My parents had nothing but great things to say about this place, so my boyfriend and I decided to stop by on Friday. The dimmed lights and quiet conversations made it the perfect atmosphere for a lowkey, intimate night. Our server, Donna, did a great job at being attentive and giving recommendations - she even gave us a free dessert, and we loved it, so it’ll definitely be added into our must-haves for the next visit. I saw some reviews talking about pricing and certain dishes. The bottom line is this: Kostas Cafe is one of, if not the most, cost-friendly Greek places in Dallas, and you don’t have to compromise on taste either - the flavor profile is intense! It’s creamy, citrusy, and rich. If that’s not your cup of tea, maybe you just don’t like Greek food - and that’s okay. I absolutely loved everything we ordered, and my boyfriend (who isn’t the biggest fan of Greek food) was able to enjoy it as well. Will definitely be coming back! See you soon, Kostas!

Found this little gem on a random weekend trip to dallas. Atmosphere was very homey and quaint. Food was Delicious! And our server Ms. Donna was so personable and sweet ! Definitely will be back next time we visit !!

On my last day in the US after 9 months I accidentally drove past this place and had to stop when I saw it. Proper authentic Greek food and I’ve missed λαδερά. Kosta was a gentleman and great staff too.

Our waitress, Donna, took care of all of our requests as it was an anniversary dinner. Enjoyed lamb chops/ scallops and blackened red snapper topped with crabmeat. Donna recommended an excelllent Greek type Cabernet. We will be returning

Cozy, large living room, quaint ambience. Authentic greek food, very delicious. Alex took care of us, and she was very attentive, warm, sweet and gave great recommendations. She even allowed us to sample when we were uncertain about ordering something. The dolmas and lamb soup were very good. This was my first time trying Spanakopita (which you will enjoy if you are a spinach lover.) Very pleasant experience when you are in the mood for something different. "Opa" 🇬🇷❤️

Found this lovely Greek restaurant on Google! Foods are very yummy and authentic :) The hummus is just so creamy and we finish it quickly (didn’t take the photo of it) Donna the waitress was lovely and gave us a free dessert 🎂🍰🧁🍬😝

Kostas Cafe remains a Dallas classic for a reason! They do an excellent job of bringing authentic Greek culture and cuisine all the way to North Texas. The food tastes delicious and they cook everything to perfection. Our group recently ordered take out following a meeting. I didn’t get a picture of everything that we ordered but, we enjoyed it all! I can only provide a limited review of the atmosphere and the service because we ordered pick up but, it was fine. The staff greeted us immediately and we got to watch a Greek dancer and singer while we waited for our order. Overall, I recommend Kostas Cafe!

The fact that this place has been in business since forever and I'm just now finding out about it is sickening. I can not believe I have been missing out. I was surprised that there was no crowd around 2pm on a Saturday but I am not complaining. The restaurant is super cute and the servers tended to my table right away. This was my first time ever being at a Greek restaurant so of course I needed help deciding what I wanted to get. The waiter was so helpful and his recommendations were right on point. I enjoyed EVERYTHING I ordered. If you're on the fence about visiting this place please just GO and thank me later.

Great Service. Allows to order ahead to jump the queue through starbucks app. Work, hangout, sip hot/cold coffee as per your liking. I just love the coffee's aroma in and around the place.

Checked out with a credit card, thought it was odd the employee didn’t give me to screen to choose a tip. I asked for a receipt and she had selected the 1$ tip option for herself. It would’ve been nice to decide how much I wanted to tip, but I guess they automatically do it for you, which is shady. The vanilla cream cold brew was excellent!

Horiatiki on the menu says "a lot of feta cheese" but there was literally one small piece. I've ordered this dish before, and it used to be better with more cheese and well-seasoned cucumbers. Now it's just an assembly of cucumber, tomato, and red onion with some olives and a crumble of feta cheese. The salad is $12 with no meat. Tl;dr: Quality not consistent and skimping on ingredients

This location never makes my Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew correctly. I always order the same drink from other Starbucks and never have an issue, but at this location, it tastes completely different. I asked why it was so much darker, and they offered to put another pump of white mocha. It tasted flat and watered down. Disappointing that this is the closest location to work, and I ended up throwing my drink away.

