Starbucks – NorthPark Mall, Dallas This Starbucks location is always busy, but the staff handles the rush incredibly well. Every time I visit, there are more than three baristas working, and they’re always quick and efficient—my drinks are usually ready in no time. Today, I ended up skipping my order because they were out of the jalapeño chicken sandwich—same story at the Macy’s Starbucks upstairs. Looks like I came a little too late in the day. If you’re in the mall, you’ve actually got a couple of options for Starbucks. There’s one inside Macy’s on the second floor, and another one downstairs beside Fossil and Drybar—just go straight from Macy’s, and you’ll find it tucked into a little corner across from the Express store. Convenient options whether you’re shopping or just in need of a caffeine break!
Conveniently located inside North Park Mall. Offered service with a smile. And of course, I love my hot caramel macchiato!. Made just the way I like it! Worth a stop!
Convenient Starbs is located in the mix of everything. Window or drive through service only. Outdoor seating, key code bathroom for customers. Order was fast even with the deive through having 10+ cars. Order was excellent along with service. Very satisfied.
This review is specifically for Raven who works at this location. She always makes a positive difference in my day. You can also tell that every cup of coffee she makes with love, she takes pride in her job. She’s always smiling and happy :)
The store manager is fantastic! Great servicing. Quick and served right, this is one of my daily starbies locations. 5/5
Excellent service. Bali was amazing and very enthusiastic.
Staff has always been super friendly and I have never had a problem with my order. I love this location.
Pro: Our drinks were good. Con: We wanted to dine in but they were allowing a dirty homeless guy to just hangout inside the coffee shop so we left because this made us feel uncomfortable. They ask for your name but do not call it when your order is ready so you have to be sure to watch the counter so no one picks up your order.
Come here every year on New Year’s Day to redeem my bday coupon for a free drink and this year they sang happy bday to me & I felt so special. Balt is a great employee too! Thanks guys! See you next year!
My favorite fancy breakfast tacos since moving to Dallas. The farmhouse tacos, their potatoes, and salsa, never miss. Great vibes, great pastries. The gentleman at the counter this morning when I picked up my tacos, is the best. He never forgets the extra salsa. 10/10
Wanted to order the chicken and waffles but was skeptical when I saw jalapeño cheddar bacon waffles and gravy on the chicken. I was wrong. It was amazing. Definitely very savory and delicious meal to enjoy even for breakfast. Table of 6 was sat in 15 minutes when the wait was 25-30 minutes. Our server Patty was prompt and took great care of us.
A friend and I stopped for lunch before going to see The Outsiders at Music Hall at Fair Park on a Saturday at 11:45am. Parking is hard to find but we got lucky and found a spot behind the restaurant ($13 for 60 minutes!!) We got a table outside and it was a gorgeous day. Although it took a bit to get me us and a drink, our server was nice and when we told her we needed to eat quickly to make our show she was on top of things. I had the Croque Madam with jalapeño bechamel gravy and potatoes and it was amazing - not spicy, just very flavorful and the egg on top was fried perfectly, with a huge amount of thinly sliced ham and thick crusty bread. My friend had the breakfast club and it was a huge portion! Overall great food and a good spot to people watch end enjoy the patio. We’ll be back!
The food, service, and atmosphere really impressed me here! Their menu had a lot of variety and I especially loved all the options with bananas as that’s one of my favorite fruits! I got the bananas foster waffle and it was incredible, basically dessert for breakfast in the best way possible 🙈! Next time i’m in Dallas I want to try the banana bread french toast!
Brunch at Bread Winners was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was enjoyable and the menu has such a great variety that there is something for everyone. The drinks were refreshing and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. My husband and I have made Bread Winners a staple because of the consistently amazing food and excellent service. This is the perfect spot for a leisurely brunch with friends or family. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to come back!
Another winner!!! Their chicken and waffles we're amazing with the jalapeno gravy, but I had to get a biscuit and sausage gravy to try as well. Great lattes and even drip coffee! I had to go back and try their stuffed french toast with strawberries and cream cheese and it is a must try!
Perfect spot for brunch! The interior is so unique. Couldn't tell if we were inside or outside with the brick walls and tons of plants. Our server was prompt to take our order and the food came out pretty quickly. So hard to decide with a menu so large, but we wound up with breakfast tacos, French toast and chicken and waffles. They were all fabulous!
