We would have ordered from here easily 15 to 20 times over last few years and always liked the taste. Price is great, we take the Cheesy Jalapeno Dip and get half and half pizza, not been disappointed once. In addition their Mobile App is great, comes with fingerprint log in and quick reorder of favorites. It also let's you know when order is ready for contactless pick up using the QR code. That is great convenience.Also gives rewards now and then including free 2 littler soda. Overall great experience!

I had ordered online for the pineapple Pepsi and pineapple/ham pizza. When I got there no Pepsi. But suki and I’m assuming the manager were very apologetic about the issue. Suki said she would call me when they got more in. They were so very sorry about this problem. They said it was unexpected how popular the pineapple Pepsi would be. Still waiting for the call but I’ll be patient. Maybe I’ll call and bug them😄!

This location is always on top of their game. Every time I come in and/or order online the food is always fresh and hot. I’ve never had an issue at this location. It’s always clean and no loud annoying music like other places. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when ordering. One Employee who always stands out when I’ve been there is Ridhi. She always goes the extra mile such as, checking to see if the is fully completed with the correct items and cooked to perfection, always asking if I need any sauces with the order. So, if you’re looking to grab some pizza at a decent price on a time frame I highly recommend this location!

Arrived there where some teenagers out front being kinda loud. This is why I gave the atmosphere a 3 stars. BUT the food is always good so 5 stars there. The service was amazing for the most part there was only one problem. I ordered a pepperoni hot and ready, and they didn't have any so I had to wait 10 min. So try and order ahead if you can.

The food was quick and tasty. We had to ask for napkins since there was no easy place to grab it. Even though there were no official places to sit and wait, they did put chairs out which was nice.

Nice and clean. However, when we came in, no one at front. We waited 5 to 10 min before anyone help us. And the pizza we order is 10 min wait.

We have had good experiences and not so good experiences here. I enjoy Little Caesars pizza but some stores cook it better than others and even then it depends on who is cooking. We have also had some mixed experiences with customer service. We have had some very nice people and some not as nice. Like any chain though the employees there today may not work there tomorrow. Makes predicting customer service a very fluid thing.

It’s anything but “hot-n-ready”. They will not tell you that there is a wait for the “hot-n-ready” pizza until you pay. I didn’t feel like waiting and was looking for something fast. Seems very dishonest to take someone’s money and then tell them there’s a wait for that item. An item that’s supposed to be ready for immediate pickup. I’ve always been told if there will be a wait. This is the only location that’s tells you that after they get your money. I’ll never come back. It’s dishonest and a poor way to run a business.

This location has always been a bit pricey, but they had another recent price hike, pretty much doubling their stuffed crust price and deep dish price. Order from the one from castro valley instead. it is about 15 minutes away from this location but you can get the same amount of food for half the price (no exaggeration, look at the app)