Ordered a hot grande white chocolate mocha. It tasted like sugary water.

I don't know how this place has that high of a rating... the food was not good. Humas tasted like mud, the gyro meat was so dry almost jerky like and the chicken on our salad tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave... I had high hopes based on the reviews but we should have known better when it was so dead on a Friday at 6... there are much better greek restaurants in dfw please skip this one also soo overpriced

Homeless everywhere. Bathrooms locked. Baristas are not consistent with other Starbucks. They make awful drinks here step it up as a shareholder ! What milkshake is this ?

This is the Starbucks location that I frequent. I was highly disappointed tonight when I went to get a tall caramel macchiato only to find that they didn’t even fill it to the top. It was only filled half way even though I paid full price. To make matters worse, they didn’t add any caramel or sweetener so it tasted extremely bitter.

was a paying customer earlier in the day and with my order got a Trenta cup water. An hour later I was leaving my house and accidentally drove away with it on top of my car. Stopped by again to get another water and the lady in the drive through fought with me about it and refused to give me water??… saying I had to be a paying customer. I explained what happened and she was oddly mean? weird location. I was a barista at Starbucks for 5 years and this place sets the bar so low.

What happened to this location? I went here to buy food and use the Wi-Fi at 7;45 pm and now their door is closed! Only their drive through is open. This is path. The original Starbucks business model was about letting people hang out at their locations to get work done! Sad but true.

The last few times I have gone to this Starbucks, they have an employee outside taking orders in the sun with zero shade. Aside from the fact that its very unhealthy (not sure if they know this but skin cancer is on the rise and the suns rays are more dangerous than ever) for the worker and disgusts me when I see it, I am also unable to look at the menu so I actually get less items than I normally would. Maybe the speaker on the drive-through menu board is broken but I would think that would be something they should fix ASAP. Until then I will not be going to this Starbucks which is a shame because they actually have some of the nicest people working there.

The drinks at this location are just not good. The first time I went, I ordered the pecan oat milk cortado, which I had tried multiple times before from different locations. I should have tasted it before driving away, but they definitely didn't add any sort of pecan flavoring and it was too late to go back. It was just plain burnt espresso as far as I could tell. The second time I ordered a peppermint mocha and it tasted burnt as well, but also watery? Idk if the machines here need maintenance or what, but it's resulting in quite yucky drinks. 3 stars for service and atmosphere because each of the baristas I have interacted with on these drive-through orders have been chipper and perfectly fine.

My girlfriend ordered her drink half blonde and half decaf because he has a very strong medical caffeine sensitivity. When she gave the worker (the tall young black gentleman with the nametag T) her order, he laughed at her condescendingly and questioned in a passive aggressive way as to why she would even order that. She then questioned him as to why he would laugh and he flat out denied the accusation and did not offer an apology. We will not be attending this location any further since we didn’t know we were signing up for a verbal berating for simply ordering a drink.

Learned my lesson. I should always check the drink is right before leaving the drive through. Wasn't just the wrong drink, tasted disgusting. Very poor indeed.

The quality of service is terrible. I personally did not like the service and the drink. Even though I told them what I wanted, they prepared the drink three times differently than I told them initially. Simply because they do not listen to what you say, what your preferences are. They only hear the name of the drink and the program does not let other words through. While they prepared the drink for me three times, I simply lost the desire to drink it. After they prepared it, it tasted like water. I was not able to properly enjoy the drink. And why did I give them a tip?

Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this restaurant. We ordered online and the food was delivered quickly enough. The food was nothing to write home about. Not bad, but very generic and uninspired. Since then, I keep getting unsolicited messages from the restaurant that they miss me and they want me to order again. There is no option in the message to stop receiving them or to opt out. I called the restaurant a month ago and requested to turn off these messages from being sent to my phone, but despite assurances it would be done, it was to no avail. I called again and said that I will be forced to let others know if these pestering messages if I continue to receive them. Again, despite assurances it will be done, I keep getting these messages. So, I decided to keep my word. Unless you are a fan of this restaurant sending you unsolicited messages of how much this restaurant misses you (or are very lonely), I would suggest not ordering from here. The only thing worse than food with no passion is a disregard for a customer who keeps getting these messages he doesn't want and never signed up for.
