Let me tell yall this was thee best damn salad everrrrr. I ordered online and picked it up it was very fast, quick, and easy. I had the Cobb Salas with feta instead of blue cheese, and OMG, was it delicious! I'm going back every day for lunch. Yall and this Salad is only $6.42 with all the topping your choice of chicken steak or Fufu.I love the way they put it in a big bowl for you to open,pour,and eat it all. Loved everything about this place! I paid $13 and some change for salad AND soup. The serving size was more than enough, so you definitely get a bang for your buck! The broccoli cheddar soup was soooo good, I almost drank it out the container! If you want a cheap, quick, and healthy meal, you should stop here. They won’t disappoint!!

This was the quickest I have ever picked up a drive thru order. I placed my order on the app. Which was sole and easy. I wish it would of allowed a few more added items then just 2. But, over all it was simplified. Taste is good and fresh. The frozen Strawberry Lemonade was delicious and only a $1. And the salads are only $5.74 unless you add more. And you'll have to go check them out, to see everything they offer

I have been a loyal customer of Salad and Go for years and have generally been very pleased with the quality of their food and the generous portion sizes. However, I have recently observed a notable increase in prices and a reduction in portion sizes. Previously, all salads were priced the same, but now the Harvest and Caprese salads are the priciest options at $7.25 each. Today, I ordered the Caprese salad with a few modifications. Unfortunately, the amount of chicken included was quite disappointing. Half of the portion consisted of tiny crumbles, while the other half seemed to be made up of pieces from the bottom of the bin. Additionally, the cucumbers were not fresh and appeared translucent just beneath the skin. To top it off, I only received four tomatoes. My coworkers and I frequent this business, but with these recent changes, it might be time to consider other options.

Ordered twice this week via Favor App and my order was wrong. Today I received the salad that has pecans and raisins but I ordered the jalapeno ranch. Very disappointing.

I really like Salad and Go, the flavors are always on point as well as the service is always friendly and fast. The only thing I don’t care for is the way the wrap is put together. It’s not well mixed before it gets wrapped up. The veggies will all be on one side and the protein is on other side so when you eat it, you’re either getting a bite full of meat or a bite full of veggies.

This location lacks customer service. I stood in front of the mobile order window and waited for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Mind you, two employees made eye contact with me. The food was okay, and the chips I received with my hummus were all mostly broken in half.

Quality control has gone down dramatically over the last few months. I’ve noticed the portions are so small that it only fills 3/4 of the bowl. I repeatedly keep receiving salads that are missing premium toppings. I only order the Cobb, and one visit it didn’t have egg or avocado. Today it was missing bacon and the avocado provided was so hard it wouldn’t slice. I really love this place, but I’m not wanting to go back with all the issues.

Ingredients were forgotten and the salad size was puny compared to what’s shown on other reviews, online and what I’m used to from Salad and Go. I ordered a southwest harvest salad and the sweet potatoes were completely forgotten. Seems they forgot the rest of the salad as well. I am a frequent customer at other locations but this location disappointed. Not the typical portion size I’m used to, and I asked for double meat! You’d think the salad would in fact take up more volume with that request. The staff was nice but I was overall disappointed with the product once arriving home. I would not give this location my business again.

Came here after work to try the sweet potato soup and to my dismay, they give me cold soup. Silly because the females that work 2nd shift closing had the ridiculous audacity to get an attitude with me about giving me soup that wasn't even hot. I was like really 😕 just give me a refund, because that energy was totally negative and I did not want to give a penny nor be in the presence of ugly spirited people. One girl offered green chicken soup and I am vegetarian so why in the heck would I want that when my order was a simple vegetarian request. Weird , but definitely not the place at all. Learn proper customer service or go work at a warehouse. Anyways lesson learned to cook my own food than spend money at a so called health place with horrible energy.

This morning, I placed an order at your company for the location on Ross Avenue, and I called them to try to cancel this order. Because it was for the wrong location They told me that they cannot cancel it. They don't have the ability to do that, and that I would need to cancel it on my end. I've never heard of a company not being able to cancel an order when it's being placed, so I find it very rude that they couldn't cancel it. It's due to it being placed at the wrong location. Which im sure has happened before. Here we go. I requested no bacon and what they do put bacon

Decided i wanted a salad, i orderd two one for me and a second one for my wife . I ate my salad on the go so i wasnt paying close attention . Even still something caught my eye , it was a dead bug in my fresh salad .
