I went through the drive-thru and the person speaking to me through the speaker was friendly. The driver in front of me had a large order, so it took a lot longer than I was personally used to waiting, but that wasn't the drive-thru crews fault. When I got to the window, the woman was friendly and smiling. She was very personable and quick with my order! I was very impressed with how quick she was and smiling the whole time she was speaking with me! I will continue to go to this particular drive-thru because of this encounter!
Ruben was so nice he deserves a promotion he was by himself with no manager at all and without a headset theres nothing I can fault when he was with limited resources. I was doordashing and if it was not for his communication I would not have known what was going on. I would have been just mad wondering why this is taking so long but he was super nice about it with saying that •we just got this order and It is going to be a couple minutes. No one is ever that nice to me so yea this dude is dope!
My first visit to this location and it was the best one I have been to so far in Las Vegas. Service time was average due to parking instead of waiting in line, but my order was accurate and everything was at the needed temperature. Happy hour drinks are from 2-5 every day!
I love to orden using the app and just pick up when I'm ready. My order was accurate and everything was good, onion rings extra crispy exactly how I like it, and I also love the fact that they have small milkshakes.
I've never have had any bad experiences so far. I think it's hard to work with all kinds of people who ask for "specific" orders and they deliver. Great Job!!!

Easy fast food for late night snacks classic
I had a triple smash burger, crinkle fries and a dessert. Fabulous. Maybe the best fast food burger I've had in several years. It has actual smash burger crispyness and was seasoned perfectly. The sauces and veggies on the burger were perfect. The fries were actually crisp too! The girl who served me was wonderful. I will come back here as often as my cardiologist lets me. 😁😁

I've been to many Sonic's Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced, forgot our order, 25 minutes later handed it to me with no apologies.
Food was good. Parker was okay. I've been in the shake. Took forever to eat. It's super super thick but tasted good. It wasn't very busy but to kind of a while to get her food.
I find the service at this location less enjoyable than the one further down by the cannery. Wait times are generally longer (even when near empty) and for some reason they don't add the entire lemon slices when you add them in your drinks (niche nitpick, they add the juice though). This location is also easily swamped, especially later into the day as we've had times where it took 20+ minutes to receive our drinks and icecream through their app late into the night due to the constant bearing of drive-thru traffic, sometimes with order issues like missing add-ons. I would suggest not coming here late at night due to the chance of running into a issue with order times or risks of orders being rushed.
Size for medium is a bit disappointing when ordering chili cheese fries. Seemed more like a small then medium to me. Burger was OK... the drink though.. love the half price slush and getting to add additional flavors was great. Turned a limeade into a very cherry limeade slush!
It has been sometime since I went to Sonic. I will say when a mistake is made on an order they will make it right. Today was another example of how good Sonic food and service are. Good food, service is a hit and miss depending on many are ahead of you, good selections. Everyone is charging more since COVID and minimum wage increase this business is no different. But go anyway.
Sonic Drive-thru / Drive-In is a nice stop for a burger, a hot dog, and tater tots. They do have amazing onion rings and probably one of the largest selections of drinks. You could even make up lots of fun selections to choose from. Great milkshakes, just an all-around friendly, nice, quick place to grab lunch on the go.
The food wasn't as fresh this time as usual. But they do have fast service and very friendly people. I like the food but the vegetables this time we're not as fresh.

So normally I’m not one to complain, however the girl who took our order (young girl named Destiny) had a very sour attitude, she tried multiple times to cut us off and end our order before we were finished and was very rude the entire time. We’re lucky our order was at the very least accurate otherwise this review would’ve been 1 star. I worked in the fast food industry for a few years so I’m normally understanding but she was VERY rude and I don’t tolerate that when it comes unwarranted!
Went late on Sat nite. They were a little busy but not overly so. The drive thru was very slow moving. I'm sure there weren't more than 5 cars ahead of me, took me more than 1/2 an hr to get to the mic. By the time I got to order they were out of an ingredient for what I wanted, so disappointing, esp when the plc is out of what ur in the mood for or craving. When placing my order, I told the gal "sandwich only" but she still asks if I want fries or tots, etc, like I was ordering a combo. I'm like, "I said sandwich only." Everytime she got sumthin wrong or didn't answer my question another person (a man) would come on. The only reason for the 3 stars is bc the sandwich/burger was good & the guy was nice.
