This Jack in the Box is very good. Customer service is always great, food is made quickly and orders are rarely messed up. This is my go to for late night snacks and I never regret my decision

One of the better Jack in the Box's I've been to. The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly and the food was great. It's hard to get all of those in one place at one time. I would recommend it to others for sure !!

This Jack in the Box was clean and has good service and food, I recommend it. On 7/26/17 I had the BBC Bacon Burger comb the burger was good, but they shorted me on the frys and they were cold...what a disappointment. Because Jack usually has the best frys😔

Been coming here since 2019. Friendly staff, timely orders and most importantly correct orders. In occasion we will get a few over done hash browns, but that’s typical for any fast food. Food quality comparable to any other Jack-in-the-Box.

It is all I eat, I will go to this specific location too!. I turned lactose intolerant after I had my baby and meat is a noooo too. Jack in box saved me during covid too when my taste was gone it was healthy enough to kick covid in the butt. Yeah!

My food was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I wanted. She also made sure to ask if I needed any sauces, which I really appreciated because not everyone remembers to do that. Customer service like hers really stands out. I felt welcomed, respected, and treated very well the entire time. Stephanie truly deserves recognition for her great service!

For a fast food restaurant they by far have the BEST customer service. They didn't didn't rush you at the drive-thru. They got the order correct on the first time. They made sure everything was there in the order when handing it to you through the window. They were awesome!!!!

Stopped here, real quick to get a milkshake. They were out of the "witch please" flavor, but I was able to get the oreo- came with whipped cream and a cherry on top ... definitely hit the spot. Clean quick and comfy spot !

This has been my go-to Jack in the Box location for years, especially working night shifts for so long it's been a great option being that it's open 24 hours. Food has been very consistent here, I can't say I've personally had a negative experience with it. Service is generally good, sometimes they appear to be a bit understaffed and the wait can be a bit long, but it hasn't been a common occurrence when I've gone. Overall a good location especially if you're looking for a late-night meal.

Compared to other JITB, this one is always clean, food is always fresh and made to order. The employees are helpful and have not had an issue when someone is having a bad day. It's a little thing but it just shows that the employees are trained well.

Decent service, good food, polite staff, packaging is done neatly. Staff does gets overwhelmed when catering to larger crowds of people during peak hours. Usually they call out if ingredients are missing while you order itself so you don’t get inconvenienced by the food you get. Their iced coffee and many of their specials are very well priced for the quality and quantity of food.

Slow and always have an excuse for the milk shake machine. Went thru drive thru today 11/08/23 wanted to try new smash burger out of it, my second choice was the angry monster tacos out of them to, was told the truck just made a delivery if I wanted to come back later, what a joke.

Grill chicken Sandwiches was OK (Chick-Fil-A better). Chicken Fajita Pita was good. Soda needs more attention as it tastes bad, not in its original taste = maybe need replacement...Meal value is OK, not expensive.

Went for breakfast and the food came out hot and fresh. Typically when you order something chicken, it can be stale but because we went in the morning, it was freshly cooked.

All was good. Only setback was, I ordered a sprite with cherry. My son ordered a coke with cherry. He got what he ordered I got sprite! I just let it go at that.

I used to like this location, not their fault but ever since the pandemic they've been short staffed and as of June 6 2022 this is still the case. Drive through only 90% of the time

If I was going to eat fast food it was always Jack in the box, but you didn’t even bother to toast my sad, sourdough jack bun. There was no love, man. You used to be a girls go to Jack in the Box, what happened to us? 100% didn’t mind the extra curly fries though.

I like Jack in the box but this particular restaurant is in bad need of real customer service n training on how to make a hamburger. I order the sirloin burger n it had a piece of chicken in it! ! I brought back n the manager asked me if I wanted a new sandwich! ! !

Food was good. Unfortunately my mobile order I placed at 4:40am was not available when I arrived at the drive-thru as they were closed. Jack in the box should take more measures (on their app) as to see which restaurants are available and which are not. I had to come back later after work to explain what happened. The manager seemed hesitant at first as I could hear her talk to the young man who was helping me (BTW he was very courteous). In the end I was offered to choose a refund or the meal. The food was hot and good. BUT. The workers were cold and mean. Don't get me started on the disgusting bathroom... Ive been to 99cent stores with cleaner bathrooms. With all the workers that were sitting around. One should of cleaned up that bathroom rather than played on their phones

Sandwich bun was hard and dry. Sandwich itself was lukewarm. Curly fries were the same. The only thing that was good was the root beer because I was thirsty.

Wouldnt accept my debt card in the drive thru had to come inside wait for the next 3 people in the drive thru to go then they tried to run my card. Payed then finally left. Won tv be coming back to this jack in the crack

Drive thru is always long and if you get down to order food good luck because they take longer than the drive thru. Seems like a bunch of kids working here but are hardly being supervised.

