The building was clean, the service fast and friendly. I had a rather large and complex order, but they got everything right. Every time I've been here, the drink machine has been well maintained, as in a good mix of water, syrup, and all that. It's no In-N-Out, but it was good, hot food with great service.

Wendy's has been here since I was a kid and I've never had an issue here. Never heard of any complaints either. The food is always warm and fresh. Not a big fan of Wendy's but this location is excellent if you are.

I had a discount coupon but the cashier said he couldn't take it because, as he showed me, it was only good in DFW counties. The manager came over and told him to give me the discount anyway. A really impressive customer service-oriented decision, one that will prompt me to return the next time I'm in town.

This is by far the best Wendy’s I have ever been to! Rosio is just an absolutely fantastic person, I’ve been coming here for years and she always recognizes me and asks how I’ve been doing, it’s great to see such an upbeat and awesome manager running a store so well! I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and strawberry lemonade and it’s delicious!

Meet out of town friends for dinner. Atmosphere is out of this world superb! Menu is fantastic. I had cheese enchiladas with con carne sauce...folks, is was mucho con carne'! First course queso was best I've ever had. Planning next trip...might skip friends & head right to Javi's!! LOL

My Grandson and I go a little out of the way to visit this Wendy's. It's usually clean and the employees seem pleasant enough. The food's fresh & hot with a huge selection of self serve beverages. They have one of those soda machines with all the different Cokes you can mix various flavors into. The kids meals are only $1.99 in the summertime evenings too. My Grandson loves the large fireplace looking tv next to the kick-back comfortable chairs in the corner.

Really like the breakfast options, The Sausage breakfast Croissant sandwich is so good!

I've eaten at this location 3 times recently (ashamed to admit that, but, there's been good sales/deals/rewards in the app) and each time I have been blown away by how hot and fresh the food has come out. Especially the fries. I had a chicken sandwich here recently and it was *literally* steaming while I was eating it. Another time I walked here, a good 10-15 minute walk, got a meal to go, and after walking back home the fries were still hot to the touch. I can't speak for everyone, but, hot/fresh fast food is definitely as good as fast food gets.

The food was on point didn't have very long to wait it was fresh pretty much I mean it is Wendy's but it was good whoever was behind there and had a little pride in what they was doing the sandwich come out fabulous

Max - manager stopped me before I left the counter with my to go order. He said staff is still in training and wanted to be sure the order was correct before driving away. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to not get home and have to drive back in anger. The order is correct but I appreciate his honesty.

I've genuinely preferred eating at Wendy's over just about every single other 'fast food' type place for years and years now. This restaurant is also at a convenient location. That's splendid.

We were driving by and decided to "stop here really quick". We were expecting our usual Wendy's experience, but much to our surprise, it was better than that. The employee who was taking orders was new and did a fantastic job. He double checked our order at the window to make sure he got it right. When we got our food, we were delighted to see some of the best looking fast food we have gotten in a long time. The fries were fresh and you could see every layer of the jr. Cheeseburger I ordered. It was commercial perfect. It wasn't squished down our anything. Not to mention, it was delicious, as always. Props to the food line pros in the back!!

1st time to this Wendy's. Drive thru for lunch break 8:20pm. Staff worked the 4 cars through at a steady pace. Got my food in just a couple minutes. Bacon double stack and small fries. Meal was satisfying. All well seasoned as has been my experience at Wendy's. Would definitely return for another meal and maybe a frosty.

Nice clean lobby with good service. The food was hot and fresh. Fairly well priced for what you’re getting. This place also has a CoCaCola Freestyle Machine for all the soda freaks out there. Give this Wendy’s a shot!

Went through the drive thru and this was probably the most efficient Wendy’s drive thru I have ever been to. They were fast and friendly and most importantly they didn’t screw the order up! Thanks to this location for giving us a great experience when we were in a rush!

