I was wanting a hot drink and the vanilla tea was good. I would recommend tighter lids for the cups as I was drinking and it would drip all over the place

I love craft tea bobas drinks but man this location is rough inside. You can see the dirt on the ceiling, walls and ground. And something smelled bad while I was sitting waiting to get my drink. I love their drinks but wish they would invest more in the actual presentation of the business.

I got the Horchata Milk Tea and Cookies & Cream macaron. The Milk tea tasted hardly anything of horchata and was mostly diluted with water, major disappointment there. The macaron was fine just hard and painful to bite into since it has been frozen.

Best part is they use real avocados in their avocado smoothie. Their strawberry milk tea tastes too sweet & like fake strawberry flavor. The mango slush was decent & tastes like mangoes. Their boba pearls were too firm & not that flavorful. Interior’s small & only parts are updated. Parking lot seemed thug-ish.

Went the other day with my partner and it honestly wasn't that good. The atmosphere was okay, it was kind of run down and a bit dirty. The boba itself was.. okay. My partner got a honeydew boba tea and I got the taro. The honeydew just tasted like melon water with a weird aftertaste and the taro also had a bit of a weird taste? It just wasn't good. The service was also just okay. The workers weren't rude but they didn't even bother to smile or say you're welcome to those who thanked them.

I stopped in for a Taro slush last night and when I first walked in, I was greeted by an extremely unpleasant smell, something similar to sewer gas. I'm not sure what could have caused it, but it was very pervasive. The taro slush was not very flavorful, and I didn't even finish it. The staff were pleasant, and the wait time for my drink was very quick, however.

The worst tapioca boba, it was hard like as if it was sitting there for hours and it was ridiculously small? The milk tea was okay, but the tapioca was horrible. Whoever makes the boba it seems like they let it sit there for hours that it gets hard and shrinks.

I have been coming here quite a long time and I really love the quality of their tea. However when I went in there was a new employee at the register wearing a mask that didn’t fit her well as it wasn’t right on her nose and it kept falling off her face every two seconds. Currently we have 1,100 new cases a day in Dallas county and one in 117 people have covid. And she didn’t have the courtesy to wear a proper mask even though it’s mandated by the governor. When it came time to pay I asked her to back up so I could have six feet of social distancing and she just stared. I asked her again and she didn’t move. Then another girl came over and fixed my order on the screen and asked me what was wrong and I told her that the wasn’t wearing her mask properly and o didn’t want to be within six feet of her. That if her mask was falling off she shouldn’t be at the register. They had her go back and change into a better fitting mask. But then the girl who they had left in charge, a more heavyset girl, told me off. Said she has to come to work every day too and she has kids and she doesn’t complain. That I shouldn’t go around complaining everywhere. Honestly that really astounded me. How did she think she could have the right to speak to me in such a way??? It was definitely within my pur ire to ask someone to give me a six-foot distance for my safety. I was cordial. But the way she talked to me was rude and unprofessional and she needs to lose her job.