Poor girl was all alone and we waited in a line behind at least 8 cars just to find out she was overwhelmed and was way behind and said it would take her awhile to get to us she was super apologetic. I felt for her and saw at least 2 cars ahead of us were told the same. She was the cook and the waitress/car hop and the drive thru person taking orders and money. This way my 1st time at this sonic so I really couldn't say. Shame on who ever left that girl all by herself. Shame on her if she was lying. But I could say how the food was at this one although the menu seemed rather short compared to normal. But what is new these days. And sorry if you really were on your own. It must have sucked
We ordered through their app. It was 2 bacon double cheeseburger meals and an extra side of tots. We took it home to eat instead of eating there. When we got home and opened the burgers, there was 1 patty!!! I couldn't reach out to the location because they were already closed. I reached out to their customer support. I was supposed to receive a reward to replace my meals. Cool. But it has been a week since I filed the claim, and I still haven't received compensation. Our server was friendly, but the wait time is very long. I understand they're busy, but I expected a little more since it was ordered in advance.
I love their shakes, slushies, and food. Reasonable prices. The outside area is a little sketchy. Service was a little slow and as we were in the drive thru waiting on our order, we could see a female employee lick her fingers every 2mins. She had no gloves on either.
Wow, I parked in a stall. Pushed the red button. Nothing! They were so busy and understaffed that they could not even take my order?!? I waited 5 minutes. I noticed the drive thru line was at least creeping along, so I pulled out and got in that line. It took another 6 minutes (which always seems like 30 minutes when you are in drive thru). I finally got my order and it was under cooked. My guess is the deep fryer was so busy, it had cooled down too much. And the 2!! employees could not stop using it long enough, to let it heat up and properly cook the food. Tater tots and corn dog way under cooked. I did not go back to tell them. I didn't have the time after work to stop by either. I hope they get more help at that location!
Usually I love sonic they're relatively fast for how many people they have to serve with how few staff they have. But the last time I was there I was waiting 40 min for 2 milk shakes watching 4 people get their orders on drive through before I got mine. You have to hire more staff or something. The shakes were great though

Ordered 2 shakes. 1 banana and 1 chocolate. Got all the way home, got vanilla instead of banana.. sometimes I think they do it on purpose. But it did have a round red sticker that said banana. Incompetent people.
Ordered my food, we're pretty efficient, so good job for that. But I hadn't gone in months and I was craving tater tots and was disappointed with them, it tasted like McDonald's quality. Got 2 #2's and 2 kids meals, and they forgot my kids meals drinks too

Service ranges...I’m sure they’re trying and it’s a busy time with the pandemic but the store has gone downhill quickly. They are always out of something, no toys for kids meals and they don’t make you aware until your other food is ready which isn’t very time efficient. Food has been undercooked, cold cheeseburgers and fries. They don’t pay attention to order details and I instantly felt sick after eating my burger. Please fix these issues because your service has been much better in the past and I’m sure it can be much better in the future.
This is the closest Sonic to us but we would rather drive out of the way to a different location solely based on how long this location takes ! A couple times okay. But it's every single time that we are waiting sometimes 30+ minutes in the DRIVE THRU ! One time was 20 minutes and we were the only car in the drive thru. I understand this could be staffing but EVEN with that it's an exceptionally long wait time. This location is also always sold out of items like snacks, breakfast, ice cream...just save yourself time and go to a different location !
The food I'd your stereotypical fast food....yummy to a fault....however, the speed with which they serve at the drive through, the number of mistakes and repeats back and forth I literally waited 20 minutes for the person in front of me before they got the order placed...that was just to place the order. Another 15 minutes at the window. The people were nice....just super slow....they truly need to figure a better way. If it is the sounds system then they should invest in another system, either sound or a touch screen system for the cars as they pull up.

I used to absolutely love this place. Great quality food. But they seem to mess up the orders as of late. It really depends if the window operator is in a good mood. Rarely are. If you order without mayo they glob mustard or ketchup on without asking. Night shift is way more polite than day shift. Openers are the best attitude for breakfast. Update: 5/4/22 still sucks. Ordered tots and got COLD French fries. I'm done with this place.
Outdoor tables were sticky, and hadn't been cleaned in a while. Great service, onion rings were burnt and tasted like old fry oil. Sonic must have changed something cause it don't taste like it used to. The vibe is different, paint scheme is BLAH. It don't feel like a cool 50's -60's diner anymore. Corporate has taken over and destroyed everything.