The service was wonderful, tye food was good but a little greasy and the atmosphere was good but felt a little dark. All in all it was a nice experience. I did enjoy the meal there with my family and will return.

Typical Wendy's food. Almost always good. My wife had the new Southwestern Avocado Chicken salad and liked it. I had my usual single with cheese. There was a leak from the AC over our table, raining occasional droplets onto the area where we were eating. Otherwise things were fine.

The food was good. There was a lot of flies in the building. We were fighting the whole time. But the food was well worth the trip and I am not mad that I went. I had the baconator meal and yhe family had the 4 for 4 meals and nobody complained about the food. The flies took a star away and thats a shame. Thats why we as a society should dislike flies.

What can you say? This was a Wendys. The place was clean, the staff was good enough. We were there late. But they still provide a good service. The chicken strips I had there were cooked perfectly. That doesn't always happen in these places. So good for them. It's easy to find along a very busy street.

They have very good food with a wide selection. They have quite a few salads of many kinds that are all kept very fresh. They also have baked potatoes loaded and ones with Chile, they are kept hot and fresh. They also just have Chile that is very well made. Their burgers are very good and products are kept fresh their cooked well and good sizes with many types, same goes for their sandwiches. The restaurant is usually kept clean and everything is priced well.

2023 Update: in recent times the service here has turned around pretty substantially. I've yet to receive my order wrong once in the past few times I've been. Heck once I was a jerk and ordered doordash about 30 minutes before they stopped taking orders and It arrived exactly as ordered! The meal is a bit expensive for what you get compared to other similar places (2 bucks more than Braums down the street for the same meal). 2021 Review: Super fast drive through, food was warm and fresh. Fries were good. Both times I've gone here my main order was wrong. Even after respecifying exectally what I wanted (Burger, with just cheese) twice when asked it still came out completely wrong.

Very good food cooked fast and not greasy like most hamburger places in the area. They change their menus for different options. Order the way you like it and they will have it ready. Be sure to check your order before you leave the window. That’s why I gave them a four star, not a five star. Nice people and great service.

Tiny drive thru. You'll hop a curb if you're not careful! They know how small it is, yet they still put large rocks near the curb so you'll mess up your car when you accidentally hit the curb! Parking/entering/exiting is horrible. Must wait on everyone to get out of the way as there's no room for two vehicles anywhere in the parking lot~

Arrived at 7:30am and I was the only customer. Prompt service, fresh & hot food, clean facility. Plenty of parking.

Had to try the new Krabby Patty meal. The drive through was busier than it usually was but it was also around 6pm, so I'm sure there was a dinner rush and everyone wanting to try the new menu item. The burger was pretty good, fries were great, chili was ok, and the chicken nuggets were good too. No real complaints from regular Wendy's location.

It's pretty common for them to present soggy fries, or watery chili. The buns sometimes taste stale, and they'll routinely miss points of the order (like no mayo or no mustard). I might be spoiled because I've seen how good Wendy's can be when done right, but I keep hoping for better quality from this place and only sometimes (less often than not) do they actually pull through.

Daycrew is great! Evening crew needs some training. My card was declined at drive through and I went to ATM to sort it out stating I would be back. 25 minutes later I come back through around 8:45 pm and reorder. I got sold the same food I ordered and they forgot the Frosty's. My daughter went in to let them know we didn't get them. She gets to the car and when we get home they were melted. So they sold me the same original Frosty's and the food was cold. My wife called up and spoke to the evening manager and they just blew her off. She was on the phone on hold with corporate, when she decided to call the day manager. The day manager made it right by replacing the order with upgrades.

Really clean place ! I ordered and within five minutes they had my food. The cashier was not paying attention and left and didn't give us the receipt. She also went off and started talking which to me was unprofessional. Other than that it was a great place

Pretty good. Normal fast food. They do keep it nice and clean. I eat inside a lot. All times I've been there one of the staff members asked to take out trash. So it's nice to eat there.

