We always enjoy our experience when we go and have never had a bad or negative experience with staff but today was extra special. RENORA affectionately nicknamed by my husband as "Renaynay" was extraordinary! What she doesnt know is our family went through a very traumatic experience yesterday with my son and its a miracle he alive but we are running on pure adrenaline and are all so heavy hearted right now and she had us rolling and smiling the whole time. Best personality and such a kind heart!!! If I could give more than 5 stars for her I would give them all. Renora, thank you for adding light to our day that was very much needed! God bless you!!! I pray that you're brought the same light you bring to others!!!

Best ihop I have ever had. The chef Isra, I believe that his name, hit the spot. He not only shuffled the hash browns and got them all crispy, but perfectly crispy bacon, and grilled our sour dough with butter on the grill for our perfectly cooked eggs. Fresh coffee and extra whip cream on the pancakes. None of this was asked for he just made us the best breakfast for dinner, thank you for my favorite Birthday dinner ever.

I never leave reviews but our server Isiah was phenomenal! He was very chill. He took care of everything we needed and was extremely positive. I’ve gone to this IHOP many times but I particularly enjoyed our experience tonight. Also he kinda sounds like Micheal Jackson and that made me very happy. 5 stars :)

Very busy place on a Saturday morning. We were greeted immediately as we walked in the door. We were seated immediately and waited on consistently. Courtney H. was our waitress and did an outstanding job. She wasn't alone tho. The entire wait staff was friendly and doing an amazing job taking care of their tables. No table was left unattended dirty. Food was delicious and was served hot. This establishment worked like a well oiled machine! There are alot of places could learn from this team!

Came during IHoppy hour 3 to 6. Prices are great at this time. Burger and Rings ($8) were tasty. Wife’s breakfast plate ($6) was all good for her too. At $23 with drinks it’s a good value. Service was on the spot. Nice job Pamela. Place is a little run down. But not bad! I’d eat here again for sure.

We stopped in here around lunchtime on a Friday. It was pretty empty. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server came out and got our drink order right away. She even made a "special" pink lemonade (added strawberry syrup) for our youngest daughter. Our food came out within a decent amount of time. It was all cooked well and hot and fresh. Courtney (I hope I've spelled it correctly), our server, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, timely, thoughtful, professional, and patient. I was a server for most of my life, and I know what it takes to be a good server and what that job entails. I hope her boss knows what a great job she's doing. She deserves a raise, in all honesty. If you're stopping in here, I recommend that you ask for her and tip her well.

I hope it was just Dalton having a bad day. If so, I will edit this. If not, his disrespect and attitude today were unsettling. Last time I was there, I asked twice for military discount. He did not honor either request. Today I asked for that discount at the beginning, as I usually do, I don't want y'all to have to do it again. Dalton ignored that request again. There a boy employee I think his name is Jose last time I was there with my husband he was mocking my husband cause he on a walker right now cause of Surgery. The employee sit us and when he left he was mocking my husband by pretending he was walking on a walker and laughing. This is very unacceptable I could tell the employee had something wrong with his head by doing this I report to the waitress she like he's like that. Okay I'm 57 years old so I've eaten at a lot of IHOPs before. It's the food..... The "gravy" was less than appetizing. It's painfully obvious that it comes from a can and there was gravy skin on my gravy. And the butter flavored oil that they use to butter the biscuits to put on the grill is old and dirty. I ate just the biscuit without gravy on it and it tasted like old oil that's been sitting out because they basted it with that oil flavored grease and put it on the grill before they gave it to me. I didn't realize that IHOP's food had gone down so bad. Breakfast is so easy. How can you mess it up? Also I asked for the 55-plus breakfast and I got charged full price.

Waitress checked me out at table using my debit card for $30.87. Then she had put herself in for a 20% tip. I moved the tip but was not fast enough to ask why two $6 meals plus two coffees were so much. She then stated she could not find our ticket so she used that one. She saw me getting upset and then said she would ask her supervisor to fix it. She then returned with a $19.96 total and stated the supervisor had taken $2-3 dollars off ‘for our trouble’. She re-swiped my card but she signed it. And when I asked didn’t she need me to resign my card she said no. All of this is unacceptable. I will not darken the door of IHOP in Denison again.