It's sonic. The people that work here definitely don't get paid enough but their food quality is okay most of the time nonetheless. Wait times can be a bit atrocious here (understaffing I assume)
Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings with a root beer. The chicken sandwich flavor was not enjoyed by my taste buds. Something about it was not right. The onion rings were cold, therefore not enjoyable The root beer was good.
Food was edible but not good All my fries were overcooked and tasted greasy. Didn't even fill them up. Definitely didn't look like the picture. The coney was ok. Chicken sandwich bland and sloppy. The mozzarella sticks were ok. Cup of ice cream was ok. The drive up ordering was bad. Got my order wrong twice when they brought it both times. I am not going back. My son was disappointed so definitely not going back.
Usually never have an issue with Sonic but the last 2 times my food has been less then tasty. Last time I got double burger combo for my husband and that was fine. I got the chicken strips dinner and the strips were pretty tough and bland. I shrugged it off as a 1x thing. Tonight, got the same combo for my husband and his was fine. I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich combo and I wanted to add cheese. Didn't get cheese but at least I wasn't charged for it. Thought it was a patty, nope. Got 2 small chicken strips that were tough, bland and over cooked. Bottom part of bread was burnt and I was just ready to go back and get something else but generally you get fast food if you're in a pinch for dinner or just need a break from cooking. Was already in my home clothes and didn't want to go back out again and ate maybe half. 2 stars cause my husbands food was good and my strawberry slushy was probably one of the best I've ever had. Placed online order, sat in car after I checked in online for 20 mins. Went to window and little girls working ignoring the customer until I knocked on the glass after 5 mins standing in front of them to get there attention. Saw my order sitting there and asked to be given my order and they told me to go around. Tried calling the general manager Dustin never responded but called the location. Poor poor customer service all the way around. I will never go back to this location again. Since I was out of the car it opened my eyes to how dirty the location is.
The lady asked us to wait as soon as we pulled up so she could finish fulfilling 2 cars ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes at the window, but there were no more cars, she still didn't come back on the monitor to take our order, so we drove off.
Not sure how clean the place is or how hygienic the employees are, but I am pretty sure my son and I both have mild food poisoning or some kind of bacteria in our tummies from eating here. Was ordering from the drive through and a young lady was taking my order. I don’t know if she was new, terrible at multitasking, nervous or couldn’t hear me, but I had to correct her on my order 3x. I finally gave up and went to the window and sure enough my order was wrong. The gentleman at the window fixed everything and was very nice.
It's definitely not fast food anymore. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru and 7 parked, yet it took 42 min before I got my food. All drinks had barely any ice, the tots were undercooked, and sonic blast was more of a spurt. If I wasn't a fan of the franchise I wouldn't have stayed. Hopefully it gets better.
It is Summer NOW! Cold drinks & Ice cream are going to be selling through the roof RIGHT?? NOT HERE!! They are open Until 2am BUT At 10:30 pm they decided to close early because they are short staffed🤦♀️ 2 people!! 1 can make ice creams and drinks while taking the orders and 1 on the fryer/cooker😳🤦♀️ How hard is that? I Ignored the previous reviews about the long wait and decided to give it a chance. Boy was I wrong!! Not only was a line extremely long and people were actually leaving while waiting, but I arrived at the box to place my order, there was an additional wait. The employee apologized for the wait but then notified me that they would not accepting credit cards because their credit machine was down. Now I understood why so many people drove off angrily after waiting for such a long time. Next time put a sign up so that people won't have to wait. I will never go to that location again!!
Arrived at 11:13 pm and person at window would not take orders because they were too busy and would only serve us if it was an order placed online or with door dash delivery service. We understand you are having issues with maintaining employees, so possibly pay them more so they will stay employed with you to serve customers who pay the bills?? No?
We went here today and it’s usually pretty good but today absolutely awful. I’m not sure if the food was stale or what our lemonade tasted like lemon juice an water nasty, the food was cold I think their was literally two people working today. The patties were burnt, we will not be back for a while it was so bad. Im laying here with a stomach ache contemplating making myself throw up because I feel so bad on the food. I couldn’t even finish it, it was that bad and we spent 40.00.
Service was terrible. After placing a mobile order for a shake, I checked in at one of the stalls. The stall sign showed my food order was being processed. After waiting 30 min. I pressed the service button. 5 min later they answered the call button and told me they were running behind and asked me to use the drive thru. After waiting thru the drive thru for 20 more min. when I arrived at the window the told me: We can't find your order. We can refund your order and you can go on to have a nice day. Really? I don't ever want to go to Sonic again.
