Yesterday bought a double tostada chicken salad and this is what I received. Nothing doubled. And presentation of food terrible and the little two pieces of avocado was spoiled. I will stick to plain chicken and no salads here. I know places get busy but would "you" like someone to serve this to you. If you are to pay 8.99 to 10.99 for a salad it should be what you ordered.

Good food... Good prices.. I recommend the Chipotle chicken burrito.. it could be a little more cleaner and organized.. staff looks crammed in the kitchen area..😎✌️👍

The food was good, Yareli the person that helped us had good customer service, but I did noticed the other girl had terrible customer service, the place is a bit run down but I would probably come back.

I have to give it a two star! The food was decent & staff was helpful! But the dining room as an awful smell like sewer it smells straight like poop! I can’t believe the owners have their employees working under this conditions! They need to fix it is not sanitary!

By far one of the worst dining experiences in the area. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a disgusting odor that makes you question the restaurant's cleanliness. The cashier, Claudia, was extremely hostile and aggressive when speaking to customers, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The staff at this location clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. They were loud and engaged in their own personal conversations while customers were present, and it was apparent that they spent more time on break in the dining area than actually working. To top it off, they were blasting TikTok videos on their phones, showing complete disregard for the dining experience. The soda machines were also a huge letdown, with a strange aftertaste—almost like soap or expired syrup. This place is in dire need of management intervention. The lack of hygiene, poor customer service, and overall unprofessionalism make me question how they’re even allowed to remain open. Yet, these employees are getting paid $20 an hour? Unbelievable.

Had dinner here with my family and immediately regretted it. The place was filthy! The tables were dirty, floors weren’t clean, and the whole environment felt neglected. While the customer service completely sucked… their dried chicken sucked even more!!

My first time at this particular restaurant in this city. Drive through wait was excessive. Once at windows, cashier had a bad attitude. Another long wait for the food. Get gome to find items missing. Oh, let's not forget an add charge for salad dressing for my salad!!! Called to speak to manager and was directed to return for a refund. Drove all the way back to see their food stations uncovered and employee scooping rice with a container. Seems like it's managed poorly. Will never return!

Decided to give Pollo Loco another try after a couple of years, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Service was slow from the start, employees seemed to ignore that I was waiting to order, and when I finally got to place my order, it took about 15 minutes to receive my food, even though the place wasn’t busy. To make things worse, the order was incorrect, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was not up to standard. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

The original pollo bowls I order did not have much chicken their was more rice and beans as you can see not much chicken I was very disappointed I had order In Pasadena and Glendale location they added more chicken then this

At first the young girl that took my order was nice and efficient. When I noticed that 2 people got there order before me. I asked about my order. They forgot my classic salad!😤 Then they forgot the sour cream? When I finally got my salad. It was sad looking. Looked like it was tossed around 🙄. The chicken tinga burrito was lacking flavor. I tasted mostly salt and pepper. Very disappointing 😞. And the parking was horrendous. The drive through line impeded my getting out for a few minutes more. Sorry, never going back to this location.
