I ordered a 16 piece of chicken meal and a large fries at the drive thru.They give me my meal okay and the girl took my order told me wait in front for your fries we will bring to your car and we waiting about 45 minutes they never bring my fries my son has to go inside to pick because they forgot my fries order and they do not apologized that why I gave them a 3 starts for the bad service😏😡

I usually don’t post fast food reviews (because why?) but I just HAD to applaud KFC management for crafting such well-mannered workers! Specifically a shout-out to the worker Marcos! My husband and I try to encourage our kids to have confidence and order for themselves, my child (8) was so nervous. We went at a busy time and you could tell the management was stressed. However, Marcos greeted her with a happy energy and enthusiasm that she felt so confident after ordering. He also told her that he liked her pink shoes and that his girlfriend loved pink too! (Which made her feel so cool)! Great Job KFC!

I love KFC so how can I rate low? I've never had any issues at this particular location. The staff is friendly, the deliver orders accurately and fast, plus the restaurant is always clean. I miss their $5 deals (long gone) but it is still a good value for the money. Drive through is easy access from Florence Avenue and quick just like inside.

Great customer service. Didn't get the young mans name, although, kudos to him because it has been a long time since I came across such good customer service from an employee in a restaurant.

Great service at times although they are obsessed with achieving the fastest service. All I need is to just get the order correct 100% of the time at least 8 out of 10 times.

So far so good! I've ordered from this KFC 4 times and every time they've gotten my order correct. Also everything has been packaged neatly and warm. They often have long drive thru lines, but If you walk in and pick up it's pretty quick.

Sister wanted chicken pot pie from KFC She loves them. She also really likes their chicken bowls with extra gravy. I'm just an original chicken gal, but they still have one of the best coleslaw around. Always get a large side.

Really enjoy the original chicken it's the best. Also great coleslaw. The biscuits could be a llittle softer. They are pricey. Maybe as times goes by with this vivid we will get some deals.

The service is hit and miss, same with the quality and tast of the food. The prices are ok, and the portions are small. The dining area is small and looks dirty.

Nothing but grease and fat on my chicken. Personally just disliked and regretted stopping. But that's just my opinion on my meal. Hope someone else has a much more delightful meal...

Not so good. Could not eat the overcooked chicken strips. Will not go there again Rolls, etc were ok.

I bought 3 fillups boxes today, the chicken was soo dry and looked old. The cookie that came with it we had to spit it out and throw it away as tasted horrible like past due, expired. We searched the expiration date but could not find one. I don't think quality control has passed by to check the food served there. Customer service was good thats the 2 stars for.

Instead we got a meal that nobody cared for. The chicken didn't even appear to be fried. It was as if everything had been rushed. Although we moved aside and waited in our car for no less than 30 minutes to get our order. The chicken was atrocious. Absolutely the worst fried chicken i've had anywhere. The coating and grease just fell and dripped off the chicken and everything fell apart as we tried to take a piece out of the bucket and the bottom of the bucket was a cesspool of grease. What a disappointment, especially with having a crowd for dinner and having spent all that money. There is no excuse for bad service and who wants to drive back and forth to exchange when you have 12 hungry guests at home.

Waited 20min and no one took my order worse customer service ever. I decided to leave… manager working drive through and did not once have anyone help us out.

The staff at this location was VERY RUDE and dismissive of customers. The Customer service was HORRIBLE. Was ignored upon arrival and the place was not well kept it looked very unsanitary and they were not wearing mask. Will not be returning. Ended up walking out without ordering anything.

