This was my first time at this establishment. Even though it was very busy all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stopped by for a little afternoon pick me up on the way home from Tahoe and I'm so glad I did! Their coffee is very good and they have a great selection of tasty treats. Clean and cozy atmosphere.. Definitely will be coming back next time I pass through.

My sister took me there for lunch while I was visiting the area. Such a great little place for any time of day. Excellent coffee, food and bakery treats at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and everything is so clean. Love the beautiful tables inside, and the outside seating was perfect for a nice day. I wish I had a place like this near my home!

10’s across the board. Ken created a lasting first impression that guarantees you skip Starbucks and shop local. The coffee, teas and lattes are crafted perfect and made with care. The food menu is pretty large considering it’s a cafe. In a time where capitalism and lack of humanity is skyrocketing, Little shops like these give hope, motivation and inspiration. If you’re looking for a perfect local cafe to super…this is definitely one to make yourself a regular at.

Great place. Yummy food. Rude employees Edit: I had a negative experience once with an employee here but all my experiences since then have been wonderful! I have edited my rating to 5 stars because it's been so wonderful. I am disappointed with that one encounter but I do understand that people have rough days and that's likely what that was. ☺️

Best Cafe in California. My wife and I are sitting in here right now visiting from Austin, Tx. We have come in for breakfast bagels everyday since we flew in. The salmon lox bagel on cheddar is the best. The staff is also amazing and always smiling.

Looking for a ‘pit stop’ or ‘sit down and take your time’ place, this is a lovely place. For coffee lovers: they have a great Italian dark roast and a Guatemalan coffee that won’t disappoint! A variety of cold and hot drinks, and ice creams! The food is fresh and delicious. The cookies are baked just right, and every time we get o any other food item, is very well prepared, cooked, and presented. I love the little details that they add to their “to go bags”, and the staff and owner ALWAYS friendly and kind. If you are in town and need to pick a good coffee shop, you will enjoy Caffè Santoro. Don’t forget put your number in when you’re about to pay.

I went through the drive through yesterday. I ordered a latte and smoothie. The latte was hands down the best one I ever had. They made it the perfect temperature so it was drinkable immediately. Coffee once was like this but has since been lost. These folks are doing it right! Also the smoothie was amazing! The workers were so friendly as well!

Love this place! A nice, delicious, bold cup of coffee... Staff is also friendly and amazing. And besides great coffee, their milkshakes are the best in town! However, if you're pressed for time and need to be in and out quickly- this might not be the ideal spot. Sometimes the wait time can be longer than usual! But worth the wait! 😁

Love this place! A nice, delicious, bold cup of coffee... Staff is also friendly and amazing. And besides great coffee, their milkshakes are the best in town! However, if you're pressed for time and need to be in and out quickly- this might not be the ideal spot. Sometimes the wait time can be longer than usual! But worth the wait! 😁

We stopped in for breakfast on our way up to snowboard. My sons and I all loved the BRE breakfast sandwiches and the Americano was perfect. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and definitely coffee with personality!! Thank you Caffè Santoro for a great start to a fun day.

Had the BRE sandwich on gluten free (udi's) bagel and a kids smiley sandwich, not GF. Oat milk flat white and English breakfast tea were good. They roast their own coffee beans weekly. Very friendly service!

Best coffee shop in town!!! They have some unique drinks like The Cure and the Mexican coffee that are amazing! My personal favorite is their spiced Chai! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and even when it’s busy they work quickly. I like ordering online when I’m in a hurry, because I know my order will be waiting for me. The food is also excellent! I love their cheese bagel with cream cheese and pesto! Yes.. pesto! They have garlic or basil pesto. Avoid the coffee chains, and support a great small business that’s involved in the community!

Coffees, teas and servers are good. The pastries were OK. The apple tarts edges were doughy and my friend though that the chocolate croissant was a bit hollow.

Came in for two coffees, like cream and sugar in them.. cream was empty but no biggie. Just waited 10 minutes for them to fill it up. And the stir sticks were nice and short. Coffee was ok

Looking for a new coffee shop after Love Bird's closed down :( Was excited to try this place because it's still close to us and you can order online. Customer service was lacking, very rude when went to pick it up and they didn't give us an item in our order, and didn't tell us it was missing so we had to go back in and they were extra rude and told us they could give us a frozen doughnut...didn't offer a refund so we left with a scone which I do not care for. Coffee was sub-par. Definitely not going to replace Love Bird's so we will continue our search for a new coffee place. Treat your customers better!