The only reason why I am giving 3 stars was because of the amazing young lady at the register. My sandwich was BAD the chicken was BAD HAD A FUNNY TASTE at first bite I startedGAGGING then spit it out. They gave me a fresh 10 pc chicken nugget instead. The rest of both orders were ok except for that. I almost took the refund but decided not to try and go somewhere else.

I ordered the number 1(Dave Single). The French fries were cold and half the fries were stuck together. The burger was good but cold. The strawberry lemonade was super sweet. Normally, the food is hot and fresh but on this Day it wasn't.

I cannot remember a single time I have come out of the drive-thru with the correct order. The display that's supposed to show me they rang up my food right flashes for maybe half a second before going back to an ad, and the person on the speaker never repeats my order back to me, as if they're actively trying to hide an order they entered wrong on purpose, as absurd as that sounds. The receipt always shows me the incorrect order they put in, so I know it's not the kitchen's fault. This honestly has me questioning my sanity, because it seems monumentally implausible that one restaurant can have such a perfect track record of messing up my order that I must be subconsciously saying the wrong thing without realizing. Two stars because the food is always good, and at least the drive-thru tends to move quickly, perhaps to a fault, as I rarely have enough time to put my wallet away before I have to pull forward. Edit: Adding a star because order accuracy has noticeably improved and the new breakfast options are terrific, but the employees are still kinda short with me and the order display is now broken entirely.

I ordered a burger with no onions or mustard . They didn't read back the order so when I got to the window I asked just to confirm they got that part of the order correct. The woman gave me attitude acting as if it was an odd thing for me to ask. I guess I should have just been grateful to get whatever it was they were going to give us. I find this attitude is common and wouldn't have even left this review if Google didn't prompt me to. In the end the order was correct so I guess the burger wizard got it right and I was just another stupid customer that felt insecure about my order. You know, because no one of fast food ever screwed up an order at the drive through so I must just be stark raving mad for communicating with another human being about the nuances of my burger order.

The burgers are decent, strawberry Frosty's are delicious, and the $5 biggy deal seams like a good deal. Until you realize the burger is very small, the fries just as small, the drink is even smaller, and the chicken nuggets are not even editable.

I had ordered a doordash because I had gotten hungry. I ordered around 11:30PM. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a small lemonade with 2 CHOCOLATE CHUNK cookies. My order arrived and I ate my meal and when to go eat my cookies and they were SUGAR cookies, no chocolate in sight. Very disappointed, that was almost 5 bucks down the drain

Let me share a combined review for the day. I started off the day attempting to get a Breakfast Baconator using an offer on the mobile app. The order went through fine for the $3 sandwich. The problem was, when I got to the restaurant I had chosen on the app, it was closed for a water problem! And the app had let me complete the order and pay for it! Good grief, something is not right when you can place an order at a restaurant that is closed. It took me over 18 minutes on the phone, 12 of that waiting for someone, to resolve the issue of paying for my meal but not getting anything. And I wasn't even offered anything to compensate me for my aggravation. I ended up getting my breakfast at McDonald's instead, for $1.62, half the price of what I had paid at Wendy's. I decided to give Wendy's another chance for lunch. I had the Dave's Double, which is currently a great value at $2. So I splurged and got the Baconator fries. At first glance at the fries I wasn't impressed, as it did not appear to have enough cheese or bacon. However, as I ate it, I found that it was indeed enough. Sadly, I was not impressed with the dreamsicle Frosty. It did not have as much orange flavor as I remembered a dreamsicle having. So my rating is a combination for the day. Service for breakfast was zero stars, but for lunch it was four, so an average of two. And three stars for the food as it wasn't extremely impressive. I'm really disappointed in the Wendy's app, and the Wendy's customer service. I'll probably end up sticking with the cheaper McDonald's breakfast as long as it remains a deal in their app.

I'll be honest, I like this location, but not having Wi-Fi and with no plans to address it? No thanks.

