Went there today and it was a disaster from start to finish. We were a group of ten who were seated eighteen inches from the band which included drums, keyboard, etc. There was a limited menu for Mother’s Day and all prices were for a salad, appetizer and entree. No dessert or coffee. Price was $49.95. Small portions, cold bread, inexperienced waiter. Price for a small plate of pasta for a year old child $25.00. Another child had to choose from special at 49.95 for a plate of spaghetti with marinara sauce. No kids menu or deviation from special permitted. One person ordered calamari and when it was being delivered to them, the manager took the calamari out of the waiter’s hand and handed it to the band that was setting up. When my party went to tell the manager that he in fact ordered it, he cut him off and said he knew. My party had to wait additional time for the new order. Unbelievable! Food was mediocre and bland. I got food poisoning when I came home. Prices were tripled. Bottle of wine that costs them probably $8.00 cost $50.00. Reservations were for 2 pm. We had no intention of staying for music starting at 4 pm but it is obvious we paid for it. Feel ripped off and sick. Never again. UPDATE: On April 6, 2019, I decided to try this restaurant one more time. Well, I was SO pleasantly surprised. The manager, Ricardo and his staff were lovely, accommodating, friendly, and professional. The food was excellent, service very good and organized. Restaurant atmosphere very comfortable and attractive. Ricardo was hands-on with his staff, helpful and anticipated our needs. I guess the new management made all the difference in the world! Ricardo, thank you so much for helping me enjoy my special day. I will be returning now since I know you will be there. This place very much needed you, your skills and guidance.

I have had around 20-30 cheese pies to date so here’s my review. Antonios pizza is really good and best of all it’s affordable at 12$ for a small cheese pie which is more than enough for 1 person. But make sure to ask for the 10$ special which is sold only on Sundays and Mondays and it’s slightly bigger which is enough to feed 2 persons. Me and my wife always make sure to enjoy this deal on Sundays which makes it perfect for a nice movie night with wine :)

Was working at LGA today and went out for lunch. Once again the lunch menu selections were very good and it was an outstanding meal at a very good value. The waitress was a joy to be around at set a gold standard for service. Highly recommend.

Birthdays, milestones, and everything, it's such a great place to dine. There's great service food and atmosphere. I would recommend anyone from anywhere to definitely come and sit down and try this place. The waitresses and bartenders are the greatest. Francesca and Jeannie were so great with us that we just had to make friends with them. They were so great, and their hospitality was so on point. People have got to try this place out. It will not disappoint.

Revised Dec, 2019 We came here once again and to bad I can't give another star because Antonio's Kitchen deserves it. (5+) They top last years gathering and that's not always easy to do. The food was really good again. The Penne a la Vodka is well done. The Chicken Rice with Chorizo was tasty. Chicken Parmigiana and Eggplant Parmigiana where done just right. Staff is very attentive to assist and serve. I will recommend this business for sure and would look forward to coming back again and again. Original Review Dec, 2018 I read a few reviews before I placed mine and I can only go with my own point of view and my experience. We had our office Christmas celebration/party here. I need to add this was a very fun filled event for the night. Staff was friendly and very attentive to all our needs. They came around often to check on us, they would ask if everything was ok. They took away empty cups and dishes left on the tables. As for the appetizer and food, I can be honest and say. Very tasteful with a good presentation, not to mention a very good selection to choose from as well. I would come back to Antonio's Kitchen again and also recommend them as a business/restaurant to anyone.

Came here for our wedding rehearsal dinner. It was great!! Paul helped us coordinate the evening. We had the private room in the back. It was spacious yet cozy for our Large group. He put our table in a U shape which really made us feel all together. The food was delicious. Everything came out together witch was a lot considering we all ordered off the menu. We just had my sister's baby shower in their private room and it was amazing! Excellent service, Paulie and his staff took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and everyone was telling us how great the food was. We had a pizza appetizer and it was out of this world. This place is a hidden gem for parties and really should be looked at for showers, baptisms, communions, confirmations, the room is really nice, music included and the staff makes it amazing. This is my morning breakfast spot. When you want fresh food made to order you come here. They have breakfast specials and they have hot soup. Yes soup in the morning. I love these guys because I don't drink coffee and I need something hot in the morning to get the old engine going. The lunch menu and specialty sandwiches are the best too.

