Enjoyed a lovely evening celebrating a family birthday. Service from the hostess stand to tge end of the evening was friendly, fun, and helpful. Food was well prepared and presented at the table. Everyone commented on the great flavors. The entire restaurant was immaculate, well-lit, and decorated for the holidays. Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent meal. We were celebrating a birthday with a party of 10. The staff was attentive as soon as we sat down. The service remained consistently excellent through out the course of the meal. The food was fresh and flavorful. There was never a moment where we weren't offered more food or fresh plates.

A truly spectacular experience for my son’s 17th birthday celebration at this restaurant. We had three generations of family for this fantastic meal. The food was incredibly good, but what really raised the bar was the amazing service extended to us from our server, the awesome folks serving the meat, the attentive hostess, and the owner himself who stopped by several times to check in with our table to ensure the experience was five star. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we will absolutely be back. Some of our favorites included the plantains, the spicy sirloin, the ribeye, the fried cheese with honey, and the awesome espresso martinis. Come for the Brazilian steakhouse, stay for the awesome experience.

I don’t always write reviews but I simply had to after my experience at 12 cuts last night. The service was spectacular, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and catered to our every needs. I especially want to point out Brooke and Edgard whom both helped serve us. We arrived a little after 9 pm and the entire staff displayed such good energy and although the food was great, I would come back solely for the hospitality. I wish other steakhouses would focus on service as much!

Excellent food and service at this five star restaurant. This beautiful restaurant provides all you can eat of the finest quality steaks and all the trimmings that go with it. Just turn your table mat to green and they will constantly supply you with an assortment of delicious meats. They don't stop until you turn your mat to red. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back in the future.

We had our first experience at 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse and were genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind—service was top-notch throughout. The variety of meats was fantastic, each cut flavorful and expertly prepared. While we found the lamb to be a bit on the gamey side, everything else more than made up for it. The continuous tableside service and fresh selections kept things exciting and delicious. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with great food and exceptional hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

There are a lot of Brazilian steakhouse in the area. I like 12 Cuts because it isn't overly formal and the meats are flavorful. Ot too much salt or other seasonings like some places. The salad bar is adequate but not so expansive as found in other restaurants but neither is the price. Great service and meat prepared well. It's why we go to 12 Cuts. I hope that they will improve the included sides. At least the potatoes should be better so as to compliment the meat.

Good selection of halal meats. Customer service was great as well. My favorite was the spicy Ribeye. Salad bar was so-so (Texas de Brazil has a much better salad bar), but overall good experience. Desserts and coffee were also yummy!

We enjoyed our Anniversary lunch while visiting Dallas, TX from Florida. We had an awesome experience. Our waiter, Mark was phenomenal 👏🏾. He was exceptionally attentive to our table and provided excellent customer service during our visit. The food was delicious and the lamb chops were sensational as well as the chicken and grilled pineapples. I couldn't get enough. We were treated like we were the only ones in the restaurant but there was almost a full house. We were also presented with a surprise dessert for our special day! We will definitely return on our next visit to the area. Highly recommended this restaurant.

The ONLY “Brazilian” steak house we go to for these reasons: 1. The owners are from Brazil and therefore understand that “Brazilian” steak is something more than meat put on a skewer. 2. Family owned place, and the owners are there all the time, working hard and making sure that everything is at the highest level. 3. Brazilian style (all you can eat) + Argentinean quality (high quality cuts). That's why the meat there is always tender, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. 4. Any meat is always available, not just cheap sausages. And it won’t happen to you that you came hungry and while you were waiting for an hour or so for a piece of filet-minion, you got full by eating too much of anything but what you came for. So, when it comes to a “Brazilian” steakhouse, for us personally in Dallas and the surrounding area there is simply no other alternative.

12 Cuts gets a gold star from me! I love the salad bar and I know that seems weird but anyone who has been knows its like a deluxe charcuterie board more than a salad bar! The atmosphere is amazing. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a host standing in front of a glass case filled with beautiful wines! When you sit down, you can immediately go to the salad bar and start eating, which is awesome. They will bring you some cheese bread, which is fantastic as well. I recommend flipping over your card to green but not to take too much as there’s so much to try! Everything from the lamb to the chicken, lollipops wrapped in bacon as well as the beef is fantastic. If you would like to see the different options, I have included a picture of the menu. Save some room for the bananas as well as the pineapple! I don’t drink, but I know that they have some pretty good cocktails as well. The staff were very nice and friendly and accommodating! It’s something I’d come to expect from a high-end restaurant, but not always true. I will definitely be coming back!