Caught them in their last hour of the day. Felt like folks were just collecting a check. Fries were not good.

There's a big sign in the window that promotes combo upsizing after 10p for free. Loading up the Wendy's app I see that I did not receive that deal. I also did not receive a receipt which is why I had to use the app to find out. The second star is because the food was actually good.

Dining inside at 9 pm, Monday. Only customers inside. Dining room hasn't been cleaned in a while. Had to clean the table ourselves. Service was quick. Staff not very sociable. Food was okay. This Wendy's had gone downhill for while. Best thing here is the frosty.

I absolutely loooove Wendy's! We order it every Friday as a ritual. We order through the app, which Wendy's promotes, but we do, and were treated like aliens today. It was truly an awful experience. This is two Fridays in a row that I'm now contemplating next Friday's routine. Food was still good, horrible customer service, and from the drive thru!

So I really love the food at Wendy's, however it seems like going through the drive through is always a horrible experience. No matter the time of day I get so much attitude from every employee you talk to. No one smiles, no one seems to acknowledge you as a person. They are very rude, I'm to the point where I would rather go on the other side of Denton for Wendy's. The corner one on 35 and 288 has great customer service with great food. I wish I could say the same about the university restaurant.

Food is usually good here as we are regulars. Today, I found three hairs in my baked potato. The first one, I threw away and didn't think anything of it, but the long second one I took a pic of on my napkin. The third one was a short hair which I took while it was still on it. I was too grossed out to finish it after that.

Clean and nice but when I ordered coffee the manager said that "they don't have coffee". There is a huge coffee machine right behind the cash register. They just didn't want to bother with brewing fresh coffee. Kind of lame.

Tried to use the app to order a burger and the free nuggets. They couldn’t get it to scan. It showed the free offer and the scan but he (cashier) could not figure out how. Drive thru line was around the building and they were horribly slow. So got a lukewarm gross burger and no free item. 🤬🤬🤬

The worst staff they never listen when placing an order food is cold half the time 7/10 times the order is wrong then when you try and get it corrected they get an attitude now we know why they never have a line I can’t justify working hard for my dollar to spend it where I can’t get what I order this is a waste of a place

I came to Wendy’s tonight and got here to find out that even though they advertise that they are open until 1, it is not actually a full menu. First, they were out of the wildberry lemonade and it was not marked on the menu. They also refused to make a chocolate frosty because they decided to clean the machine early. I attempted to speak to the manager, Gisella about this issue and she refused to do anything to make it right. This is the LAST time I visit Wendy’s, they do not understand how to treat the customer to make things right stating she cares more about her other customers than she does about me, who is also a paying customer. She would rather sit there and argue and come up with every excuse in the book than make it right by the customer even though they didn’t advertise that they were out of this item on the menu.

Got charged for sauces I never got couldn’t enjoy my meal without them sauces try to call and no answer…. Never coming here

I stopped by to pickup food to take to work, I ordered a single without cheese, a baked potato and upsized the drink with extra extra ice. I got a single WITH cheese, and barely had any ice in my drink. The order was OVER $16.00!!! Not even close to being worth the money, or the frustration involved. So I get online and start the survey for my free sandwich and after answering many questions, it says the survey is 75% complete and it shuts off and doesn't allow me to complete it, so I guess I won't be getting my 'free sandwich' to help make up for the wrong order and over priced bill. I HIGHLY suggest you skip stopping here.

The store at the Loves truck stop is Absolutely the filthiest store I have been in and as a truck driver I have been in my share of dirty places. Even the Lives manager said they had sent pictures and complained. Stay away from this dive!