I like this place. They just renovated and it looks beautiful. We were there for a Dinner with Santa and it was really cute. The only strange thing was that it was family style that included salad, pasta and a main. But all three came out at once. Also one of the people working there was smoking in the vestibule. You could even smell it inside. Quite gross. Otherwise the food is decent and the prices are good and it is beautifully done.

Rarely get our breakfast sandwiches right. One of the only places open at the time of day we go to work, so we continue to give them a chance. Egg sandwiches are sub par.

I am here now. The service was extremely slow. The bartender was also the waitress. We sat at the table for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted. They gave us the menus and returned about 20 minutes later to take our orders. We were not checked on while dining. I had to walk to the bar to ask for more water and also the check. I wouldn’t recommend dining here. It’s better to order take out.

Many of us love this place and as a daily regular I have become truly disappointed with the service, the lack of the disrespect I see by management reprimanding staff embarrassingly in front of customers unacceptable and that’s naming a few. You have lost most of your locals and I am one of those who will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s not about money guys it’s about servicing people. Sometimes you get it right but it’s far and few between. As a regular I am not expecting preferential treatment but I do expect proper service and a properly pored drink and not have prices raised arbitrarily. This evening put me over the edge. Food is great but service is slow. When placing an order from the kitchen make sure you check your food before you leave because they frequently 80% of the time give you the wrong stuff. I stopped going there for breakfast because the prep guy who does breakfast and the cashier are very rude and they make fun of customers about their looks in spanish thinking people dont speak and understand spanish. They are very expensive and they charge you the way they feel sometimes less sometimes more. You will get the same maybe better quality food down the block at roccos for a much cheaper price.

The pizza is good here. Every time I order something else, it's either missing something or isn't cooked well, for example the american panini. I've ordered it 5 times in total, and it wasn't cooked well 3 out of the 5 times. I gave instructions when I ordered online to cook it well done after it happened the second time, but it still came that way. And then there's other little things like the desserts' powders aren't there, or they're skimpily on the side, they didn't give me any forks or napkins, they didn't fully close the delivery box. One time I ordered from there and this older Italian man gave me a little attitude and slammed my door a little, though that might have been by accident. When I ordered from there today, this really disrespectful guy called me and said a jumble of "What are you doing" and "HURRY UP" and "I RANG YOUR DOORBELL THREE TIMES" My doorbell doesn't work, and I assumed they would call upon their arrival since they always did, like literally every other place I order from, whether it's pizza or Chinese. I pay for my food, he grabs my $20 bill and quickly walks away without giving my change, as if he's entitled to the rest of it. That was really disrespectful. Not ordering from here again, I'm tired of putting up with this.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This establishment is astonishing to me, you would think a business would want to make money. Right? Well, not this one! I had been calling the restaurant for three days trying to get information on their private room for a dinner. I was told a few times Pauly would call me, that he was the only person who knew about the private rooms and could give me information. Let's get to the gist here, Pauly, never called. I show up at the restaurant, and surprise, he is not there. The cashier showed me the space, which I have to be honest, looks good. She took down my information and said Pauly would call me. Guess what? He didn't, again! I called one last time and ask for the manager, she tells me Pauly will call you today, I promise. He didn't. This is a sad display of absolute carelessness and negligent behavior, the manager, if the 16 year old sounding girl truly is the manager, should've asked me to come in and speak with her, in addition to getting rid of Pauly, of course. Needless to say, we did not book them, and thankfully found a wonderful Argentinian steakhouse with a private room and delicious food that wanted to make money. $2,500 dollars to be exact. Save yourself the aggravation and pass. If this is any indication of what their service would've been like if we had booked them, I am glad they never called me back. There are PLENTY of great restaurants in the area to choose from. Skip this one!

We paid 65.00 for cold food, the phone service when ordering is horrible and they're food was disgusting. We didn't even finish it all, in the trash it went.

Very unhelpful staff. Was turned away from making a purchase with the excuse that they were not able to ring me up on the computer for a non-traditional item, even though they could have selected another product worth the same amount of money and charged me for that instead. Will not be back.

