. I asked her if she can help they are working on it, she says you just wait for the email. The employee there is so rude, doesn’t have any patience. I would suggest not go there unless you want extra wait time.
RACIST! DON’T GO!! SPARE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! The person refused to give me my order when I tried to pick it up and showed her the order in my phone. Everyone was able to pick up their order without having to show their phone and an order details and ID, this is so stupid. Even I showed her my order, she refused to hand me my drink and asked my order number and name. This is discrimination and racism. And after all that they gave me a regular cup when I ordered a large. Just to test if this was racism, I had my wife order the same thing 5 minutes later. See in the picture, I got regular when I order large (right) and my wife who is not Asian went in a got the large one she ordered (right) and they asked her for nothing! No order confirmation and of course, no ID!!!! You can treat everyone the same but not discriminate like this! I am giving zero stars on all platform and letting all my friends and family know this is a racist location. The Kobe Kitchen next door is way more better, it tastes better and the people there are genuine and treat you better!
Ordered a Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken, and a Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt. Both tasted good, but were dissapointing. The bowl was only about an inch deep, so very little food. The chicken melt had NO MEAT! Not a single bit. Maybe the cook forgot the most important ingredient? Basically paid $15 for bread and a bit of salad.
