Food is a 10/10, service is a 100/10. Tried all vegan and gluten free options. The flourless chocolate cake stood out(ordered it twice)! Drinks: ‘Bright eyes’ has a very strong beetroot flavor. ‘Hangover Rx’ is just perfect if you like mild sweetness.

The vegan beet & walnut burger was so good. 10/10 recommend. My server Katie was nice and informative and very attentive. Props to her for handling some difficult guests next to me with ease. The only thing was the atmosphere was a bit dull and dreary and quiet. I could hear everything being said at both tables on either side to me. I know there was a problem with the brussel sprouts next to me and I know that the other table next to me has a blood sugar problem. Lol seee a little too much information is out and about in the atmosphere.

If you want whole food options that spare no expense, come here. You won't feel guilty eating anything here. Pizza is delicious, cauliflower appetizer is delicious, fries are truly house made using an air fryer. The fries have that air fryer crunch, unprocessed potato taste as well. Its simple and works. Chicken sandwich was good as well. Not as juicy but I'd assume maybe it's because the chicken used wasn't injected with steroids, antibiotics and hormones. I'd like to get that confirmed. If I'll add any criticism, the chicken could have been cooked a tiny bit less, it was borderline dry. Everything else about it was great. The buns, the slaw inside, etc. Even the dessert won't weigh down your heart. The cookie tasted great, nice dark chocolate chips, texture was a bit grainy, but thats the price you literally pay for a healthier cookie. The chocolate cake and ice cream feel like you're cheating on your diet. But if you're gonna do it wrong, then do it right.

First timers here on Nov 4 and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our server Beatriz. We had a great experience and she was absolutely wonderful. Beatriz was attentive, friendly, made us feel very welcomed, and great personality until the end. She ensured we had everything we needed, checked on us without being intrusive, made an excellent menu recommendation (lasagna), and refilled our drinks without being asked. We could tell Beatriz genuinely cares about providing great service. We definitely will be coming back and will request her section again. Beatriz’s service was top-notch! Overall satisfied with the restaurant as a whole.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I was first met by Val at the bar who was so warm and welcoming. She offered me a menu and recommended me the most delicious latte. Then when I proceeded to spill said latte all over the counter, some lovely workers immediately jumped in to help. Their names are Chase and Lauren. They were so kind and helpful. I felt so bad but they insisted that it was alright. Then I met Naia who was just the sweetest ray of sunshine I’ve ever met. She was so genuine and generous, I was blown away. Mel and Phillip were also kind enough to say hi and welcome me into the restaurant. All of them made great conversation and I felt like I was part of the staff! All in all, I would highly recommend to eat at True Food Kitchen! Such a great group of people working here.

We had a very good meal at True Kitchen. They have several good veggie options that look very good. I tried the teriyaki glass noodles with veggies. They were great. Both the others in my party had a good hamburger and a Margherita pizza. We also tried the fries as an appetizer. They were Air fried and and very good. The music was a little loud, to the point it was hard to talk across the table. The drinks were good as well.

Food was very good! I usually don't like ground beef but was eating it with a fork by itself. The queso was good, a little too much cilantro but I have the gene that makes it taste like soap but it was still very good. Octopus tacos were very good and another sashimi type appetizer was as well. Two of my colleagues were with me and they eat seafood, sushi and sashimi all over the world and one just got back from Japan and they commented on how great the food was and one of them doesn't really care for Tex-Mex so that is really saying something. I look forward to trying other things.

Nice upscale Mexican restaurant with fantastic service. The queso Muchacho with brisket is one of the best cheese dips I’ve had. The combo # Juan is a great way to sample many items because it includes a beef taco, cheese enchilada, chicken taco, guacamole, along with beans and rice.

Three women going out to enjoy some good food and drinks. Fatima Yuliet M was our server and she was awesome. This was our 1st time ever going and we needed some directions. She was able to tell us the specials and what drinks were the best to try. Man she wasn't wrong. Please don't drink more than 2 of any of the drinks that are available including the wine. Our drinks were made so right!! There was a bartender that I wish I got her name but she's short and Hispanic and man to watch her make drinks was a masterpiece!! Our food was delicious and filling! The atmosphere was great and everyone was nice. We were able to fellowship with each other without having to talk to loudly. We will definitely be back!

The food here has been spectacular every time I’ve come. They even let me bring my small dog when we sit outside on the patio, which I really appreciate. I brought my mom when she was visiting from out of town, and she loved it too. The cocktails are amazing, and the service is just as great. Truly 11/10 — highly recommend!

Me and my friends recently had the pleasure of visiting Muchacho. As soon as we sat down we were greeted by our server Leonardo. Leonardo provided us with excellent service and he was very knowledgeable about the menu. For my meal I decided to get the carnitas fajitas as per his recommendation and they were delicious ! I also had two drinks with my meal and they were so good. I wish i remembered the name. Overall, our server made our dining experience enjoyable we will definitely be back.