I loved the food it was actually good and tasted like food . I got the banana foster pancakes and had chicken and waffles everything was flavorful and savory . Server was good as well checked on us made sure everything was good and we were satisfied . Also didn’t take long to get a seat either .

This is a mall Starbucks and hit my expectations for that experience. I recommend you place a mobile order as it gets quite busy here. I snagged a picture of the official location name posted in the store - hope that helps others with mobile orders! (It's the level 1 location)
It's starbucks what more can I say. Coffee is always good. Lines can be long though, after all it is Northpark mall....
North Park Mall Starbucks is a good place to get coffee meet a friend sit down and enjoy people watching it’s close to parking garage mall exit
Bread Winners has been around a long time and it still delivers hearty portions of tasty comfort food. The atmosphere is full of character spanning multiple floors across a variety of dining spaces. The service was earnest, but they forgot to serve up our cinnamon roll and cafe mocha. We ended up taking the coffee to go. Other than the slight hiccup in the service, it was a very pleasant experience.
Food was good and service was good. A bit over priced. Definitely a restaurant for the neighborhood and local businesses. You have to pay to park. Signs plastered everywhere! $13.66 for one hour. Also, there isn’t a sign that has the restaurant name. Only BAR at on entrance. A bit much for a waffle. Had the Bananas Foster and a cup of coffee. They don’t give much syrup but still it was good.
Good brunch spot in the middle of Dallas uptown. The Bakery is usually fully packed on the weekends. Now I know why is that - they have good selection of beverages including alcoholic, plenty of food options and Bakery items. Everything we ordered was good including Tuna melt sandwich and Banana bread French toast.

I have to say I was very disappointed with Breadwinners location. But let me begin on a positive note, the atmosphere is great. It's a cozy somewhat rustic style that I enjoyed. The food was hit or miss for me. The county fried steak was small but was tender and seasoned well and the jalapeño gravy added a mild spicy touch. The grits were grainy, but creamy at the same time, which was good. The potatoes were basic and had no seasoning as well as the eggs. But the cinnamon rolls were awesome, even though they ran out during brunch hour. The waffles were very good also, but were served with very little syrup. The service was also disappointing . Our waitress was sub par at best She took our order while seemingly mildly annoyed. She came around once every 20min. When served our cinnamon rolls there were no plates given, so rather than wait for her another 20 min we ate off napkins. There was a group of 10 of us, which may have added to our wait experience, but I have been to several other restaurants where this wasn't an option. We also had to pay for parking in this area. In conclusion I would visit Breadwinners at a different location, but i would not visit this one again
Solid food. Fantastic service! Visited twice in the span of about a month and coincidentally got the same server. What’s surprising, our server, David, remembered us and even what we ordered! Highly recommend the cinnamon roll. The smoked salmon, chicken and waffles (with bacon!), and chicken fried steak were all pretty good.

Staff does not seem to know what they are doing. Management has not trained on table numbers. Plates not set up for service. Pigs in a blanket had great bread. The sausage inside was tasteless. Would not order. Staff does not know their menu. Two options of french toast on menu. Brought a 3rd option not on menu when ordered. Bacon came cold, toast mostly warm. Sent bacon back with express instructions to be warm and crispy. Came back limp. Raised service by 1 star as they discounted wrong order.
Food wasn’t great. Most menu items have too many seasonings and flavors going on. A failed effort to be fancy. Waffles were soggy. Fried steak was soggy. Biscuits and gravy and sausage tasted all around terrible. Location is so beautiful and picturesque, but save your money and go else where if you want to actually enjoy your food.

Probably the worst breakfasts in Dallas. A sad example of the decline of eateries in Dallas. Foul food, dirty kitchen and poor service. No better than a poor Dennys but 4 times the price.
Dirty place! Not quality anymore! Very dirty and not a family or biz setting. Employees are not working but looking at their iPhones. Two, do not take your kids shopping at such store within the North Park Mall….
Yelp here. As a former barista i am disappointed. The crew here is very chatty, i'm all for having a good day at work. Although, when there's a rush, it's like these people have no sense or urgency! I understand how busy coffee shops can be, But this lack of discipline mixed with this chaotic environment is unwelcoming. I waited 20 + minutes & people who ordered AFTER me with bigger orders for their drinks first. This is NOT to take away from the few dedicated and HARD workers i did see , but unfortunately others slow work & not paying attention to detail effects the whole team.
