Breadsticks were not good the pizza was hard, most of the other times had been great but not this time. Just check your order I didn't till I got home and just had to throw it away.

I need an area manager to call me asap. The person in this store is really rude and I’ve called in a corporate complaint on this store and she refused to give me her supervisor info. Panda service and the person in charge has mouth in her and she seemed pretty confident telling things over the phone. I bet she does does all the time and gets ways with it.

Terrible service. I've been waiting for an hour, and the woman serving me is incredibly rude. I can't believe it takes so long to make a pizza. I placed my order online and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. The place is filthy, they don't clean, and the employees are grimy and don't even say hello. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Worst little Caesars I’ve been too. Was picking up a DoorDash order and when I got there they had not even started the order yet. I told the customer on my end it was gonna be a wait because they didn’t complete their job. Customer called store and employees told them the order was done when it wasn’t and I was still waiting there for it. Employees were laughing and playing around . Every time the phone rang they would pick it up and hang it up instantly. Bunch of unprofessional kids run this store …

Doing uber order and waited half an hour to still not get a single normal pizza i was picking up. When no more customers were there I was told by the employee that it would be out in less than 5 minutes. 8 minutes later still not out so decided to have better judgment and finally cancel. How does it take more than half a hour for a pizza to come out??? And employees don't lie if you don't know when it's coming out. You made me waste more of my time which is pretty important for food delivery services.

I called twice and rang 29 times each time, no one answered. Went there and ordered three meat hot and ready and they said would be 29 minutes. I told them it's a hot and ready, why do you not have them ready and the female cashier said it will be hot when ready. I told her that's not what hat and ready means. She was rude and very incompetent. Slow service and ask for manager and didn't get the manager for me. I asked for corporate phone number and refused.

I ordered at 8 pm so it could be ready by 9:30. mind you it was only 2 pizzas. I went and they said they never got my order and they told me it would be 20 minutes. I was Patient enough to wait. So when the time was over I went in and they had not even started my Oder and they asked me if I wanted to wait another 20. For just 2 pizzas.…….wow. I will never order from this place till someone gets that place sorted out and running right!!!

I order online well ahead of time. I got really hungry so I came to check if my order was ready as I never got a notification. I come check and they tell me it gonna take more time and to wait. I been waiting for 30 minutes already+ the time I order online. Man I just want my pizza to be ready. I am awake it cheap but come on at least have the pizza ready.

Very bad service I went and the person who was taking orders told me. We are not taking orders anymore we close in 45 minutes and we are just taking online orders. I was like WHAT it's barely 9 pm but I just left to the one in Alamo they do treat us better. I don't know why the employees act like they don't like what they're doing. They should hire more people with manners and with patience. We rather go to Alamo they treat customers better than here in Donna.

Went there to get the order then the girl at the register tells me no one order by phone i showed her I called and she went to ask another employee and my order was there I get home and look at the deep dish was horrible doesn’t even look like a deep dish looks like 2 small pizzas made

Really bad service I ordered an extra most pizza and buffalo wings they gave me my whole ordered wrong my wings with BBQ sauce and half of my pizza without pepperoni and called to the store and the manager super rude