My daughter stopped at this location today with her two small kids to get ice cream and drinks to bring home. After waiting forever they brought the order, they didn’t have change for a $20 and went back to get her change. When she picked up the ice cream to give ti her daughter the lid fell off and all the toppings fell everywhere in the car because the lid wasn’t snapped on. She looks at my drying and it’s a cherry limeade when it’s supposed to just be a diet limeade ( not cherry). The guy comes back with the change which is two fives and stands there like she’s going to tip him a $5. She tells him she didn’t order a cherry limeade she ordered a diet limeade ..plain limeade. He leaves and someone comes back with another cherry limeade. Again..this is not what I ordered…and they say we don’t make plain limeades. She had to point to it on the menu. Then the longest wait begin. Finally when the drink comes the person has attitude. My daughter is texting me because she’s been gone forever just to get drinks and ice cream. She said they looked mad I don’t know if I trust drinking this drink. I read other reviews here and told her toss it when she got home. We’ll never go to that location again. And it deserves a zero not a one.
Waited 15-20 minutes just to order, then another 15 for my food. Had to go up to the door and knock to figure out what was going on. By the time I got my food it was cold. The people in the drive thru were waiting a ridiculous amount of time too while the employees were inside laughing and talking to each other. HORRIBLE customer service and LONG wait times!
The employee “Drea” gave me an attitude when I asked what was going to be done about the fact that I received the wrong order and had to drive back. She said “Well you’re getting your food now.” If a person can’t make it work at a minimum wage job and be a decent employee, that’s sad. I asked for the manager AJ, who also did nothing for me and had nothing to say about the employees attitude. She said, “Sorry we made this fresh for you”. Like was I supposed to say thank you?
Every time we go there lately it takes over thirty minutes to get our food. So instead we went to the carhop instead of the drive thru and it took even longer, and then the lady came out she said there was only one person on carhop and the rest of the five were on the drive thru. We ordered two blasts, which are very easy. It’s just frustrating it’s first come first serve for a fast food restaurant no matter what, and it shouldn’t take that long to make either, that’s why it’s called fast food.
20 minute wait and the employees did not realize i was waiting for my order. People after me got their delicious orders while we waited on our food and our shakes. Then it took them only 2 minutes to bring it out. Hello 18 minutes ago you could've done it!
Lost for words with this location! 1st they forgot our straws, asked for our shake which she forgot, then our sweet tea was GROSS! Went to the door to let them know and got nothing but attitude, and nothing but an OKAY & left at the door waiting for another drink, no one came back so i knocked on the door, lady came back and all she had to say was YES? Like if ya'll hate your job, go find a new one!
Forgot the drinks. When reminded that I hadn't received them yet, they got very irritated. Forgot our ice cream, when reminded we hadn't received them yet either they said the ice cream machine was not working. Nothing was mentioned when we originally ordered. One star is generous.
DO NOT ORDER USING APP! Wife ordered 2 ice teas, and 2 pretzels. Kid comes to the car, says they are out of pretzels and they don't give refunds anymore. He said that we will have to call the 888 number. They told her that the store has to refund it. Wife called store, asked for general managers first and last name, he would only give first name. Brett, and Brett would not give last name. This place basically ripped us off. Finally Brett paid the $3.98 back out of his own wallet and told my wife to never come back. So you rip us off and tell us to go elsewhere?
Let me start out by saying. Customer service SHOULD be a high priority in the food industry, followed by cleanliness and attention skills. This Sonic has just shown me why i don't frequent fast food establishments. The lack of communication skills was horrible, along with poor efficiency was enough for me. This is one place I will not be returning to due to its lack of professionalism.
Ordered online and showed up 5 minutes after the order was placed. Then proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes while 2 out of however many employees cleaned up outside and laughed and joked around and took their sweet time. When one of them eventually walked inside she came out with our food and drinks which had been sitting there for who knows how long, as the food was cold and the ice in our drinks were melted. No apology for completely wasting our time or nothing. Some of the worst service I have ever seen.
I had never had worse service in my life. I got the new garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. It has grilled onions which I thought was cool. I ate a bite and found it had raw onions. Thick gross raw onions. I told them this and they said. Let me remake it for you. I got it back and found one it was the same burger and two they took the largest chunks of raw onion and just gave it back to me. So at this point I just want a refund. Which they did and they demanded the drink back. Well I want my 30 minutes of my life back too but I’m sure they won’t be doing that for me.
