Fast and good food. Always can go for a Taco
Stephanie was absolutely amazing and so patient while taking my order at Jack in the Box. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience pleasant. My food was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I wanted. She also made sure to ask if I needed any sauces, which I really appreciated because not everyone remembers to do that. Customer service like hers really stands out. I felt welcomed, respected, and treated very well the entire time. Stephanie truly deserves recognition for her great service!
It was really quick and good service and food
I always wait for the night crew because overtime is orfer I swear the food taste better anyway had a issues with drink being warm with no ice called talked to the manager vary nice gentleman he assured me he will refund me apologized great customer service thats why I order here at night almost every night thanks to the manager and to those who prepare my meals you guys do a amazing job
For a fast food restaurant they by far have the BEST customer service. They didn't didn't rush you at the drive-thru. They got the order correct on the first time. They made sure everything was there in the order when handing it to you through the window. They were awesome!!!!
Kayla Avila at Eastvale Jack-in-the-Box on Schleisman was the most positive and helpful associate that I’ve ever met! They were crowded, they stayed open later, it was late. She was very positive and never lost her cool and it was a pleasant experience.
Stopped here, real quick to get a milkshake. They were out of the "witch please" flavor, but I was able to get the oreo- came with whipped cream and a cherry on top ... definitely hit the spot. Clean quick and comfy spot !
This has been my go-to Jack in the Box location for years, especially working night shifts for so long it's been a great option being that it's open 24 hours. Food has been very consistent here, I can't say I've personally had a negative experience with it. Service is generally good, sometimes they appear to be a bit understaffed and the wait can be a bit long, but it hasn't been a common occurrence when I've gone. Overall a good location especially if you're looking for a late-night meal.
The young lady taking my order was beyond phenomenal. Totally respected my dietary choices & made sure it was as ordered. Even added two hot sauce packets in my sandwich box. Who needs fine dining. This is It! Thank you so much for being great, as well as having hot & fresh food items.
Had the chicken sandwich and way way too much salt! Fries were good will not but that again
I had paid extra for onions the server here did not put onions in there and when I complained they said they have put it when I showed it to them they said that they can give the same on side .. well waht does a wrap mean and why did I pay extra
Ordered large combo and got fries like if they were for a small meal. Plus girl didn't give me my change back
Food was not too bad for late night. But fast food restaurants should not lie about there prices compared to what it shows online. I saw 8-9 dollars for the munchie meal special, but find out it was 12 dollars at this location. Nothing special about this prices. A lot of other prices were hiked up from what Jack in the box online was showing. Last time I go there. Seems like Its cheaper going to a sit down restaurant
This is the second time my husband and I come to this Jack in the Box on Schleisman and Archibald and the restrooms are nasty. It's 9am and it looks like these bathrooms have not been cleaned.
I went to this location around 7:00pm. I asked if my food could please be made fresh. After being asked to wait in the front, the order was still cold when brought to me. I went back and asked again for a fresh hash brown. The cashier grabbed the old one from me and placed it back on the rack to be served again. I requested to speak to the supervisor who was not available. They let me speak to another young lady who was confused and had no problem solving skills. I advised her of the health and safety hazard. Then they proceeded to speak Spanish and laughing. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen and unsanitary. Once I got home my hash brown looked as if they dropped it on the floor or something. It had all type of black spots on it so I was unable to eat. Very disappointed in the customer service here.
Bought the Gremlins midnight meal $14.00 as advertised. The picture on the drive thru shows a box in it 2 tacos a few chicken tenders, 3 onion rings and an overflowing curly fries and reg. Fries. What we got was a starved box. Looks like they counted the fries they had put in box. For the price they advertised $14 I think its a rip off. Plus the guy at the window drive thru didnt give our card back we had to ask him twice to give it back to us. It was just weird usually they would give your credit card as soon as it get approved. I dont know. Anyways JUST A REMINDER MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD back before driving off. (This was in midnight shift).
I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was so old that it even smell super bad. The French fries were cold. They have mess up my order before; but, I decided to give another chance and this time was worst.
Consistently Inconsistent and Disappointing Experience. Nearly every time we’ve ordered, something has been missing fries, tacos, and burgers, you name it. Today, I was told, “Oh, don’t forget the sweet and sour for the egg rolls,” so I assumed everything was there. Got home, and, of course, the *egg rolls* were the one thing missing. While that might be partially on me for not double checking, it speaks to a bigger issue: this has become a pattern. At this point, customers shouldn’t have to be quality control. The store should be fixing this internally. I've even reached out to their corporate team, and they never responded. Sadly, I may just have to bite the bullet and drive a little further for a different location if I want to enjoy Jack in the Box without the frustration.
Cashier guy wearing glasses on midnight shift FIRE HIM! He is a thieve! We ordered two curly fries and he only gave us one. We had the receipt and he kept on arguing with us that he put them in the bag. We showed him the bag and he kept on insisting that he put them in there and denied giving us what we ordered. We spent nearly $30 dollars!
I ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the drive-thru. The lady was very rude the whole time. For my spicy chicken sandwich, she made it wrong, so I had to drive back. I told her that she made the spicy chicken sandwich wrong; it was just a normal sandwich. I have ordered the spicy chicken sandwich here for a year, so I know what it should taste like. She kept arguing with me, insisting that she made the order correctly. Why should she argue with a customer who knows what the food should taste like? The server should be trained on how to treat customers. Finally, a guy handed me a new sandwich, but I didn’t even want to try it. Please train your employees how to be polite and respectful. (Ordered on 5/29, around 5:53 am)
They used to have good food, great service. However, it seems management has lowered its standards and quality has dramatically dropped. Orders are occasionally incorrect, the food is prepared poorly, and the kitchen looks like a mess. The food is lukewarm or dry, the service is borderline disrespectful. Look for late night meals elsewhere.