Zero stars if I could. Ordered & paid for a chicken parm hero to go at the deli counter. Sit down for lunch, open the bag, a chicken roll! A single item! Not complicated!!!! Wrong item & overcharged by more than $2.00. Been a year since I’ve been there. It had getting worse in quality, service, & inconsistent pricing then. I can’t believe how much further it’s slid since. Declining since the expansion! Great spot 3 years ago. Days long gone.

I was here for a dinner event. The appetizers: The fried calamari was very greasy, the mozzarella tasteless & the worst white wine spritzer ever! I ordered the chicken bruschetta which was not even lukewarm. I didn't even send it back because was sitting at the table w/ relatives & didn't want to appear as a nuisance. I didn't even eat half of the dish as the grilled chicken was dry & had an awful vinegary sauce. I started to experience stomach cramps & ran to the restroom 3 times w/ diarrhea. Left event early and fortunately I live close to the restaurant as during the drive I was going to be ill. Suffered food poisoning all night. Will never step foot in this place again!

My husband and I gave the pizza a solid two chances and both times - it gave us food poisoning. Highly advise against eating the pizza from here. I haven’t tried their new Latin cuisine and probably won’t. Also, pizza is mad overpriced.

If you asked me a few months ago this place would have 5 raving stars but they have severely declined. The pizza went from delicious thick square slices to terrible thin triangle slices. The flavor is horrible and the prices were increased. Furthermore, on more than one occasion I was overcharged for what I ordered. Example: I ordered a plain place and was charge for specialty slice, and there was no refund or difference given. And the deli closes at the most random hours, don’t go at 2:30pm on a Sunday for a salad, because the deli will be closed and the teenage boys working will have no clue when an ice coffee is or the sizes. I ordered a large and a small iced coffee and was told “well they are the same price so just get the same” and he gave me 2 small iced coffees, not what I ordered and I had to remind him 3 tines that black meant no sugar, milk or creamer. There used to be a great girls that worked here that were friendly but the new workers are just that workers, they don’t have the same friendly environment and charm that Antonio’s once had. In my opinion do yourself a favor and walk down two more blocks to the other pizzeria because it’s the same every time. And not a gamble with what cashier or which pizza guy you get. Antonios is also always changing the way in which are supposed to go order. Update 9/30/2018: Lowered from 2 stars to 1, which is still too high for this terrible and extremely rude establishment.

I ordered a whole wheat gluten free pizza and I asked them if they have it and they said yes. They had me waiting ten minutes for nothing just to tell me they don't have it then why the hell would you advertise and have it on your menu. This is the second time this had happened. This restaurant needs to pay attention what their doing before someone files a complaint for their false advertisement.

I had a terrible experience here. The cashier was outright rude and ignored me multiple times when I asked for my change. When she finally acknowledged me, she rolled her eyes and slid the change across the counter in a completely disrespectful way. The employees here are slow, unorganized, and seem lazy—it’s a total mess. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous—$9 for a small tub of soup! Unfortunately, this is the only place in the area, but their lack of professionalism and poor customer service make it not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE! I had a bad experience here before and gave them another chance (live and learn). First, they are rude there and don't answer the phone, second, the pizza comes to me with the cheese slided over on one side and the rest just coming right off the crust. If you’re planning to host a larger event or party DO NOT do it here. I hosted my son’s Baptism here and the service I received was terrible. Their portions were tiny and there was barely enough food to feed everyone -- even after adding on additional appetizer platters, and being assured time and again that there would be more than enough food. I was also missing an appetizer that I was promised. When I told the chefs about the small amount of appetizers, he told me he was told to serve one platter per table. When I later spoke with the woman that organized the party for us, she told me the chefs make the executive decision on what to serve. The salad, pasta, and entrees were also tiny portions. No one was available to take drink orders until an hour after the party started and there was not enough staff for the number of people I had. I was told guests would be able to order drinks with the servers, then told during the party that they need to go to the bar outside of the room (where another party was being held). I had 65 adult guests so I thought this was ridiculous. Cake, pastries, and coffee were served after the time the party was supposed to end and coffee was cold and served after dessert. Not only was the room not ready until after the party’s start time, but tables were disorganized and not the way we’d discussed. Extremely disappointed and will never be coming back. I came here before for parties (before the Table 21 merger) and service was much better. Instead of enjoying my time, my wife and I had to chase down staff.
