Great place to spend an evening, fab atmosphere, lovely staff, entertainment second to none especially on Saturday nights with Diamond Jack duo, these guys are brilliant with a very wide range of music. Definitely will be going back. No need to go to Villamartin Plaza its all at Drivers Bar.

Really nice place for a cheap drink. The spirits are served in generous portions and the side of the building is a sun trap. They have a great selection of live music at night and especially Sunday's where karoake truly is king. The woman running the karaoke is one of the most entertaining people within Villamartin

Great bar, very friendly. I like the stalls on Monday and Weds , entertainment and bingo. While away the day here. I tried the toastie, cheese and onion and it was delicious. Plus chips and very inexpensive! All in a great experience. Also supports animal charity so please come along.

Make the effort to not join the herd and choose not to go to the plaza. Within easy walking distance is the warm,welcoming Drivers bar. Great choice of drinks, excellent prices and a very good menu should be all you really need to give this wee gem the benefit of your time. Outside is as comfy as inside with adequate seating in both areas. But behind it all are the owners and staff who are generous with their time and effort, and are so accommodating and keen to help.

Lively alternative to the plaza with plenty of things going on. Entertainment karaoke and play your cards right sort of thing but enjoyable enough and obviously very popular with residents and visitors alike. Nice outdoor seating area too which gets a bit of sun. Do Sunday roasts if that's your thing. Will go back definitely. Update no smoking area so full of kippered old men and women with hacking coughs having a fag anywhere on the sunny terrace and it ruins it for me. If like me you don't like second hand smoke and smelly ashtrays give it a miss. The Hub and Chemies in the plaza still have smoking areas which are observed. I like this bar so much but this is becoming a major factor on whether I spend my money there or somewhere else. I'm not say no smoking but a designated area outside would be good.

A very nice bar, always a good atmosphere to enjoy a relaxed familial holiday, getting electric on karaoke nights ! The restaurant also is very good : the whole menu offers a set of tasty dishes, from the starters to the desserts, all home made, and for a reasonable price ! The staff is very friendly and makes sure to follow sanitary precautions (Covid-19)

Very good atmosphere in this bar with an extremely amiable owner. No food at present, but they are looking to add a restaurant at the back this year. There is a pool table and good size seating area outside for smokers.

We had a lovely time at the bar last night. There was live music playing which we thought was excellent. We were also able to play some pool. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Onlangs hier mosselen in tomatensaus gegeten. Saus ok maar mosselen niet te vreten. Kleine verrimpelde mormels, overgaar, schande om zoiets te durven serveren en er dan nog geld voor te vragen. Te mijden.

Great bar for a bit of everything depending on whats on. They have the best Karaoke around and a good quiz too. The in house restaurant is pretty good especially for Sunday lunch.

Drivers is a lovely place to meet with friends for a drink or very good food. Many night they have live entertainment on at no charge. It have a very good menu and chef. I would highly recommend giving it a visit. Only 100 yards from Villamartin plaza.

Great night!! Was reuniting with my sister after 3 years apart and we couldnt have asked for a better place to be, to celebrate. The staff and service fantastic. Drinks, good size measures. Food was amazing, generous portions and great quality. I had the roasted lamb, which just fell off the bone. Haven't had lamb like that for ages... It made me very happy!!!!! I recommend here for a great environment and experience.

Had a glorious meal at Drivers bar and Bistro in Villamartin this afternoon. They have a new chef, the food was exemplary (tapas) and the service top-notch. The evening menu looks fab too. We'll definitely be revisting this establishment.

Went for Sunday lunch. Party of six. The staff were hard working, thoughtful attentive and very professional. Food was very tasty. They also catered for gluten free and vegetarian in our party, with no problems. Thank you. Our meal was very much enjoyed and all the staff we very much appreciated.

We went to Driver’s Bar for Valentine’s night. As always the food, service and atmosphere were fabulous. The singer was brilliant. Driver’s Bar is a lovely venue and always very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

Always nice to drop into Drivers Bar, Villa Martin. Good atmosphere, it was karaoke night so was pretty busy. Not in the Villa Martin Plaza but make a point of visiting as it's only approximately 100 yards away !

Great local bar that has plenty of events and activities, from music bingo, to karaoke, to live acts and even a local trade market. Definitely worth a visit.

Having eaten here for many months with the old and new kitchen, we were disappointed today in that the service just gets worse. Some weeks we're left to sit with no service whatsoever but today our dinner plates were left on the table for over 30 mins and still not cleared or offered dessert. We paid and left. Shame because the food is so good

Popped in to join in an afternoon quiz and have some lunch. Everything was great. Derek's quiz was great fun. Sharon as host was lovely and welcoming. Food was delicious with very generous portions. Decor was light, airy and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back !

Had a meal there, it was OK, the breaded calamari excellent. However, the hunters chicken was overcooked, the steak and ale pie arrived tepid. The meat was delusional but the pastry was hard and veg was cold. Shame really as the quiz night and bingo was brilliant. I will go again though. Third time lucky!

Gorgeous Sunday Lunch. Great choice of Starters & Main Courses. We were to full for desert but what we saw at other tables looked awesome. House Red Wine was beautiful. Their Christmas Tree 🎄 is absolutely beautiful. We all had a different meal and each one of our 5 meals were fabulous. Absolutely would recommend Drivers for Sunday Lunch. We will be back. We had a reservation and I think it would be best to book as each table was occupied at 2.pm when we were there. You won't regret a visit. Enjoy.

We arrived to join a couple of friends that were already there, who informed us that they had been told there 120 Sunday dinners on order. We weren't dining, we were just meeting up for drinks. Our first 2 rounds of drinks were ordered & received, with no problem. However, when we ordered our 3rd round of drinks, we were kept waiting to the point where we had to order them again, with another member of staff. After finishing our drinks, we asked for our bill & again, we were kept waiting so decided to go inside & pay it. The first bill we were given was incorrect. The second bill we were given, was also incorrect. Thankfully, our 3rd bill was correct & paid in full. Organised chaos, springs to mind 🤷

Nice food and pleasant but they should sort out a ramp for invalid people eg.Wheelchair,on crutches etc then it would be four stars.Surely it wouldn"t take that much effort to sort it out!

1. Food received !! 1 hour !! after ordering. 2. Burgers were not freshly made but frozen beef burgers 3. For 14 euro we received 3 small chicken strips and fries. Similar to a kids meal. 4. The soup of the day, was just tomato purée with some basil. 5. Food is very different from the pictures shown here (cook probably quit) 6. Had live singing (reason for 2 stars instead of 1)

Popped in for drinks and looked at menu but the old lady with grey hair and round glasses was so unpleasant and unfriendly decided to eat elsewhere. You’ll love this place if you are masochistic but avoid if you have any self respect
