I was in the drive thru and Miley the barista in the window was such a joy, it’s nice seeing people who enjoy their job
This place was jam packed when we arrived around 7:40 on a Friday morning. We parked, ordered via app and got drinks within 10 minutes which was shocking because of the drive thru line. They had a ton of staff working. All of who felt very upbeat and friendly. Awesome service!
Excellence friendly service with variety, choices of beverages and snacks. Employees were very helpful and informative. They eagerly addressed any questions we had about the product and assisted with recommendations.
I love this Starbucks because the manager here tries to help out with anything but why is it that every time I order A drink here they miss on toppings or ingredients for the drinks, I don’t like to be that customer that has to ask for it to be remade or anything it makes me feel uncomfortable.
The man with glasses in the register was very rude. Kept asking if we were gonna order when we barely just sat down to open our laptops to study for a class. He gave us a second warning afterwards that we had to purchase something or we couldn’t be there a minute later. It made us feel uncomfortable. So sad to see this happening as we used to always come to this Starbucks.
Waited 25 minutes for my order to be ready I waited another 15 minutes after the time that it was supposed to be ready to go ask about it. When I asked the lady I mentioned that it wouldn’t take long to make it she responded rudely saying it’s not about how fast it can get done it’s about waiting your turn and I replied I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes.
Came in at 9:30 to grab a drink and meet a customer for a meeting. Within one minute of sitting down one of the baristas came over to let us know we had to make a purchase in order to stay. We informed her we were goin to order and then 1 minute mater, the “manager” Julie can rover an VERY RUDELY SAID, “DID TBEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING TO STAY HERE!” after we told her yes, she proceeded to gesture to the register and say , “WELL??” I guess Starbucks is not your friendly coffee place anymore. It’s more of a either buy something or leave. Totally ruins the vibe and atmosphere of the place and ruins your craving to sit and enjoy a coffee. Def, WILL NOT BE BACK
6.22 for a cup of ice its BS. Got a vinti iced shaken espresso what i usually get. Finished it in 3 sips. Not going back to this location. They need to learn how to use there measuring cups.
Starbucks on I-35 and Del Mar staffs seems to be overwhelmed with the orders it happened twice already where I place an order online and I joined the “mobile orders only” lane and they never say anything they keep taking orders on the regular lane. Then on top of that the drive-thru lady seems to have an attitude. Lanes are always full and they make you get down if they don’t have your order ready. Super unprepared staff.

No Wifi service in the patio area. Also no electrical outlets to charge your phone or laptop in the patio area. No fans in the patio area.
There’s a woman working here who’s just awful. She’s rude, has a terrible attitude, makes nasty faces at everyone, and to top it off she has a full-on mustache. Honestly, dealing with her was the worst part of the entire visit
I got a strawberry acai it was fine and i got a breakfast sandwich with HAIRS not HAIR. HAIRS you could not have that much hair fall out of ur hair at once disgusting and the dude told me no refund horrible dont order from here.
In this location very time I ask for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso they never fill up the cup to the top. I'm already paying almost 8/9 dollars for this drink and for it to not be filled up to the top?
I got my order wrong two times and I had ordered a frappe and usually it comes frozen but this time it was just liquid…. I had also ordered a chocolate croissant and it came stale not only that but the drive through lady was very moody and I didn’t like the way she talked towards me…
Customer service is trash! Girl at drive thru needs to step down from that position and give someone else an opportunity. Someone that will talk to you with patience, respect and gratitude pretty much the Starbucks standard. This lady didn’t even bother to look at me while asking for my card and when she gave me my order she just closed the window and left to the back. No “Thank you” or “Have a great day”! Literally just slammed the window and left. Management should reevaluate employees that work the drive-thru, especially at a prime location. I would name drop the employee but she didn’t even bother to give me my receipt.