Update: last time we went, the ketchup dispensers were both gone..a friend of mine came in an hour after me...and they had still done nothing to fix this...(that's over two hours). They just pointed to a couple of tiny packs in the corner, which is disappointing, to say the least . Second, while it felt okay outside, because of the wind, it was hot enough inside, that my mother was sweating in her own fries....

they gave me moldy bread :(

If you really have a problem, there is a good chance that filing a complaint will be totally ignored. We actually tried to correspond to get something done, and the office only sent one slow response (after weeks), and then did not respond at all after that. Knowing that even the people at the top won’t help, makes you feel kind like the whole deal is kind of futile. That’s why we finally decided to drop Wendy’s for good. We’ve never heard of, or have had this type of problem, ever.

Update 7/2022. Still absolutely incompetent staff. Still rude and don't compensate you for wasted time or their own mistakes. Don't go here. Staff here routinely gets orders wrong, they don't apologize or offer any kind of coupons when you're forced to drive back to the store just to get the food that you actually paid for.

If I could give 0 stars- I WOULD!! They don’t give you what you pay for. They are standing around talking about people. The restaurant looks nasty. The tables are filthy and have flies eating off the crumbs. The floor stays dirty. The bathroom smells awful. They all should be fired!

Worst experience ever. Ordered certain food and got to window after they repeated everything correctly back at the order board. The order was wrong and they then Saud they would refund and then they cancelled the refund and then charged me for the correct food and I still paid for the other but never got the other food. They just stole money from me and now going thru bank to get it fixed. Corporate needs to fix this cause now I have just had this business steal from me and they didn't care that they did this to me.

Walked in for the mobile oder. The app said thank you and that the order was ready. Upon walking up to the counter, it was being prepared. So I guess the completed it on their end before they finished preparing the order. After several minutes, the order was brought out to the pickup bins. I specifically ordered for dine in, but it was made to go. They forgot to include the frostys in the order. I went up to the counter to ask for them and was never greeted and really was ignored. Other customers had not even been helped yet. The one girl working the front counter was rude to the customer in front of me when she took his order. Slender girl, Hindu I believe, glasses, 5'1" . She was preparing mobile orders and ignoring walk-in customers. I Politely got her attention and she responded rudely. I advised that they forgot my frostys. She found a warm on sitting on the counter and gave it to me. I further advised her I was supposed to receive two, o the made another one and made a complete mess and was upset for helping me... I didn't even finish my frosty because is was basically melted. The burgers were thrown together poorly and the nuggets tasted like the cooking oil was old. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time at Wendy's. This is the closest to my house and I most likey will not come back. This location usually has issues.

WORST WENDY'S EVER!!!! They are incapable of getting any orders right when you order more than one meal. Verified the order and is still wrong on receipt. This Wendy's will not satisfy any issues they cause. Missing a burger, good luck. I would suggest driving across town to avoid this plague of a service. Over an hour on the phone, no resolution asked, can you remake my wrong food ,respond with do you want a refund. Hmm, just remake the food and say, "Sure, give me a refund," and then they refuse a refund. If you want to pay for what you won't, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, we have had this issue before with this store. We decided to try them again, with the same problem and even worse resolution. WIll NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

Went through the drive through to order a pub pretzel-bun burger with no bacon (due to a pork allergy) and a hamburger plain with no cheese and received a regular cheeseburger with bacon on it and another cheese burger as it comes. I even double checked with the pay window that there would not be bacon on the pub burger and they assured me it would not have any. I had to drive all the way home before realizing they had messed up the order and had to drive all the way back to get a refund. Will never be going to this location again. Management needs to change.

The employee calling out orders today was really rude, and they have left my frosty sitting on the counter to melt on multiple occasions when I order for pickup. It's almost always melted by the time I get home with my order. Make them fresh when we get there for our orders--don't be lazy. I work fast food at a place with ice cream too; I would never leave a customer's ice cream out on the counter until they get there, as usually people take their time when picking up online orders. Its absurd.