Muchacho has become my favorite Mexican restaurant. Lively bar with excellent drinks. Comfortable patio. Food is delicious. Wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable concerning the menu and ingredients. Can be extremely busy on weekends and happy hours into dinner. Parking can be a challenge since this is a popular area for shopping and dining. Difficult to access with wheelchairs.

Enjoyed dining here with my family. The patio was decorated nicely. The food was a step above the typical Tex-mex around. They do put diced carrots in the ground beef which I actually liked. Flavors were unique and very delicious but not far from traditional taste. Would dine again mostly for ambiance.

We overall had a great experience at Muchacho’s. We started off with a house margarita, a skinny margarita, and their queso. The house margarita and queso were excellent; however, we were not a huge fan of the skinny margarita (it tasted pretty bland). We then split the combo beef/chicken fajitas, which were fantastic. The fajitas came with great toppings, tortillas, and made for an overall great meal. The service and atmosphere here was also friendly. This has been one of the better Tex Mex places I’ve had in DFW and I am likely to come back.

This was a great experience. Both the food and the drinks were really good and flavorful. Everything also can out quickly and it was hot and delicious. Our server was kind and attentive. I was also pretty happy to see the options for Shrimp Nachos. They were the perfect size and they were so good! I will definitely be heading back.

A very nice restaurant with the best Mexican cuisine in Dallas. I love the food here. Cozy atmosphere with lots of fresh air, and the restaurant are great places for dining. The seats are very comfortable and the service is very good. We ordered two dishes and I was very full. Ordered the Margaritas but it tasted so so. In addition, it is worth mentioning that there is an ice cream shop opposite nearby, which is very tasty and delicious 😋

Very impressed with Muchacho! The atmosphere was very nice and well appointed - the noise level was a bit higher than one might like, but no enough to interrupt or party's conversation. The food was tasty and well presented along with genrrous portions. The service was above average starting with our waiter that was attentive to the table's needs to the prompt delivery of food. Very impressive was the fact that everyone had a smile as they did their individual jobs which sometimes is difficult to find. Three dinners with two appetizers and drinks, no alcohol approx. $100. Will gladly return to explore the menu!

First of all, I’m not one to leave reviews, but we had such a fantastic time here. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! We came here tonight for the first time to celebrate Mother’s Day, my mom passed away in 2022, and we had such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back. Their jalapeño cucumber margarita was literally the best margarita I’ve ever had. My dad had the whitefish, two of us had the chicken queso enchiladas, my sister had a combo plate, her boyfriend had beef tacos and every single one of them was delicious! My dad won, his whitefish was absolutely phenomenal. Not every Mexican restaurant can pull off a good seafood dish. The atmosphere was amazing, music was amazing, decor was admirable. I can’t recommend this place more! Oh, and I can’t forget the service! The service was impeccable!

This location of True Food delivers excellent service in an energetic environment. Overall the food is very good, but I find the chicken, whether it’s grilled or air-fried, to be lacking in flavor. The prices feel like good value for money so you can eat a healthy meal at a reasonable price.

I recently visited True Food Kitchen in Dallas for lunch on a busy Wednesday. Upon entering, the place was extremely packed and, honestly, one of the loudest restaurants I’ve ever been to. The interior had a great look—very inviting with a lovely aesthetic—but the acoustics were just off, making the noise level almost unbearable. It was so distracting that we opted for the patio instead. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated on the patio, even though we could see several available tables from where we were standing. It seemed like there might have been a shortage of servers, as there were a few empty tables mixed in with the occupied ones. The manager or supervisor was extremely nice but seemed quite insistent that we sit inside, possibly because we were standing in the way and they wanted us seated quickly. Once we were finally seated outside, the experience improved. The patio is gorgeous and spacious—a much better option than the noisy indoors. The server started off a bit dry but became more attentive when they noticed I was taking photos and videos. As for the food, I had the chicken sandwich. It was tasty but on the smaller side—not the most filling meal, but still enjoyable. Overall, the patio ambiance and the decent meal have me willing to give True Food Kitchen another try, especially if I can snag a patio seat from the start.

I wanted to like True Food Kitchen because the food itself was actually very good, but the overall experience left me disappointed. (One of us even had stomach issues afterward, which didn’t help.) The biggest drawback was the service — our waiter was rude and rushed us the entire time. He brought the check while we were still eating and even dropped off “to go” drinks while we were still catching up, despite the fact that the lunch rush was already over. It felt like we were being shoved out the door. The atmosphere is upscale and trendy, and the patio seating is nice, but the pricing was way out of line. My poke bowl came out to $40 because the waiter added 2x extra tuna without mentioning that to me. For what we paid ($110 before gratuity for lunch for 3 people without alcohol), the experience should have been much better. The food alone would have earned a higher rating, but the poor service ensures I won’t be returning.

Does this look like a $10 side of steak to you? Tiny portion slopped in a container. When I raised issue with the person at the register she rudely told me that’s the portion size. For spending $110 on a takeout dinner for a family of 4, this is ridiculous…
