Sandwiches are freshly made here and there is no waiting here. Your Sub Sandwich is made just the way you want it. Service is quick, speedy and expense is a deal. Staff courteous, professional and friendly.... I have eaten here many times in Desert Hot Springs CA..... Love their Subs

The food and workers are just as good as any other Subway, my main issue is with the opening times. The opening time everywhere for this location is listed as 9 pm, however most times I try to go there they’re almost always late to opening by 30 or more minutes. But my recent experience is the only reason I ended up making this review; I tried to go in at 9:50 but they somehow were still setting up inside. My issue is not with the workers, all of them are very nice and friendly. But if it’s going to take that long to set up every time, then please change the opening time to 9:30 or 10:00. There is no reason it should be shown as 9:00 if it almost never actually opens on time, it’s completely misleading. Thank you

This place is usually out of the bread u want. Always homeless sitting outside. They got rid if their mozzarella cheese which was great. Their lettuce looks questionable. And the toster oven either burns your your bread or leaves it chewy. . This store needs to be revamped. Plus sandwiches are.over priced unless your using a coupon.. anything with rotisserie chicken is very nasty in terms of flavor and texture. I think they should go back to 5$ footlongs because that is all they are worth

I came here and was at the end of the worst customer service. A worker named Katrina was very rude to me. She made stark remarks about my order and myself. I felt very disrespected. I also noticed she was very disrespectful to the other workers as well berating them. All this for a simple sandwich order. I asked her for information to speak with a manager and received none. Will not be returning if disrespect continues.

I travel around and this is by far the worst subway i've been to. This Subway is responsible for me never wanting to eat subway again. Yeah , I stop going to subway because you guys kept cancelling my order without telling me. So I would show up at subway and they would look at me like i'm stupid. And when I show them the receipt they say sorry we got nothing for you. So I said this is the right location. May I please just get the food I paid for. They said no. They said this always happens with mobile orders and online orders. So I just give up. Haven't eaten a Subway in 5 years. Despite my warning, my neighbor decided to make an online order. And the same thing happened to him. It's crazy to me that in 5 years. They still haven't been able to figure out how to do mobile/ online orders. The manager said they don't have any procedures and This happens all the time.

$1.50 for a water cup with ice. That is ridiculous but thats bad management or he just wants the homeless out because that would make anyone run the other way.

I called in to ask the price and number of full subs for the sandwich platter and the girl I spoke with said they “don’t really do that. They only make individual subs and bowls.” So I asked when the sandwich platters were discontinued. She then asked someone else if they knew anything about platters and I was told I would have to come in the morning if I wanted to order one. I asked again how many full subs are included on each platter and how they cut the sandwiches. Her answer was, “there’s probably 6 or 7 full subs and I’m not really sure how they cut them.” I then asked her what time they opened in the morning and she said, “8 or 9, one or the other.” So then I told her, “you all work there and have no idea what time you open and you can’t answer any of my questions?” Her response was, “I just told you what I knew ma’am.” I have a pretty bad customer service at 2 other Subway locations before so this was definitely another horrible customer service experience. Everyone there has a very nonchalant attitude, like they could care less if they provide decent service.

I placed an order for 3 footlong sandwiches to be delivered and 2 of them ended up being only 6 inch. It says it right on the receipt. I have these delivered because I'm sick and can't make the drive. This is the second time they have done this to us, and to make matters worse, when we went down there to talk to them about it the black guy that made it was rude and disrespectful. REALLY! THAT'S HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU SCREWED UP THE ORDER! So I'm done, we won't be ordering there anymore.

By the time I was closest to the register the line was growing and the same girl who was making my sandwiches was visibly annoyed by The Rush of customers that had just entered. I recently had a bad experience with an online order at this location but decided I would give them a second chance because we all have bad days... but today made me realize that this employee just did not care their proportions were way off the sandwiches were sloppy. And after paying over $40 for a terrible experience and poorly made sandwiches I will probably never return to this location even though it is conveniently located for me.

Worst management ever purposely puts that the footlongs are sold out online so no one in the city could get any of the deals online. I used to work in the food industry you have to manually input that those items are sold out that day so no one can order them.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and 6 cookies through the Subway website from this store to be delivered. When they brought the order it was missing all 3 drinks and 2 of the 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. I tried calling and it ran busy... then stopped ringing all together. I went onto subway contact us and messaged them about the error. The owner Ramanjit Brar emailed back a canned response about the quality of the food and addressing the issue but that is it. He didn't offer any refund for the 3 drinks that were missing or even for me to come in and get the drinks later on. I emailed back to try to get an answer about a refund for at least the drinks and after 2 days I still haven't heard back (the first email came within hours of the initial contact). The delivery driver was through grubhub but I didn't order through grubhub I ordered through the subway website. I would not recommend this Subway, they can't even double check a ticket to make sandwiches right or send drinks along. (there is a big difference between rotisserie chicken and a subway cold cut combo)

Got a flat bread with Buffalo chicken, asked for extra chicken and she even gave me the water at the bottom of the container…. The paper they wrap subs in, literally was stuck to my bread. On top of, the second sandwich we got was drowned with oil and vinegar… nice way to ruin your food