I have always loved Wendy’s and this location has had some great employees but the breakfast sandwiches are rubbery and overly seasoned they taste like someone dumped a whole bottle of pepper on them. The prices for drinks and side items are also high compared to similar locations. The fries also tend to be old in lunch/dinner meals

Staff failed to complete order by not giving all items paid for. When realizing this, I called to get a refund. Angelica (employee) said they can't do refunds over the phone. Called corporate. Still need to wait an additional 7-10 days for a call back to start process on refund. Absolutely pathetic.

Decided to give this location another try after several months of avoiding it. The service sucks. They take forever to make personal mobile orders. Ordered food earlier fir lunch and people that arrived aftrt me, got theirs befire me. Ordered a frost and it took 15 min to put ice cream in a cup. Someone ordered a mobile order after me and he got his food before me. I'll be going to the other location

there was a mosquito eater in my fries and parts of him were in every other order of fries we got. extremely upsetting. whether it was just an accident or indicative of an unclean kitchen, i can’t say

Don't even bother asking for any modifications on your biggie bag. I asked for my burger plain and dry and I asked for spicy nuggets. What I instead received was a burger with all the mustard onions pickles and all with plain chicken nuggets. What is the point of offering modifications to the biggie bag if you're just going to give me something else?

Anyways I ordered a chili which was 3.79 then a sour cream and chives potato that was 2.99, he didn’t give me the price until I pulled up to the window and handed him boy card. It was 10.03, and the math doesn’t add up. I asked for a recipt and he said the machine was down. I asked how that price came to be and he said he had no way to look it up and they were real busy. If I had to guess they’re overcharging hoping people don’t notice then stuffing the extra money in their pockets at the end of the shift. I won’t be going to Wendy’s again

Guys, I have phenomenal news. Your search is over if you’ve been looking for the worst Wendy’s on earth. The best part? You only have to say what you’d like 3-7 times at the drive-thru and the way you’re made to feel at the window is totally free. A real bargain. I can’t wait to never come back to this very specific location.

Awful customer service, cannot get your order correct and when you ask they refuse to fix it and say “well that’s what you were charged for” even though it’s not what was ordered. The owner/manager really needs to reevaluate the people that are hired here and find people with actual communication and problem/resolution skills. Will never do business with this location ever again. If i could give negative stars i would.

Wendy's has been my favorite restaurant for 25 years. Working all over the country, on my worst day, there was always a chicken sandwich that felt like a hug or a JBC. Those days are gone now, because they took away the right lettuce. Never thought the lettus mattered until they put shredded lettuce on my favorite comfot food. It's disgusting. Tastes like sloppy food with no shits given for taste. The bath of mayo was always too much and now somehow it's doubled. Anyways, thank you for making profits more important than the actual food you serve. You lost a lifetime customer and frequent customer over the lettus I never knew I cared about. I hope your profits reflect your poor management.

I arrived at this place at 7:39am, there were no cars and the place was dark as if they were closed. So I continue to drive through to place my order, I ordered six of the sausages egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and the cashier says six as if I was pry too many, which let me know they weren’t prepared for anyone to come order anyone with such large amounts. I drive to the window pay and I literally wait 10 minutes for for the wasn’t fresh nor did it taste good. I don’t recommend anyone to stop by this place before work in the morning you will be disappointed

Food was all basically room temperature, tried to talk with manager she did not seem to care swapped it out for slightly warmer food, always had problems at this location unless you catch things while they are busy

We had a great experience at wendy's ! The service was top-notch, and the amenities were fantastic. While the menu selection was limited, but still we have not enjoyed our meal

Cashier shorted our change. My burger is supposed to have lettuce and get this...see picture. No fresh fries...old and very salty

Poor poor the worst. Today 1/30/2025 only drive through is open. The kids in there are not taking orders. They greet and go mute knowing most people would drive off. Owner shouldn't be losing $$ this way. Management needs to attend to this nonsense.