Bought a three piece meal with a drink. Had kids in car didn’t check order… with a huge box but only two thighs… 🙁 didn’t have time to go back… more gas money miss / miss…

This place has the worst service you can find I came here with my friends and we got $5 fill ups that were $6 not only were they speaking Spanish to us they were getting mad because we were speaking English to them when we were done waiting 15 minutes for are food they forgot our cookies and they only gave one butter when I when to get the cookies and more butter the worker blacea rolled her eyes and said something to me in Spanish and about a minute later she tossed the cookies to me and the butter. I went back to my table and when I was done eating I had some food left over so I went to get a bag and the worker looked at me and rolled her eyes and did something else I told her I SAID COULD I HAVE A BAG and she told me in Brocken English WAIT I finally got the bag but I will never come her again this is a bad service place with rude workers I recommend that you should never come here.

May 03,2017 8:45pm i just left this kfc 15 mins. after waiting for a person to get my order at the cashier. i've waited 10minutes and i even ask one of the food server that i need to order they kept walking in front of me and ignores me. the guy get my order after knkowing what my rder is he told me to wait for 25 minutes for the chicken which they didn't know i saw the chicken extra crispy is pretty much available i am not blind i hate to encounter them again they are not the same people running this restaurant. Very lazy and not accomodating and choosing people on the counter. Attitude are not being enforced and to think i just came back this month and seeing this new faces. the food is the best unfortunately they have very bad service tonight. i hope they bring back the old people working in this kfc florence area. Very bad experience and i have bad service.I cancelled my order. Just come to think of it, i serve food to people and accomodate their needs and to meet my customers satisfaction and also the reputation of my restaurant as well. it's my off and this kfc is the only food chain i love but it has bad service...i hate them they pick people. I am a HYATT chef and i don't treat customer what they had treated me tonight.

Went today at 3:50 PM ordered 2 coleslaw 1 large mashed potatoes with gravy And 2 biscuits how can you mess up that simple order but they did no gravy with the mashed potatoes the 2 teenagers did not give us a receipt and made us park in front of the drive-through window because they were behind on orders One of them just verified verbally with us and was confirming we ordered 2 mashed potatoes and coleslaw I said no and repeated my order again.🙄😮‍💨😡

I bought food for 8 people tonight and when I got home most of the sides were less than half full and they completely left out a large side that I ordered. Not impressed.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! They don't know how to take orders in Drive Thru. They need to go back to training or something because this is ridiculous. Very dissatisfied. At least the cooks are doing something right.

It’s saddens me to leave a review at kfc because I love kfc. I’ve come 3 different days here 5pm,6pm and 7pm. All 3 times the claim they did not have original chicken. It’s not productive to have a business where you do not have any product. I would say call before coming but they never answer their phone. Do not recommend, save the trip and time and go elsewhere.

When you order a combo at KFC, they give you chicken, bread, and a drink, but this place is lying and omitting the bread. And there is also the problem that it takes a long time to order.

Rude staff. Forgot half my pickup order and tried to gaslight me they had put everything in one bag when it should have been 2.

Had a terrible experience at this location. Ordered online at 8:45pm, app said food would be ready by 9:05 at the pickup shelf. Checked the time this place opened till and it said 10 pm. Arrived at 9:07 and the doors were locked. Went to pick up through drive thru and was told my order wasn’t ready and was told to pull forward BLOCKING MOST OF THE SIDEWALK. Waited for half an hour while other customers pulled into the drive thru and got their food. Did not get my lukewarm food until 9:36. Will not be back here again

I waited an hour came back to her saying someone picked up the order already, not true because I still have the order on my phone. The manager came over told him the situation he ignored the situation. They told me that’s wrong orders get picked up everyday and the can’t do nothing. Told them it’s not right on their end and that I will report them. I just think it’s wrong that this kind of customer service is existing there. They should be investigated. Wasted my time and customers Time.

Just got back from KFC on Florence Ave in Downey, CA. Went through the drive-through and ordered 4 pieces of crispy chicken, 2 legs and 2 thighs. After I arrived home and opened the box I noticed there was only 3 pieces in there, 2 thighs and 1 leg, even though I paid for 4 pieces. I hate getting shortchanged, and on top of that there was a hair in the box too. No wonder this restaurant only has 2 stars on yelp. This is gonna be my last visit to KFC.