If I could have given - 0 stars I would, this has to be the worst Sonic location in Nevada, who ever is training these people to work at this Sonic, needs retrained themselves and/or let go, I don't say such a thing lightly either, I would never just have a bad day or one bad experience and try to get someone fired, this has been multiple incidents over multiple visits and its NEVER A GOOD EXPERIENCE, that's if I get waited on at all! On the first visit it was 10:30 pm pulled in the drive through and was told "we're closed sorry" I then asked what time do you close? ( from the hours listed on the internet it states they're open until 2 am) I never got a response, on another occasion went around 10 pm and they just didnt say anything at all we sat at the speaker for 15 minutes two cars behind us, and no one ever came on to take an order or acknowledge us, nothing, we drove up to the wind could not see anyone in the store we drove away went during the day got order taken of two regular hot dogs thats it I was charged $12 for two plain hot dogs! When i asked why it was $12 she said "because that's how much it is, did you still want them" and very much with attitude, being very hungry and running late we paid the $12, then it took no exaggeration, 17 minutes to get the food however the high price must have included the show, because while waiting for 17 minutes, we watch two to three females singing dancing throwing things at each other acting like small children not young adults on the job in a Customer Service position, then when we got the food it the hot dogs were cold very cold, had to knock back on window to get their attention again for napkins mustard and ketchup, but the worst display ofco.mon sense and professionalism, is when my friend asked uf we could have some packets of relish, she left the window and came back with a french fry bag full of relish just spooned in not in packets, we could not believe it, in shock we drove away, now last but not least! Earlier this week, can't quite remember the day around 8:30 pm, it had been awhile since last visit, feeling confident that the employee training and selection process had to be improved by now, we went thru the drive thru again, there were no other cars anywhere drive thru or otherwise, I thought wow either they're closed early again, or we got lucky and won't have to wait long, the gentlemen came on the speaker and announced that there will be an automatic 20 minute wait time because they were under staffed!! NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT! That was it! I am done with that Sonic, and even though it's 2 minutes from my house, I would rather drive to one 12 to 15 minutes away from my house where the service and food are both great! The one on Craig and Decatur, Upper Management, Surveillance, Corporate or Somebody needs to step in call a secret shopper if you need evidence to take action, just please do a major over haul on the location by retraining all employees on the importance of proper Customer Service, I really dont know what has happened to most companies not valuing or stressing how important to the businesses success good customer service on their front lines are enough to have them properly trained or measures taken to eradicate the problem, especially in this day and age of google reviews, I just do not understand! I personally served in the local hospitality industry for over 25 years, and I or any of us ever lacked in quality in the way these employees consistently have, we would have been let go on the spot or called in on it the next day warned, suspended, and fired, however, the saddest part really, the quality of service I've seen at a lot of businesses since Covid hit, has been less than average seems to be the norm the new post covid standard, but this particular Sonic location must have been scrapping the bottom of the Job Seeker barrel, no offense to Sonic as a whole, only to the quality of service at this particular location has my experience been more than below average, its been shockingly rude so poor I've lost my appetite, at best!
My husband and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered 4 large strawberry slushes with nerds as the topping for all 4 slushes. I got my slushes and I asked where are the nerds that’s supposed to be my toppings? They had mixed them in my slushee? That’s not what I ordered and I was upset! I’ll drive to the Sonic on Craig that is far from my house to get my correct order ( I live in Northwest)
Drove up at 10:30 pm, to the drive thru, and the gentleman asked if I was picking up an order. I was not picking up, I was trying to order through the drive thru. They do not close till 1 am but the guy on duty, right now on June 30th 2024, at 10:30 pm said they were closed. When I asked to speak to a manager, the staff on the speaker said he was the manager but would not give his name when I asked twice. I will be making a call to corporate as well during normal business hours. But want to make sure the word is out if you go to this Sonic and they turn you away, call corporate to let them know the staff at this Sonic is turning away customers.
We left before even placing our order. 10 minutes of waiting was too long for my taste and that was just to place the order.
We came for a medium milkshake and they made us wait for 35 minutes with one car in front of us and no cars on the single serve. I can't believe it was only ONE item, these people need to have a better service and use common sense to make a better experience for the customers and they are working with no mask. Very disappointed!!!! The employees have no sense of urgency, they are just talking to each other and making the customers wait outside, last time we come here.
