First time at any of these establishments and I was very happy with the idea for lunch. I was invited to go and glad I did. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, wife ordered the Sesame Chicken Bowl and my son ordered the Orange Chicken Bowl...all served with vegetables and rice. Very satisfied with the food, the taste and the sevice.

Update: It was nice while it lasted... this is never a good sign! Locks changed, locked out and rent past due message on the door, and no one around. This location has come a long way. The staff is so much better, and they truly try to do the best experience. It is fun to watch other people build their own bowls - there is definitely an art to it! I always think Jenga - if you pull out the wrong ingredient, it all falls. Fresh ingredients, and a great value.

So good we had to stop again. We decided to stop for dinner after having stopped before and it being great and we were NOT disappointed! Great food quick service and AMAZING COOKS. Even got our noodles just the right amount of crunchy 😍😍😍

I just left and the food was awesome. They cook their food as soon as you order it. So you know it's fresh. Plus they make sure to follow the covid 19 rules when it comes to service. It was very clean also. The staff is the sweetest. I highly recommend to eat here.

The food is always great and cooked to perfection, the service is so-so depending on who you get, the place is always empty which is a plus. It's a hidden gem.

Stopped by here for lunch. The place was relatively empty and the service was quick. Tried their “Create Your Own” bowl. The taste was good. However the quantity is a little less for these bowls. Should have gone for a Medium or Large instead of the small one.

This is not the same Genghis that I use to go to. The food was not a dish that I could rate high because all I had was chicken Kimchi bowel. I did wait quite a while for my to go order. There were no eggs, no sesame seeds as per the menu, and they were stingy on the cabbage and meat. I did get a large portion of rice. I paid about $15. If you want something cooked right cook at home, restaurants just want our money but the serving sizes matter also. I will go again but not to this place.

Ordered through door dash a large sweet and sour chicken, I got a bunch of pineapple and rice and 2 egg rolls that took all of 2 bites to consume! I have had my suspicions for awhile that a lot of places jip door dash orders, until now I didn’t want to believe it, but this place removes all doubt.

Food was excellent. BUT - service was terrible. 2 hours to close and they were shutting down half the restaurant. Hostess/server sat us in the empty bar area. That was also the to-go pick up zone. Tossed menus at us, took our drink order then tossed 1 straw at us then ran off to do who knows what. Came back with our drinks and took our order. After a little while the cook brought our plates. The woman that sat us was more concerned with people coming in to pick up or place takeout orders. Finally came back to give us the check. Would have left a small tip if that was an option, which it isn't, 18% or higher were the only tip options. Won't be back.

First time customer and will be my last. I ordered the special with Uber eats buy 1 get 1 free, with the supreme fried rice which included steak. chicken and shrimp. I ordered 4 bowls. When it arrived I notice missing items. 2 bowls were missing. I called and Bianca said there were only two on the receipt. I explained the special and then the manager Gabby asked if I could contact driver to come back. TheI couldn't. I just went up there. Bianca said they remade order and I was given 4 more bowls. Thats fine. When I opened bowls, I notice there was NO STEAK in the bowl like it was advertised. I said no egg and eggs were in the bowls. Also one of the bowls barely had chicken. Looked like it was thrown together. Not happy all the way around and will not ordering again. Also when I went back to check my order, special said sold out and was taken off the app.

Please go here in the evenings. During the day, an older lady cooks the food and she might be the worst cook there I've ever experienced. Food is watery with no flavor and didn't include additional items I paid for. Other than that, lower the prices because a medium bowl ain't worth $23 including a 15% tip.