Not the best place around. Often the food is cold, wrong, or just of poor quality. But when your drunk nothing beats like 15 of those little tacos.

Hit 2 separate ones because first place got my order wrong in the drive thru. Went to second one messed up order again. Employees were consistently rude and lacked communication and listening ability. Check your order if u do drive thru these clowns forget items.

Other than the tacos, breakfast Jack and freestyle Coke machine, I see no reason to eat here. They did have an amazing sandwich run for awhile that had three varieties on a long baguette. Stunningly awesome. It beats subway or Lee's any day. The first outlaw burger release was delicious. They tried to release the outlaw burger again, but it wasn't the same.

I received no sauces on my delivery order. No sweet and sour for my egg roll and teriyaki sauce for my chicken bowl. After calling i received no satisfactory resolution. The cook said it was there. I said it was not there. I guess customer satisfaction doesn’t count for much.

We typically don't get a lot of fast food. We come here every once in a while, as my son loves to get the oreo shake. They are always out of either cherries or whip cream, which for some reason is his favorite part of the shake

Food was good. The reason you get two stars is because you forgot my Jalapeño Poppers. When I got home my pregnant wife was not very happy about that. Better luck next time.

Okay. I ordered 6 tacos and 3 of them came with only meat. No lettuce, no cheese and just 6 taco sauces as well. My sourdough jack was just sloppily made with the toppings all on one side. The food was cold and I can say that my experience at this location has usually been poor.

The service was horrible huge delay waited for 20 mins manager was yelling and rude to the team members then the team members were in a mood and you could see and hear why. And with all that..my order was wrong..

If you go at night. The food is always cold and you’re waiting 15 plus minutes in the drive thru. Half of the time they get your order wrong. Sometimes the person taking the order is high, you can smell it. Dissatisfied with the night crew. Tired of paying a lot of money for cold food

Food was not too bad for late night. But fast food restaurants should not lie about there prices compared to what it shows online. I saw 8-9 dollars for the munchie meal special, but find out it was 12 dollars at this location. Nothing special about this prices. A lot of other prices were hiked up from what Jack in the box online was showing. Last time I go there. Seems like Its cheaper going to a sit down restaurant

They took more than 20 minutes to give me my order, one combo, there were only two orders before me! No good!!

Tables were dirty and trash on the floor, employees need to learn to say hello when customers walk in. Manager onsite, seemed to careless about having great customer service or a clean restuarant. Employees and managers were not busy, just busy on their cellphones.

Check cameras to see it I'm lieing between 1030am and 1050am 2/21/2019. If I was The Secret is shopper this Jack in the Box would have got a 0. When I walk in I see the manager and an employee with employees husband carrying a good conversation off to the right as you walk in sitting down at 1 of the tables and then I see about 4 crew members in the kitchen one of which was mopping another was making food and another 1 was doing drive-through not once did any of the employees have a sense of urgency to greet me or take my order I stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes and then I went to the restroom. If you have somewhere to be this is not the place to go. Very unprofessional especially seeing a supervisor not greeting or telling another employee so greet me and take my order. I hope all employees get reprimanded.

Not the nicest service, was given my food in the drive through and not told if order was complete or not, then given a second bag and still had to check myself because the young woman never said a word after. The chicken pita was full of bread pueces and hardly any chicken. The burger was also very dry. Went back and was advised that's how it is. This Jack in the Box cannot get anything right. Especially the workers working late at night. Horrible customer service. one of the workers asked me if I wanted some chicken nuggets that had been sitting for a while or if I wanted new ones...? Hmmmm I think I'll take new ones. Genius.

What an inconvenience to eat here. When the employees look at you without acknowledgment. Self serve fountain only had water available, so there's a 2nd line to get your drink. Every table was dirty so we had to get our meal to go. Where is the manager? This is embarrassing

I asked for no cheese and they ended up putting two slices of it. They didnt bother giving napkins or asking if I wanted ketchup. I was literally handed over my food in a rush, there wasnt only one other person in there and another car in the drive-thru.

Walked in to hear an employee yelling at another one, went to the bathroom and by the time I came out they were still going at it. Never going back to that establishment again!

Always terrible food and most of the time terrible customer service. I've even complained to the morning manager about the crappy food and service that takes place late at night only for her to defend her staff and the cold food they gave us twice in the same dining experience. The funny thing is that we ask them every time to please make our food fresh and not give us cold food but instead of listening every time they cut us off and either insist that the food is fresh or ignore us like we said nothing and continue on with our total. Yet instead of listening, every time they give us cold food and we have to go back through the drive-thru because at midnight the dining hall isn't open. We try to avoid this place every chance we get but unfortunately sometimes this is the only place open.