Been going to this Wendy’s for years. Went about 45 minutes ago and will never go back. I went to the drive through and attempted to change my order once id pulled around to the window. The guy working not only glared at me, he puffed up his bottom lip as if he was about to come through the window into my car. I legitimately felt threatened. The other staff recognized me ( a very sweet Hispanic lady who has always been so friendly) and waved. When she tried to speak to me, he slammed the drive thru window shut. I understand people have bad days but this was ridiculous. That is not how you treat customers.

Went through drive-through explained high, why my sandwich double make sure that I said the same exact thing get all the way to my job and realize they made my order wrong after I had repeated myself and that there was a manager taking my order I go back to the restaurant. I’m standing there for a good 5 to 6 minutes yelled hello nobody came. I yelled hello the second time is when they decided to come around the corner from the conversation they were having. I don’t ever complain about the food, but if you’re not busy and a person explains to you multiple times there’s no need for an error

Without the lettus, you have nothing. The entire marketing campaign used to be better ingredients. Now all the sandwiches taste worse than McDonald's and I don't understand how you could have falled so low. Gross. Shredded lettus is trash and you know it, taste one of your sandwiches it's undeniable. It's so much worse, how did you think we wouldn't notice?

ZERO stars! I went to this location on 10/05/25 around 4pm and my burger was cold and they gave me a sour cream packet that had a date of 09/25/25. So turned around and went back to get a fresh burger that’s not cold and an unexpired sour cream… they end up giving me 2 more sour cream packs with expired dates of 09/22/25… moral of the story, don’t drive off without checking the expiration dates and if your food is cold or hot

I ordered 2 of the CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICHES! And when I went home I got 2 BACON burgers! My boyfriend is Muslim and can’t eat it!

Went thru drive thru at 7:45, had to drive up to the window because cashier couldn't comprehend our order, got the $8 JCB meal, was the worst food ever, hamburger meat was dry as a bone and old way overcooked meat was so cold the cheese was cold as well. Wouldn't even melt, fries were cold and overcooked as well, never going back, had to throw away the whole meal

I don't normally write reviews but I stopped here Thursday evening and am still suffering with food poisoning. The food quality was terrible and buns were soggy and the person working the drive thru didn't even say a word at the window. I also saw him bang what looked like a piece of metal counter piece on the curb outside the window which is super unsanitary.

Went through drive thru to get food for my fiancé and myself. Wanted 2 combos, one crispy chkn BLT w/pickles and the other asiago ranch chicken sandwich. I was asked if I wanted a biggie bag or just the sandwich, which confused me but he soon asked again so I said "sure, yeah biggie bag or combo" "what sauce?" He asked "... sauce?" "Yes, sauce what sauce you want for the nuggets" I was lost, could hear his frustration and impatience and almost left without completing the order to avoid making a scene, as I had had a long day in the hot sun. I compromised by just getting the asiago chicken, just the sandwich, for myself to shorten the process. I decided on barbecue for the nugget sauce, of which there was none. I felt rushed and confused at a drive thru over something as petty as sauce that was forgotten. I hope I never order during his shift again.

Dead rats outside the restaurant terrible. This place needs new management. Dozens of flies indoor can’t even enjoy your food. Fast food just isn’t fast food anymore I definitely will not be returning idc how good them nuggets are

FOOD POISONING!! SEE Pictures below!! We ate here for lunch today and got sick within 20 minutes. I knew the soda tasted funny like nasty mildew almost..After tasting the soda I couldn't eat because I've worked in restaurants in the past and knew they either don't clean the ice maker or soda machine and thats basic!! Sure enough I got home with everyone's food. my husband ate his and drank his soda..this is the maggots that were in his Cup!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL be reporting this!!

The manager overcharged me by two dollars. I guess he didnt like my music. While waiting on my food through the drive thru. My chili was luke and it had cheese in it that i specifically said no too. I had to ask for my receipt. He thought i was too busy to pay him mind. I called him out on it. He called himself tryin to reson the extra two dollar charge over and above above. Didnt eat chilli lactose intolerance .