This counts as my third terrible experience with this specific location the previous two experiences were bad quality of food. The items were cold and just thrown together with a 1/4 cup portion of mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich and the team members do not care about the quality of service. Items are constantly missing from the orders and if you go during happy hour they won’t let you order at the carhop they want you to pay in the drive-through so by the time you get to the window happy hour is over and you’re paying full price for items or you get there before happy hour and you’re waiting so long to retrieve the items from the team members that you feel like you’ve been ripped off because they could’ve given you the happy hour price for the amount of time that you waited for your food. Avoid this location
Let me start with saying that if my son didn’t work graveyard shift and wasn’t hungry every morning (big back tings), I wouldn’t pull up at this place at all! Now… Is there a reason at 6:20 am there’s cars in the drive thru and no one was answering over the drive thru speaker?? The car in front decided to pull up and beep his horn and after a few minutes someone helps him, and then someone comes over the speaker to take our order. This is not the first time this has happened at this same store, but it is the first time someone has actually answered!
This was the worst experience ever. I checked in to stall 12. It said my food was being brought to me by someone whose name starts with a B( I can't remember). I waited 5 minutes after that. I pressed the button to talk to someone, and they just hung up on it. I knocked on the door to get my food. No one knew what I was talking about. I told them my name is Michelle, it's a mobile order, and I checked in at stall 12. I waited another 10 minutes, and they came out with my food. I told them I needed a drink carrier. I checked my food, and it was missing my Buffalo dippers. I told them it was missing. The guy went inside and came out and told me they were out. At that point, I said I wanted a refund and to speak to the manager. (FRIDAY SEPT 29th between 5&6 pm) He ( manager was male bald and had a tongue ring) took no responsibility, never apologized, and blamed everything on his staff. ( Completely unexceptable) He also blamed it on lack of communication. When he did give me a refund, it was $19.25. My bill was 23.85. I asked him where the rest of my money was. He said he didn't know and said I would have to talk to the GM . I told him he needed to explain to my husband why we weren't getting a full refund and that it sounded to me like someone was pocketing my money. And I wanted to talk to the GM. He went inside and proceeded to send 2 employees out to ask me if they could help me. I told them no, this is something your manager needs to come out here and handle. At a little after 6 p.m., an hourly manager came out and spoke with me. She went back in and came out about 5 minutes later with the rest of my money and apologized. I WAS THERE OVER AN HOUR. JUST REDICOUS. The manager needs to be retrained or fired. You NEVER blame your staff for your incompetence. You are supposed to be the leader and you failed your staff. I have been a restaurant manager for years, and I always took blame and addressed with my staff later. At the end of the day, it is your lack of educating your staff and lack of leadership that failed today. No one else but the manager.
This place has terrible customer service. I ordered at the car stall, the music was too loud and the person said huh? Huh? I'm speaking louder. Then they don't hold the button long enough to finish their sentence so I can't tell if they're talking or not. Then they gave me a cheeseburger with no cheese. I had to press the button again and the person said yes? Like I was bothering them. No thank you, no have a nice day, nothing. The staff needs to be trained properly.
Slowest drive thru I've ever been in
Don’t bother! Slowest service I’ve EVER experienced. This was my 5th attempt at this location and have left 3 out of 5 times . Drive thru seems to be the only way your gonna order and your lucky if they can get to you after sitting at the menu board after 10mins. Waste of time
Slow slow slow we’ve been in line for 22 minutes and there’s only been two cars infront of us we ordered 1 shake… still waiting Get better employees ! **UPDATE! Took a whole 36 minutes to get one shake with 2 cars infront of us from begining of getting in line to receiving shake! If I didn’t have a pregnant wife that wouldn’t let me leave I’d of left the line 24 minutes ago Jesus Christ never coming back
I should have learned my lesson the last couple times with this location... If it's not one thing - it's quite literally another! I'm not going to go into detail about my past visit, but tonight's was incredibly frustrating! I placed a mobile order and upon arriving at my pickup time, put my stall number into the app! Within a minute a prompt on the screen showed up saying the food was being brought out... But after ten minutes of waiting - I was growing a bit impatient! There were cars being rushed in and out of the drive through, and yet, are food was missing? I finally tapped on the order button and explained the situation to the lady and she proceeds to tell me that someone in the drive through picked it up! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I CHECKED INTO A STALL? I explained I hadn't left the stall and if they could do anything about it? And instead of a response it was just silent... I waited another couple minutes before a young man came out to clear everything up! He was nice enough to remake my order! I can't complain about that... but even after receiving the "replacement" we were STILL missing all of the fixins in the drink that was ordered! Learned my lesson tonight.. no more sonic for me.. I'll learn how to make it at home lmao
Tray, per the name on the receipt as he refused to give his name. After being served a blast with no candy, and a spilled cherry slush my husband and I were treated like trash. We were called liars about the drink spilling because the cap was not on completely. After having the drive thru window slammed on us we simply called corporate. The experience was horrible the food was messy and the so called manager is going to get that restaurant shut down. I will make sure that everyone that we know never goes to that restaurant. The manager is unstable and the workers seem as though they are mistreated by him.