I've experienced workers w bad attitudes on numerous occasions. First time I remember was when they served me dirty French fries. Literally it had crumbs of whatever was cooked in the oil. As if they haven't changed oils in weeks. Another time was today. They gave me frozen nuggets that were stuck together. I told the lady in drive thru she had an attitude when I asked if she can touch the nuggets so she can FEEL for herself that the food was freezing cold and uncooked she said no rolled her eyes and said she'll be back w another order. No apology no remorse no refund just an attitude. Only reason they get away w this is bc there's not many fastfood spots in the area smh

I go to this location exclusively. Food and service are usually excellent. Today, however, going through the drive-thru was a nightmare. Half of the menu was torn off of both signs, showing no combo meals, etc. I attempted to order The double bacon cheeseburger combo, since that's my usual and I have the combo number memorized. Girl on the speaker tells me they don't have that combo. I try the Sowerdough combo. She says they don't have that combo. Oh REALLY? When I ask what combos they DO have, have she says they don't. Ok. So who inside that drive-thru is playing games with me? I asked if they have ANY burgers to which she replies "You mean, like cheeseburgers or plain?". I left and didn't order. Whoever was running the drive-thru and the Manager on duty on 12/07/23 needs to be written up for Service. The menu outside needs to be replaced asap.

Tristen R needs to stop being rude and talking over people in the drive thru. It actually slows things down and makes the whole conversation awkward. It's rude and annoying. Someone train this lady how to speak to customers, or how to speak in general.

This is the second time my husband and I come to this Jack in the Box on Schleisman and Archibald and the restrooms are nasty. It's 9am and it looks like these bathrooms have not been cleaned.

I went to this location around 7:00pm. I asked if my food could please be made fresh. After being asked to wait in the front, the order was still cold when brought to me. I went back and asked again for a fresh hash brown. The cashier grabbed the old one from me and placed it back on the rack to be served again. I requested to speak to the supervisor who was not available. They let me speak to another young lady who was confused and had no problem solving skills. I advised her of the health and safety hazard. Then they proceeded to speak Spanish and laughing. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen and unsanitary. Once I got home my hash brown looked as if they dropped it on the floor or something. It had all type of black spots on it so I was unable to eat. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Bought the Gremlins midnight meal $14.00 as advertised. The picture on the drive thru shows a box in it 2 tacos a few chicken tenders, 3 onion rings and an overflowing curly fries and reg. Fries. What we got was a starved box. Looks like they counted the fries they had put in box. For the price they advertised $14 I think its a rip off. Plus the guy at the window drive thru didnt give our card back we had to ask him twice to give it back to us. It was just weird usually they would give your credit card as soon as it get approved. I dont know. Anyways JUST A REMINDER MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD back before driving off. (This was in midnight shift).

Consistently Inconsistent and Disappointing Experience. Nearly every time we’ve ordered, something has been missing fries, tacos, and burgers, you name it. Today, I was told, “Oh, don’t forget the sweet and sour for the egg rolls,” so I assumed everything was there. Got home, and, of course, the *egg rolls* were the one thing missing. While that might be partially on me for not double checking, it speaks to a bigger issue: this has become a pattern. At this point, customers shouldn’t have to be quality control. The store should be fixing this internally. I've even reached out to their corporate team, and they never responded. Sadly, I may just have to bite the bullet and drive a little further for a different location if I want to enjoy Jack in the Box without the frustration.

Cashier guy wearing glasses on midnight shift FIRE HIM! He is a thieve! We ordered two curly fries and he only gave us one. We had the receipt and he kept on arguing with us that he put them in the bag. We showed him the bag and he kept on insisting that he put them in there and denied giving us what we ordered. We spent nearly $30 dollars!

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and one of the chickens literally was only half a piece of chicken. The fact that you cooked it and saw how small the piece was and still served it to the customer is beyond me. But seems like I always have problems with this location.

I ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the drive-thru. The lady was very rude the whole time. For my spicy chicken sandwich, she made it wrong, so I had to drive back. I told her that she made the spicy chicken sandwich wrong; it was just a normal sandwich. I have ordered the spicy chicken sandwich here for a year, so I know what it should taste like. She kept arguing with me, insisting that she made the order correctly. Why should she argue with a customer who knows what the food should taste like? The server should be trained on how to treat customers. Finally, a guy handed me a new sandwich, but I didn’t even want to try it. Please train your employees how to be polite and respectful. (Ordered on 5/29, around 5:53 am)

They used to have good food, great service. However, it seems management has lowered its standards and quality has dramatically dropped. Orders are occasionally incorrect, the food is prepared poorly, and the kitchen looks like a mess. The food is lukewarm or dry, the service is borderline disrespectful. Look for late night meals elsewhere.
