Stopped here to eat and staff greeted us with warm smiles and great service. They were ready for all 56 of us. They had a system to get us our drinks and food. They had a lot of work to do and did it very well. The food was excellent and hot. Please give them a try. You won’t regret it.

We came in a with a bus tour of 49. Helen was ready and waiting for us, took our orders quickly and correctly, and the service was outstanding! The food was cooked really well, and I think all were really pleased. Thank you Helen for the great service!

We first came in to wait out a snowstorm, but ended up having a very enjoyable experience. Our waitress, Jamie R, was so kind and lovely, as well as very attentive! She noticed when we finished our meal and served us dessert right away, just as we were about to ask! The food was also really good, especially the grilled chicken and chocolate lava cake. Very grateful to have had a great time here! Thank you, Jamie!

Oh my Goodness!!!❤️ Everyone and Everything was excellent. We got seated ASAP. We had our order for a beverage rite then as we sat. The not even 5 minutes we put our food order in. About 20 minutes for our food order to come to our table. Amazing food. Had Fish and fries, my son had shrimp and Mac and cheese, that had bacon on it. He loved that. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍

Order came out w cheese on it, which I was not a huge fan of however it didn't ruin it. Steak was good not great but butter sauce was fantastic and the potatoes were melting in your mouth. The server was amazing. Super great at her job. She made she we were well take care of and had the things we needed, checked on us multiple times and was always friendly. The tables were not sticky but the booths were extremely cold. Bathrooms were very clean as well, mixed drinks were delicious and made w the right ingredients. Wonderful experience.

It’s a pretty standard atmosphere for an Applebee’s anywhere you go the food was decent pretty standard Applebee’s food. We did get the appetizer, classic sampler, and the boneless chicken wings were cold and tasted old. They did bring us replacements. The service was a little bit slow, but otherwise we enjoyed our meal there. also, they were out of a lot of things they did not have the side of broccoli and they were out of the French onion soup. I got the chicken tortilla soup instead it was a small cup of soup. It tasted good but it was almost 8 dollars for that soup.

Applebees in Dunkirk swings from being a 4 star experience to a 2 star one depending on how the stars align. Sometimes you get a cook that really delivers on something tasty, other times you get served cold food (or sometimes just not properly prepared food). Other times, the acoustics of the building mixed with how open the floor is amplifies baby screaming and just completely ruins whatever mood I have with whoever I brought. You can hear kids on the opposite side of the building as if you were standing next to them. I don't recommend ordering to go. Generally great service, though. Just don't go during prime hours.

Honestly the food and service were fine. The health code violations were not. Two managers were present and this was everything I had witnessed . The servers and bartenders (Everyone pretty much) Drinks their drinks at the bar. The bar that’s supposed to be sanitized and clean for customers. The bar that’s I watched them put product and pour it into a container on. No they don’t wash their hands after drinking. Yes they do scratch their head and chew on their fingers. I wish I was joking. The bartender put half her hand in every single glass. No she didn’t wash them in between drinking her drink and making yours. I can’t even give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they used hand sanitizer. The lady the chewed her fingers was delivering drinks. Hopefully it was a good snack. She also was touching the registers. So everyone had the fair share of her saliva. When you are serving to the public it is important to follow standards. There are people in risks groups going to eat there. (Majority being the older folks) They don’t deserve to get sick because you can’t follow standards. Trust the health code violations cite. We should have looked before we went—not after. No the managers did not give any care to anything happening. Nor did they care about customer experience.

This location has really gone down hill, from the food to the service. It's shabby. Badly in need of updating. It's dim and lifeless. The Bourbon St. Chicken & Shrimp dinners that we used to get as 2 for $25 went to 2 for $30. Now, they're $19.99 each, with way less shrimp! Most disgusting dishes ever are their new. O-M Cheese Burgers served in a puddle of fake cheese and the god awful Chicken Parmesan Fettuccini. After our last visit, we're done! Support your local, non chain restaurants.

I made an online order tonight and I was there maybe 2 minutes after it showed my order was completed and ready for pickup. I pulled into the curbside area and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go inside for an online pickup but I asked the worker and she told me I could do both it didn't matter because I would be talking to her anyways. She came back within a few minutes and got my name to get my order and next thing I know like 20-25 mins go bye. I go inside and my food has been sitting there this entire time as the online order update showed it was there yet she then still had to go get my drinks. I assumed a couple of minutes but another 10 minutes went by before I got my drinks. I got home and my food was so wet and soggy from the steam and sitting there, I ended up throwing most of it out. The only thing that was good was the desert but even that most of the ice cream was already melted and you expect some to be but not most of it and the tiniest scoop ever. You guys really need to try and do better

Very slow service. Mixed up drinks. Waited forever. Finally got the appetizers. They were good. Waited forever for our entrees. Finally waitress asked if we wanted dessert, 2 hours later. We were never served our entrees. They poorly boxed them up for us with brief apologie.

Had to get the food to go it took so long to get. Several tables in after us got their food first. Terrible smell of feces, I do think they cleaned it up as after about 20 minutes the odor went away. Ribs were very dry. Onion rings were good. My husband's steak was good.

I was sexually harassed at Applebee. I try to go to the menagers he told me it’s nothing he can do about it Bobby said then told me I can’t come on the property. They trying to cover up sexually harassed case.the same work touch my girl and her dress. But now we spoke up they trying to make seem like we wrong for speaking up they trying to protect and hide the fact they got a worker sexually harassing people.im getting me a lawyer and every menagers there is responsible when it comes to sexual harassment in New York. The fact I came in there and handle it like grown people, they some how make it about me and my girl like we wrong for complaining about her dress being touch buy Applebees worker. They even went as fast calling the police on us so we couldn’t go on the proterty. If anybody know a lawyer I came reach please reasond to this message. Let’s not talk about Kristie the higher up who think fireing everybody is gonna fix the problem. So she don’t have to deal with it. We were really disappointed with our recent visit to Applebee’s. We were seated at a table that hadn’t been properly cleaned—there were fries and applesauce pouches left under the table, which was really unappetizing and made the whole dining experience feel careless. It’s frustrating to feel like cleanliness and basic attention to detail aren’t being prioritized, especially in a family-friendly restaurant. Hoping this location takes more care in the future—first impressions matter.
