The woman who worked the register yesterday afternoon is absolutely amazing. Friendly. Good service. And she brought our food to our table and even offered to clear after we ate. And the fish? Fried in fresh oil. Wow. It was a really good experience. Plus, $5.99 for two pieces of fish, two hush puppies, and fries? What a great deal!!

I have been craving to try this place for a while and finally did. It exceeded my expectations in every area. Food was fresh hot, sauces at no extra charge, the lady works were fast/friendly. I cannot wait to be in the area and eat there again!

My friend and my Godson love Captain D's, so I am there often. The food is always hot and cooked to our liking. The employees are always courteous and aim to please the customer. Another plus is that the restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Kudos, Captain D's!
Friendly polite very professional service was very good they did a special order for us and asked us to pull up to one of the waiting spots so they could get the next customer order,we did wait time was less than one minute,by having to have been in fast food management myself I'll say that was great teamwork and great management a good manager and good employees that want to satisfy their customers will always keep any business with customers returning,and I know for a fact that Captain D's has been there a long time,so you know they have great managers who know how to hire great employees that are always considerate of their customers, great team work,hopes the corporate office gets this review
We love Captain D’s. I don’t get to eat there often but not any location has ever disappointed us. We thank you for always having a servants heart and always being so respectful and respectful and courteous!!!
WONDERFUL experience! This was my partners first time ever eating at a CaptainDs, and this experience was UNFORGETTABLE!! From the time we walked in until we left , there was a smile, I hope the staff reads this , thanks for providing great service, hot great food and happy vibes .
First time eating here and everything was very good. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were nice and friendly. Dining area is clean and nicely lit. Will eat here again if we're in the area.

Grilled salmon is awesome! It's not on the menu and you have to ask for it but it's really good. Served on a bed of rice and then you get to pick two sides. I took away a star only because some of the premium sides cost 0.49 cents extra. But for the price and considering how expensive salmon is I'll definitely be back and will be ordering this again!

It's definitely not what it used to be, could be or should be. I had to correct the order several times. The police were there for another incident. It was interesting to say the least
Just left today with an online order. My husband food only had a one side crunch and the other side not it was soft. Our cold slaw was room temperature. Fries was warm. My husband didnt get his other hushpuppy that cane with the meal.
I usually have no problem when I go here to eat in person but almost every single time I order through DoorDash or Uber eats they get your order completely wrong. Why not just a little wrong but completely wrong. If they get it at all. Right now, I’ve been waiting over an hour for my food and they hadn’t even been finished being prepared according to DoorDash. I’ve had three drivers canceled because they’ve been waiting too long. Over an hour for a seafood platter is ridiculous. And I’m not sure if I will even get it. I’m still waiting going over an hour and the driver hadn’t picked it up yet because it’s not ready. I’m sure when I get it it will be incorrect anyway.
I ordered the seafood platter and they gave me chicken. I hate the chicken there. Unacceptable do y'all do all your Uber Eat customer like that just give them anything.. SMMFH
I was at your restaurant and was unhappy with your fish because it looked like chicken. We told lady she told me that they have different fish now. I had ate one peace of fish and a bite off one and I had spitting the other one in half. So I asked for a refund for the dinner and I would pay for the one I had ate and the drink. She told me no because I had ate two.. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she was the manager. She was very rude and started to auger and speaking down to me. I told her it was okay because I didn't have time and asked for the DM number then went to get a and with the number and started her manager told her to refund me. So she did refund after I pulled out my phone and started to type this feedback.
