First time eating this. Won't be going back. Had the Texas Tenders and Shrimp combo. The chicken was good but the Shrimp had no Shrimp and were rock hard. My husband got 6 fries and I got 2 dozen. None were cooked through. Dogs enjoyed them. Not worth the time or effort.

Worst location to come get food at . Its either NO chicken and have to wait 20 min wait . OR They never have spicy chicken.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of the food we received. It is really sad that we work so hard for our money just for them to skimp us out on the quantity. The regular MacnCheese was basically a mini, the white gravy was not even half full, and half of the fries were too hard too eat. 0/10

The dining area is full of flies. Some of the employees. Danny, you need to learn how to keep your comments to yourself and work. Not be on your phone in group chatting food is overpriced and dry .. 🤢

I bought chicken strips for my family 18 pieces that come with four gravys. When I open the gravy they were all filled less that 40% not even half full.. why.. gravy is dirt cheap.. stingy, greedy, is church's chicken now. $30 ..no shame

I ordered a fish sandwich. Very disappointed and will never order it again. The picture in the menu is very misleading. The sandwich i received, had one piece of fish, placed in the middle of the bun and it was the size of my middle finger. NOT KIDDING!! I get home and take off 3/4 of the bun, since it was wasted bread. I'm still hungry!!

$9 worth of food. Not even filled or warm. Disappointed bought at 8:15 pm (there was no breast). Would also like to add the cashier was very rude to my hearing impaired mother.

We ordered 3 meals with sides, one meal was missing a chicken piece, and non of the sides were included. They weren't even busy at the time, I can only imagine what kind of service they would've provided if they had had a full house!

When are you going to stop what you’re doing. No matter what I’m craving you don’t have it and lie to me that you don’t have any to make. The manager of this location either does not care or shares these lazy work ethics. It’s the only one, time after time. If you all hate your job so much stop and think what it was like to be unemployed.

Not one single time that i have gone to buy chicken this location doesnt chicken and the wait is 30 min just to get chicken ready dont they know its a restaurant they need to have food ready for people to buy 2nd time i went to that location it was 7pm on a monday manager came out saying he need it to close early cause he had no employees to work ridiculous...

I always get the 10 for 10 deal & it has always been satisfactory. However this past Tuesday I went in & got the same order as always but when I got it home there were all legs & 1 wing. Half of the legs were broken in half. Very disappointing.