Tried their halal cuts for brunch. Everything was amazing. Meats were perfectly cooked, the salad bar was really good with lots of options. We got the flan for dessert - incredible. And the cheese bread they bring out… oooh! Definitely recommend. I would go again!

Me and my sisters went on saturday night for my sister's birthday celebration. I made a reservation through opentable and we were immediately seated when we came in. The salad bar options weren't that great but the meats were amazing. We had a waiter Alex and he was attentive to our needs. The meats came around fast and we were able to request a meat if we were looking for something in particular. I had a happy day drink that was strong. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Spent a total of 80-100 including tip.

I have tried about 3 establishments with this concept. I rated this place 4 stars because it is my second favorite of the 3. The service was satisfactory. The meat options were good and plentiful. I do feel it could have been seasoned it bit more. The tenderness was there for most of the cuts. The salad bar was the best part. Although the options were not as vast as my #1 choice, The options were all fresh and beautifully displayed. This place is worth a try.

First time at this establishment. The meat selection was very premium if you want beef. The chicken seemed like an afterthought. My chicken that i tried was a drumstick so small that I accused it of being a pidgeon. We won a gift certificate for 150.00 at the event, and after research we will return during the lunch specials. At almost 65.00 a guest... This will not be a regular culinary treat for us

Overall, this is a great spot for an occasional lunch or dinner. The prices are higher, which is to be expected given the unlimited format, but the food is excellent. Our group ordered a mix of the full dinner menu and the salad bar option. Just a heads-up: most of the meat is served rare, so be sure to let the staff know if you prefer it well-done. The service was very friendly, and the salad bar offered a wide variety of options and delicious soups. The mashed potatoes, grilled bananas, and cheese with honey were the perfect finishing touches

Came here on 2/13 around 8:30 PM to celebrate Valentine’s Day after reading good reviews. Overall, the experience was decent, but the service was disappointing. Our server (guy with a neck tattoo) didn’t introduce himself and never checked on us once during the whole dining time. Every table around us was being taken care of except ours. We had to order drinks and even get our check through the busser. For an AYCE spot that’s priced higher than other Brazilian steakhouses around, the service definitely didn’t match the price. However, I still left 20% because I work in the food industry and the busser and meat cutter did their part so I didn’t want to punish them in case tips are pooled. Food-wise, the salad bar was decent, sides were great (better than Fogo), and the Brazilian lemonade was really good. The meats were good too. I especially liked the lamb, but I do wish they had more meat options for the price. I also wish the lighting was dimmer to create more of a dinner atmosphere. Most people come to steakhouse like this to celebrate special occasions or so, so a more intimate vibe would’ve made the experience better. Good food overall, but service needs improvement, especially for a special occasion.

First impressions were great! The atmosphere is very classy and the servers were more than amazing! The salad bar was great and so were the sides provided at the table. My biggest disappointment was the meat itself. It looked amazing and was cooked correctly, but the taste was very lacking. It was completely bland! There was no taste to it. Every bite I expected flavor and it just was not there. High note, the Lamb was the only thing that was very tasty, no complaints with that dish! Every other cut left more to be desired. Don't know if it was just my experience today, but at $60ish a person, it should have been a lot better. Exemplary service though, could not have been happier with our excellent servers.

Recently went into 12 cuts for the first time. I have tried most other Brazilian steakhouses in the area so was excited to see how this one stacked up. To start the service and atmosphere were great, servers were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions and the atmosphere gave high end steakhouse for sure. Where the experience started to take a turn for the worse though was the food, obviously the most important part. I can’t say it was bad because it wasn’t but it was not good either. The temperatures were wildly inconsistent, ranging from borderline raw to overcooked. We were asked what temperature we liked our meats to be cooked and we all said medium rare. We then were served some of the most overcooked meats I’ve ever had at a steakhouse. Borderline inedible for some of the cuts, just bone dry. We later got served some cuts that were very rare so just the two complete opposite sides of the spectrum. I can’t say they were terrible because for the most part everything was seasoned well but the inconsistency was a bit annoying. I will say though, they did bring out the better cuts of meat and did not try and fill up with chicken and pork. But after having tried other Brazilian steakhouses that do the same and are more consistent with their temperatures, I will most likely not be returning to 12 cuts any time soon.

My family and I ate here for Christmas. The food wasn't really impressive. We prefer our steaks well done, not burnt, not dry. The service was good but we had to request more meat 2 different times. I dont know if they were under staffed because of the holiday or what but the meat handlers weren't really as attentive as other Brazilian steak houses we have been to.
