Loved it! We tried the mango sago and it was amazing. The boba and mango chunks made it more delicious.. will definitely be back to try other drinks on their menu .. they do sound very interesting

Absolutely amazing!! One of the best bobas I've ever had. I got the mango matcha milk bubble tea with classic tapioca pearls. It was delicious! Would highly highly recommend.

My family loves this place! We come here for the quality of the ingredients. Staff is friendly and happily answers questions. The parking lot can get very busy and the restaurant can get very crowded. It is best to order ahead online and you get a text message when your order is ready! For those with nut and peanut allergies, the only nut is coconut. I will certainly tell my friends and family!

Boba Bliss is our go-to place when we need a boba fix. Their ingredients are spot on and their boba are soft compared to other boba places we’ve tried. Due to COVID-19, they have limited hours but we we were able to order drinks (8 orders at a time) several times during past three weeks through their website bobablisscafe.com. You will receive a text when your order is ready for curbside pick up. They are very efficient and will accommodate your requests when they can. I just wish they are able to credit customer’s loyalty account when you order online.

The drinks here are very good and high quality. They are done well and thoughtfully and the flavors blend well together. If you drink enough boba tea drinks, you can tell when the flavors don’t work well and when the tea to water to cream ratio is off. Yes flavors are subjective and everybody has a different take on different places, but I personally think this is one of the top boba places in the Bay. From the fruit tea (no cream), to the milk tea, to the fresh milk (no caffeine), all of it was very good.

There is a huge variety you can choose from. And finally we went into two popular ones Creme Brulee, Tropical passion Tea. Nice and refreshing! Maybe Boba bliss is the best place to have a Boba tea in entire eastbay!

As soon as I walked in I noticed the cleanliness first. immediately after I was greeted by one of the workers in a very happy and friendly tone. Everybody that helped us was super nice are drinks were ready within about 5 to 7 minutes which wasn't long at all. It was not super busy when I went which was around 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. I highly recommend trying this place I chose to get the matcha latte with cheese foam.

Place is too crowded. Even with chairs to sit down, there is just only place to stand. You are better off ordering ahead and picking it up. The good lady was yelling it is gonna take 40min for any new orders to be ready. Be aware. Boba drinks are good, though not many varieties or the natural kind you usually find. The place is famous for specialty drinks and it really showed up in the final drinks. Great taste and quenches your taste buds for boba tea for sure.

The place was really busy, in a good way! Great tasting drinks. More sustainable packaging as well. Just a heads up the website flavors did not match what is currently in season. So click through to the online order app to find out the actual current flavors offered. And lastly, I suggest ordering online for a pickup to make it quicker.

Boba is always fresh and chewy. The serving size is questionable, as sometimes it seems one scoop less than usual. I was informed by the servers that it is two scoops in a serving. Today I was told it is one scoop with same price. Can the owner clarify how many scoop(s) are there in a servings? Thanks.

This place is loud, almost like going into a shouting match, if you plan to sit and chat at their limited seating area. Drink quality is also inconsistent. 1st visit - Tropical Passion drink, 25% sugar was good. Good amount of passion fruits with enough balance of tartness and sweet. 2nd visit. Tropical Passion drink, 25% sugar was bland and diluted. Barely any passion fruits. I can literally count how many passion seeds in my cup. Think lemonade but without the lemon juice. I walked up to the counter and asked if they give me 1 extra tablespoon of passion fruits. Their replied ‘we don’t do that’. I told them the drink is bland. I am not asking for a refund, I only need 1 tablespoon of passion fruits. Again, same replied. My friend noticed that I haven’t touch my drink after 25 minutes and asked if everything was ok. I told her the drink is tasteless, more like a spa water. She told me her husband and daughter ordered the same drinks in the past and it was bland too. They provided feedback, but nothing happened, they no longer order the passion fruit drinks. She said I got lucky with my 1st visit. My friend then took the drink, walked up to the counter and asked for a replacement. They hesitated but my friend wasn’t backing down. So they made me a new drink, just because it is closing time and they want to go home. They could have just give me 1 extra tablespoon of passion fruit in a little water cup or something.

i like boba here. but the shopping plaza is full of rats.. especially at parking. in front of this boba on walking street. i saw a dead rat …. it can spread severely disease.. since lots of kids are walking by this store… please watch out!!
