Such a good boba place! Every employee is super nice, and everything that has been recommended to me by them have been phenomenal. The atmosphere is super chill, I can see myself sitting down and studying while sipping on some delicious tea! I would definitely recommend trying the Earl Grey Cream Tea, the flavors are super interesting and complex and I absolutely love it. I’m always craving the tea here, and definitely recommend trying it out!

Super fun place to take your kid if they’re obsessed with tapioca and anime! Lol they have lots of games you can play. My son really like the mango popping boba ball things and likes to add lychee to everything. All of the drinks we’ve had so far are great though and different sugar options if you’re trying to stay healthy!!

Always has seasonal drinks! Never run out of Boba. Isn't too busy and they have many options. Getting to this location is kind of a drag due to the intersection, but the tea is worth it! The tea in my pic is the strawberry yogurt green tea with lychee jelly!

They've recently come out with seasonal drinks! Its nice having some new off-menu options to try. I got the Frankenstein today (a pandan taro milk tea) from their Halloween themed drinks and its really tasty with a cute design! Pandan is so hard for me to find in this area but its flavor is great. I look forward to trying their other seasonal drinks for Fall and Christmas time!

I loved this place!!! I never really know what to order but this spot offered samples!!! I really loved that! We ordered Pina colada, mango & cookies & cream smoothie and all three were tasted great. We also prdered a green apple slushie and it was good too. Location was very clean and staff very friendly.

I ordered the avocado smoothie with egg pudding and red bean coconut smoothie. Both are excellent. I especially love the red bean coconut smoothie. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable.

Excellent food and beverages! They have a very large selection of drinks to choose from. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I love the atmosphere/decorations they use. They have games on hand to play as well if you like to hang out with friends. I visit frequently and highly recommend going there!

Nice, clean place. They have samples of drinks with the number that correspond to their menu on the wall. Very friendly. They have smoothie. Slushes. And coffee among other things. I ordered a mango smoothie with tapioca added. Was great.

Large menu with lot of drink options from tea, to smoothie/ slushie, coffee, and juice. They also have savory finger foods here too which was cool. Ordered the strawberry milk tea and the Honeydew milk tea. Both teas were good tasting for bobas. Sadly, I wasn't impressed by this place especially after realizing they charge a service fee when buying with a credit card, which is a bummer because I almost exclusively buy with a credit card. However they do have a sign letting the consumer know they charge a fee if using a credit card, just unfortunately I wasn't aware of that until after I paid.

The inside of the place is cute, but I ordered the coffee cream tea, and my stomach was not agreeing with it afterwards. The drink was hot and partially cold at the same time which I didn’t understand almost like drinking Hawaiian punch with a lot of ice. It didn’t taste like real coffee at all, which was kind to be expected, but it tasted like the coffee that you get across the street from Jack in the box I’d go again, but I’d probably get something different

I've been going here for almost 10 years. Two weeks ago, I went there and noticed the store arrangements inside were different. It looks so much nicer and inviting and they have make your own ramen corner, which I thought it's neat! They added some new food as well. Learned that they are now under a new management. Got my usual, avocado with coffee jelly, it was okay. Taste has definitely changed from previous owner. This Sunday, I had their Vietnamese coffee with boba. The boba is good, but I don't know what they make this Vietnamese coffee, because it does not taste like coffee at all. I asked for strong coffee... I was disappointed. I really like the feel of the new store, but their drinks definitely are not as good as the last management/owner. I hope they'll see this comment and figure out how to make drinks better.

Changing my review to 1 star. I sent my partner to order a peach smoothie with coconut milk after seeing coconut milk tea listed on the Google Maps menu. I assumed they could make a peach smoothie with coconut milk or something similar. When my partner ordered, the employee looked confused, gave an unwelcoming response, and said they don’t have coconut milk — not in a friendly or helpful way — and left it at that. My partner called me, so I asked her to check if they at least had coconut flavoring since I saw coconut items listed. The employee simply said “yeah” with no further explanation or suggestions. As someone who works in sales management, I believe that if a customer asks for something shown on your menu but isn’t available in-store (which isn’t the customer’s fault), good customer service would be to suggest the closest alternative or offer options. This applies whether you work in retail, food, or beverage — being helpful and courteous matters. I chose this place because I’ve had good experiences before, but after this interaction, I’ll be choosing another spot nearby.