Was at this location yesterday. Disrespectful man not sure if he was the manager. I kindly asked about my drink since I had been waiting more than 30 minutes… I asked how much longer since people after me were getting their drinks and he responded “You can wait another 15 minutes”.
This Starbucks location is absolutely baffling. They decided to close an hour early because they “had a ton of drinks.” What does that even mean? Isn’t handling drink orders the entire purpose of a Starbucks? This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers rely on Starbucks for consistent hours and service, but this location clearly doesn’t value its patrons. If the staff can’t handle the demand, perhaps better training or management is in order. Closing early for such a ridiculous reason is a terrible reflection on this store and on the Starbucks brand as a whole.
This is the second time I’ve been at this location and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I visit this location often, spend my money and my time here. I do not expect the red carpet but I do expect to be treated with mutual respect. Recently I ordered 4 drinks. After waiting 15 minutes and only receiving 3 of my drinks I asked if there was a problem with my fourth one and they said I only paid for 3– no problem! I will pay for a fourth. That’s when the cashier whipped around the corned came up to me and said “ma’am I repeated your order to you, are you saying I’m wrong?” I said there is no problem here I will pay for the fourth. That’s when she sarcastically said “okay just making sure you don’t think I’m tripping!” I finally had enough. Grabbed my 3 drinks, told her to 86 the fourth drink and was on my way. I did call headquarters. They sent me a $25 credit to my account and they apologized. Starbucks is a haven to get away for a bit and enjoy a refreshing drink. It should never be a place you feel the need to escape from as a consumer.
The worst behavior with the Starbucks team and I have never seen these kind of people in the world. They are giving a adult drink and kids drinks later. The difference between both the drinking time is 30 min. But I ordered on the same time. When I ask the people they were saying you should have a patience to get the drink otherwise they won’t provide a drink.there are seeing my 2 years kid crying for a drink and they don’t have courtesy at least. They are giving the drinks people who order after me..
I'm waiting here with a crowd of people.. I set my order 15 mis ago on the app. As I'm sitting here patiently waiting, I notice they have one girl making drinks. One girl doing pastries and 2 girls just standing at the register with nobody ordering. It got so awkward that one of them ran to the back and didn't come back out until more people came to order. I feeling usually I see more people making drinks than one. Poor girl.. placed my order at 9.11 am walking out at 9.37 am.
The cafe was a little busy when I entered but this does not excuse the poor customer service and obscene wait time for my order. There were about a dozen or so people who had made their orders prior to me arriving and were waiting in the corner. As I waited for my name to be called out, I would check my watch to see how long it took for other peoples' orders to arrive. After 30 minutes, everyone who had been waiting prior to me had had their orders called out and picked up, with more customers arriving in the meantime. However, my order had still not arrived. Several people then began to complain to the staff, asking where their orders were and the staff's response was that they were about 30 minutes behind on the orders. As I had already waited 40 minutes for my order (which was only 3 drinks), my order should have been already done and called out. So, I approached one of the staff members and I asked what the status of my drink was. He asked for my name, and when he searched for my name on the tablet, my name did not appear in the order list. He tried searching for my name again, and was still unable to find it. He explained to me that what most likely happened was that the system did not link my name with the order, so no name was written on the drinks after they were prepared. I had been sifting through all the drinks during my wait time, and I do recall seeing several beverages ( many more than 3 drinks that I had ordered) that did not have a name associated with them. After he told me this, I checked the drinks again and of the remaining drinks with no names on them, none matched the 3 drinks that I had ordered. The staff member said that someone most likely just grabbed the drinks I had ordered, assuming that it was theirs. He said that they would have to go back and re-make the drinks for me. As it was already approaching 1 hour since I had made my initial order, I told the staff member that I wanted a refund. He obliged and called over one of his co-workers to fulfill my refund request. I should point out, that at no time during my interaction with this staff member did he apologize for either the long wait time or the system failure that led to my order being taken by other people. As I was at the cash register trying to get my refund, the staff member working the register attempted to give me some Starbucks gift cards as an apology for the issue. I explained to her that I would not accept the gift cards, because the gift cards cannot replace the time I wasted waiting for my order. I have had similar problems at other Starbucks locations, waiting what I thought were significantly long periods of time (10 minutes or more) but this latest terrible experience far surpassed my previous Starbucks visits. Because of that, I told the staff member that I would never be going to Starbucks again so there was no need for the gift cards.