2 things. Bacon double cheeseburger, onion rings. Onion rings were fine. Food preparer forgot..THE BACON!!!!! NO RECEIPT. .3pmish on 10/31....girl taking order.....major attitude. Don't like your job?? I didn't see her being restrained.

Today on 4.12.24 I sent my employee to go get drinks for our team. He came back and 3 out of the 7 drinks were messed up. I sent him back to get the receipt that he never received and they made him pay for the drinks that were messed up. So as a manager I called to talk to their manager and he was just rude and disrespectful. Didn’t catch his name. This incident happened between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. I ordered on the app. Med slushy and 3 Buffalo dippers. I got there about five minutes after I put the order in on the app. Waited another 15 min for two things to come out.. mind you, one other person at a stall and 2 cars went in the The drive thru. Whatever , right, had to wait, I was ok , then got my dippers . Cold, weren't even hot..
Amisha was very rude and yelled at me because she couldn't hear my order even though I repeated it multiple times. She shouldn't yell at customers. She shouldn't be working in customer service. The food was completely greasy and my tater tots had grease pouring out. Will not go to this location again.
It’s a cheap eat. You get what you pay for, but I’ve still had better cheap eats than this. I got the sausage breakfast burrito and the grill cheese for under $8. The portion sizes wasn’t anything special nor to complain about but the food, taste wise, sucked. The eggs in the burrito were bland, the sausage was okay but the cheese melted so much it became a liquid. With each bite the cheese just squirted everywhere, I got some on my shirt. My girlfriend unwrapped her grill cheese sandwich and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Bro we got a cheese sandwich. Atmosphere wise it just feels a bit..depressing? Old dirty streets and menus and advertising signs. But this review is not a diss towards the staff! They were kind and enthusiastic.
We had to have our order corrected 3xs then still got it wrong. I was excited to get oreo ice cream cookie but it was disaster melted and not together, smashed in a plastic bag & given to me. Could not even eat it. Order slushy with nerds. Why/ did they get that wrong? Nerds stuck at bottom not even stired or blended wrong people just wrong. Chance after chance that Sonic is bad
I work four minutes from This location I have never found a drive through that consistently takes Over 15 minutes to get through every time. Super close and still don't have time to get lunch here. Hire more employees or teach them to be faster Edit: Left this review over a month ago. Nothing has changed. This is the third time I have left the drive through this month. This is the only. Location that has this issue supposed to be fast food. It should not take you half an hour to get 3 cars through the drive through.
At least two people were high. They gave me the wrong burger. The coney had the wrong cheese, wasn't even in the bun, and they gave it to me upside down. Avoid this one for at least a month.
The manager which is a Caucasian male is very rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service and since he is the manager he strongly feels he can be rude, disrespectful and refuse service to anyone even though they not rude to him! This is the type of people in charge of running a business totally unbelievable and he does not look clean at all! Very sad I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend the money at this location.
Horrible. Manager has pink eye DRIPPING!!!!!! Wiping it with His hands without washing them!! Possibly dripping in YOUR FOOD!!!! Went to get a coffee chiller. Was presented soupy whipped-cream-less cup. I ordered large and was brought a medium. Turns out it wasn’t even coffee. There was no caramel as I paid extra for. Picked up a DoorDash order while waiting for the drink in a stall. Had to leave and come back to address my order being unsatisfactory. The manager wanted to give a hard time claiming there’s no whipped cream or coffee on or in that drink (THE PICTURE ON THE MENU SHOWS OTHERWISE). I would’ve been okay with it being remade until I noticed His DRIPPING PINK EYE and Him giving us a hard time gaslighting us. So I just wanted a refund. It was like squeezing nails out of an eye to get this addressed appropriately. GO ELSEWHERE if you’re a PAYING customer.
