Online app order for 5:15 pm, arrived at that time but the order not quite ready yet, then the counter person dissappeared for the next 15 minutes, meanwhile my order as well as others waiting in the lobby were showing ready on the status board. I was fed up, stepped behind the counter where someone in the back could see me and demanded someone get to the counter and hand over our orders. The same person, she came up, set the order out and very snottily said " enjoy your meal". I have ordered from this unit for 30 years and never encountered such poor service and attitude.... Guess where I will not be a patron of going further.

Poor excuse for pizza. I've had multiple bad experiences. You'd think I'd know by now...never again..... As much as I hate Domino's, they are hands down 10 times better. Cold pizza, 45 minutes late. The person I called just laughed when I asked about my order. I would have sent it back but by the time it got here I was starving. 42.00 for pizza and wings...I've thrown the most of it out. No one should have to eat food like that.

The manager was rude I received my food cold, and didn't get all of it simply just wanted my full order I would have enjoyed the cold pizza. Instead of the Manager coming to talk to me she sends out a employee and I hear her tell him to be have, like what exactly are you gonna do Im not causing a problem I just want my correct order

Pizza was all burned. My order was completely wrong and when they don’t have something available online instead of calling to make sure you want something else or refund you the money they just make you something else instead

I was very disgusted I ordered 80$ worth of pizza and when I got there I had to Hollar at someone to help me and then the kid making the pizzas was making and putting the toppings on with his bare hands. I ask the they girl that finally waited on me if they required the cook to wear gloves and just looked at me and said well and crinkled her nose at me.

I have not been to a pizza hut in forever!! So my daughter and I stopped in. They were not busy. Took them 40 minutes to get a pizza and wings to us and they was so cold that I refused to eat it. They could not even apologize about it. And still wanted me to pay. Haha Never again .

My husband and I went to eat dinner at Pizza Hut. They did have some call in orders ready but seem to have plenty of staff. Because of the remodel I wasn’t sure if we seated ourselves or was going to be escorted. The two employees up front were giggling and being silly about one fixing to deliver a pizza without the receipt. We were obviously standing waiting and were completely ignored while the cutsie conversation continued. Finally I asked about the seating and was told to seat anywhere. That was the last time we saw an employee. No drink order. No food order. No visible sign that someone worked there. We could hear laughing from employees so they were there somewhere. They weren’t too busy to take our order. We finally set a timer for 5 MORE minutes. No one checked on us. We decided to go to Sali’s.instead. It took us a total of 5 minutes to drive there, get drink orders and our food order in! Thank you Sali’s for a wonderful dinner! Pizza Hut, you have a nice dining room. What a waste …..

If I could give less than one star, I would. We went in around 6:45 for dinner and had to wait at least 5 minutes for the server to even come and greet us; I had to go get our menus. The first thing she said to us when she walked up to our table was, "Sorry, I'm the only server," but the restaurant was empty aside from us. We waited 10 minutes for 3 drinks to come to the table, our waitress again apologizing repeatedly for the wait, as she was helping the people that came in for a pick-up order. My husband wanted a pan pizza (the whole reason we went), but they were out of large pan pizza dough for the night...said they were prepping it for the next day. Again, our waitress apologizing over and over. I ordered a side salad with my meal and was told she would go get that made as soon as she put in the order. Several minutes later, I had to go to the register to ask her for my salad. She then went back into the kitchen and we could hear the staff yelling back and forth at each other over the salad. When she finally brought my salad, she sat it down and said she was going to go get me another ranch (I did not eequest this, just said, "thanks"). It took her no less than 3 minutes to return with the ranch, and I told her that both my bowl and my fork were sticky. She offered to take them back into the kitchen but I told her I could do it if I could just get a clean bowl and fork. And again she just responded with, "I'm so sorry," and disappeared into the kitchen. 5 minutes later, we decided that we would call it quits. We paid for the one drink that wasn't water and left. Worst $1.24 we have ever spent. I would have rated the food, however we didn't make it that far.

I placed an order online this evening (6-19-2022) for carry-out so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. When I took my second bite out of my first slice, there was a piece of long hair baked INTO the pizza. I immediately got the hair out of my mouth, and grabbed the receipt to call the store. My husband called, and got thrown around from person to person, never being able to talk to the correct person. Finally he called the corporate number. The lady was helpful, but she didn't offer money back, or offer to replace the order. We had to request our money back. She said that once their "investigation" is complete within 48 hours, someone would give us a call to let us know the status.. Needless to say, we're very unhappy and don't plan to order here again. Detroit Style Pizza with no sauce on it at all. Thanks for the meat and cheese bread it was better than the last time I ordered from here. Last time you left the cheese off my pizza. I asked for a refund that time and was told I had to call back on Monday when the manager was there or something ridiculous like that. This time I just won’t bother and won’t bother ordering again. This pizza would have been good if it was made right.. you know with sauce.
