I am not impressed. Used to love it. Not anymore. The bathroom was dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. When they brought my wings they were sitting in way to much sauce. They come in a paper bowl and the tray was wet. Dripping wet. They did not even dry it. If you know anything about handling dishes the final stage of sanitation is to dry the dishes. I don't think I will be back.

We had a decent experience. Their chicken was not bad. The napkins were not available for people to take. We had to ask for napkins, which was inconvenience. There would be loud siren that would periodically jump scaring us. The bathroom was horrendous. Maybe they were busy with online orders, but someone should periodically check on the status of the bathroom. It could ruin a dine-in experience. If a restuarent allowed the state of the bathroom to slipped, it could mean the same for the food as well. It's bad optics.

DoorDashed some wings. It got here fast but the bag was absolutely dripping with grease. It’s like they dumped the oil directly into the styrofoam plate after they fried it. Ridiculous

The past couple of times I have received deliveries from this location, the food quality has been very poor. The wings are freezer burnt and some wings have little, to no meat on the bone. We never receive the full order, usually missing sides or drink order. We have had to throw orders out, as our household was nervous about getting physical sick from the leftovers. I will no longer be ordering from this location but wanted to advise others of the potential health risks and lack of quality.

The wings were not sauced correctly. It's obvious that the saucing dish or bowl was already washed, so the employees just poured the sauce in the container. I understand that working at wingstop prolly sucks (fast food jobs suck), but I paid wayyy too much for this mess up. Additionally, the fries above tasted sooooo burnt, please change out your fryer oil.

Hey Wingstop, I’m the delivery driver, not the bartender! I just had one of the weirdest experiences doing an Uber Eats run at this Wingstop location. Look, I’m all about hustle and helping out, but when I come to pick up an order, I expect the food and drinks to be ready to go. Instead, the staff actually told me to go behind the counter and make the drink myself. Pretty sure that’s not how this is supposed to work. Managers, you might want to train your team that delivery drivers are here to pick up completed orders, not to play DIY soda fountain. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s definitely not professional. I hope you can tighten up the process because I’m here to deliver good food fast, not to do the kitchen’s job

has a serious food-safety issue that needs to be addressed. This location requires Uber Eats and other delivery drivers to fill customers’ drink orders themselves. This means people who are not employees, not trained, and not certified with a Texas food-handler card are touching drink machines, ice dispensers, cups, and lids. Many of them just came from multiple deliveries and have not washed their hands. Not only is this unsanitary, but it also violates basic Texas food-handling standards, which require anyone handling drinks or food-contact surfaces in a food establishment to be food-handler certified. No other Wingstop location I’ve been to operates like this — employees always handle the drinks, not outside drivers. I understand this location is near a college and employs mostly students, but that is not a reason to ignore health regulations or risk the cleanliness of customers’ orders. I hope management and Wingstop corporate take this seriously and correct this unsafe practice.

If I order two 15-pc boneless wings, PUT THE WINGS IN THE BOX I ORDERED THEM IN? My friend and I had to swap our sauced and dry rub wings, because they put my sauce wings and his sauced wings together, and my dry rub wings and his dry rub wings together instead of putting them together as they were ordered. Is that so hard?

It’s crazy how this is the only wing stop in DentonTx that does not except cash and the crazy thing is I spoke with a manger before going out there and NO WHERE IN OUR CONVERSATION SHE said we currently not excepting cash but no she didn’t it never fells she this wing stop has the worst management ever no matter if you give time between your visits it is still the same your order gets messed up or they forget to put something in the bag and now they don’t accept cash this is insane the GM to this one wing stop needs to pay attention to these reviews and make changes

So after getting our latest order from here, I found a fried roach body in my Cajun fries…. I love wingstop but I’m so very disappointed with what happened. To run so many deals, you have to be keeping things clean. I had already eaten out of the fries, but had to obviously throw the rest away.

This place is USUALLY good but once is all it takes. Feathers still on every single piece of chicken (not just the one pictured) and hair in my fries. 🤮🤮

Came in last week to order some wings. They made them pretty fast. The only reason I rate them such a low rating is because there was hair in my food. I’m pretty sure the owner of this place won’t reply like the other wingstops. Don’t get me wrong Wingstop is good but just order from a different location.

I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got absolutely seasoning on them. Lemon pepper also had almost 0 seasoning.