Check your receipts. Just noticed. My total was 16.23 and my card was ran for 17.00 at the bottom of the receipt it said it was supposed to get change. Never got it. I know its only 0.77 cents. But if they do this 300 times a day ( on the low end) that is $231, that times 365 days a year is $84,000 a year they are stealing. I bet their staff doesn't see a penny of it either. You know if they just asked to run the card to the nearest dollar and that would be a tip then fine. But i highly doubt it.
BE CAREFUL! POSSIBLE THIEVERY! My husband just went there to get us shakes after the kids went to bed (9/11 at 8:30pm). When he walked in, he brought up something VERY concerning! Apparently, they charge an extra dollar when you use your debit/credit card and are supposed to give the change. Well tonight, this location pocketed our change! How many other customers are they doing this to? Where is the money going? This is VERY concerning! We will definitely be reconsidering visiting this location in the future.
Worst service ever had to wait over 40 minutes and was the only person. YARELY say shes the manager and gave me the worse service ever. Then another lady came out with a manager shirt on and said she wasn't a manager. Ill never return here as long as she is employed for you guys. How come my sauce cant go on side. She told me they can't and don't have anything to put it in this is crazy. I see why its so slow and no business at this place.
This sonic takes forever. I have been in line for more than 30 minutes. We just three cars waiting to get their meals. It is hot super ridiculous. How long these people take knowing this is a fast food restaurant!!! This is the closest sonic to my house and if I had any other way, I would never come here!!!
Have been going to this location 26 years off And on. Not anymore. Can’t make a large sonic strawberry blast. We can’t do that my manager said no after getting this 100 times prior. Her reply was a sonic blast has candies in the blast. I said forget it and drive off and went to sonic on Camino El Norte no problem. Got the strawberry blast. Won’t be going to Decatur location anymore. Other times we went and ordered food. Always got the hamburgers food was cold stop hiring these young girls that wear long nails I sure hope they don’t handle the food or fixing it. By the way the manager was out smoking when I pulled up sure hope he washed his hands. Don’t get a cherry limeade they never put the cherries in the drink. They lost my business .
I placed a large order on the app. Got home with the order there were items missing. Opened up the burgers and the bread was molded. I called the restaurant and was greeting with unprofessional employee by the name of Jose who old me he has a lot of stuff to do. The food and customer service is horrible.
Dined in tonight and wanted to write a review before leaving. Order was brought out to us but the Chicken Strips were missing. The chicken bites and fried pickles were cold. The only thing edible was the Mozarrella Sticks. But even that was somewhat cold in the inside. When chicken strips were brought to us, that was the only thing nice and hot hot. Unsatisfied customer who will no longer return to this location. *Just got home and my daughter showed me her grape slushy drink. The drink was grey in color and the slushy pieces were clunky*
202408: again order missing items, gosh it's like paying more per hour didn't fix QC, huh? 202407: Order was missing couple items. They were nice about the issue and fixed it very quickly. Nice improvement compared to past experiences and hope that is the trend going forward, as long as missing items gets fixed. This was a better experience even with the mistake. People are human, treat people nice and mistakes are easily forgotten. Edit: 2021 update from old review: 39 mins in stall waiting in 4 drinks and a Master blast. They said we didn't check in, yet the monitor had our name up the whole time. Then add this master blaster that's all vanilla no cookies or dough! Manager should be ashamed of this location. 2019 review: Drive thru has been getting worse and management doesn't seem empathetic to their issue and that trickles down to the employees. 22 mins in drive thru for 2 meal... If you would have communicated to people that may have made it better but seriously, the GPS timeline of waiting in drive thru doesn't lie. Fast food employees want 15$ an hour but isn't ready to act like a 15$ an hour industry.
Went to get me and my husband some ice cream and a shake I ordered the turtle truffle nut blast and got vanilla ice cream with 4 pcs of candy went back after getting home a seeing it wasn’t what I ordered and the guy told me that thats what I ordered that I wasn’t going to see no candy or anything so guess a turtle truffle nut is just vanilla ice cream they have no customers service didn’t even try to fix it or anything never again will be calling in the morning to speak with the manager hope they are more helpful than the employees that work there at night
