Poor customer service at drive through window. Badgering me about coupon code, wasn't able to see code on coupon, wouldn't let me finish my order unless she had the code. When I asked if I could give her the code at the window I got back a bit of attitude, I'm sure if I could see through walls I would have see her eyes rolling, I definitely heard the "ugh" .

Terrible experience. They didn't have any kids toys for the kids meal. Yet they never told us. I had to go inside to complain and was told they didn't have any. After I paid. Kid very disappointed. To top it all off, they didn't give me a receipt, so I can't even put in a complaint.

Terrible! The restaurant says on Google it closes at 11pm. I arrive at 10:30 to order and she has an attitude fiercely saying they don’t have anything. Unprofessional. Needs her job stripped

Just went through the drive thru and whoever was working the window 8/4/25 at 9:30pm was horrible! We tried to get the $6 meal deal and she angrily said it didn’t exist when I was reading it off the menu with my eyeballs. Don’t know Burgerking hired goblins

They always give old fries if you don’t ask for them fresh the lady said I can only have one sauce because they’re for the nuggets and I ordered two sandwiches and a fry mind you she was raising her voice when I asked for a second one. And nowhere does it state that the sauce is only for the nuggets So that’s crazy.

I would leave 0 stars if i could These guys get paid $20 an hour but cant say hi to the 15 people they have waiting in the lobby to make an order. I watched people leave without a word being said to them. I ordered online and got my order last 30 minutes after waiting inside. All they could say was that their understaffed. At least say hi dude. Garbage take that these guys get paid more than most people.

These ladies seem like they don’t like their job. Was asking how to use the app and she said idk just download it and order there. I asked about trying to make a decision on a menu and anything that’s not too much. She’s like idk what and looked irritated. Not coming back here.

Oct 26th, 2024 7:10 PM The person taking orders in the drive through was incredibly rude while me and my family were attempting to figure out our order. Told us to "back up so we don't have to listen to your conversation." I need the owner to check this employees attitude asap because it was wildly uncalled for.

We went through the drive through at 7:00pm on 10/26/2024 and were incredibly disappointed by the rude comments and behaviors that we were met with by the drive through attendant. We had pulled up to the menu screen to decide what we were going to order with our daughter and were told to figure out what we wanted and to order because they did not want to hear our conversations. We apologized, tried to quickly decide, but did let them know there was no one behind us waiting to order. Again we were met by incredibly rude comments and attitude. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I try to be very understanding that bad days occur, but this was extremely uncalled for and unwarranted. I hope management can look into retraining their employees to better manage their attitudes or look inward if management was who we spoke with.

Service was horrible all around. I walked in for service and waited to be acknowledged which took several minutes. Finally I was able to get someone’s attention who tried to direct me to their digital menu ordering board. I asked if he could just take my order as there are no options to order how I need my sandwiches to be ordered he just said no. There was no one in the building and one car in the driveway but he tried to make it sound like they were slammed. I went outside drove right up made my order and instead of the window associate helping me the rude employee from inside decided he wanted to hand me my food. He handed it off by shoving it at me, giving me 3 drinks with no cup holder and closed the window without telling me my order was complete. I had to go through the bags to make sure I wasn’t waiting on anything else. I requested extra marinara sauce and only received one. When I asked for my additional marinara he said he was going to have to charge me an additional 25 cents. I paid it and he tossed me the marinara and closed the window again. Unacceptable rude and obnoxious behavior from what seemed to be a team lead.
