This is my first time coming here so i have yet to have a long term experience but as far as first impressions go i love this sugar cane spot. I went during the week of lunar new year celebration so they had lunar new year decorations up. The wall canvases are so beautiful and i was in awe when i walked into the place. I also didnt realize they had more than just sugar cane so im definitely coming back to try everything on the menu. I also love that they use elephant foot stamp for rewards (like stamp cards but digital). Very eco friendly and inspiring. My first order was the og vitacane’s 50/50. It comes with sugar cane and coconut bits which i love. My only recommendation is to either use smaller crushed ice or have bigger chunks of coconut (boba sized since they have those straws). I like to eat the coconut at the end and i would normally open the top, grab the fruit, and eat it. But since these are so small and the ice is so big it makes it kinda hard to eat the leftover coconut.

First time to try Vita Cane in Eastvale location, the place is very clean and spacious, bright and smells nice, the staff are very attentive and welcoming with a smile, the selection of freshly made juice and bowls are fantastic and very tasty, we enjoyed the drinks and the hospitality, will definitely go there again

Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable of food they sell. I got a bowl with half mango and half dragon fruit, with toppings that were fresh fruit: strawberry, blueberry, granola with pecans, coconut, and honey. It was really good. In the last 2 weeks I've gone 3 times. Highly recommend.

I went here looking for an acai bowl, and my experience was kind of awful. The cashier was incredibly rude, impatient and unwelcoming. There was no one else in the store besides my friend and I, and we ordered two acai bowls, my friend was rushed and taken aback by how rude the cashier was. However great acai bowls! I would love to come back with a change of staff…

The bowls are great and always good! I come here a lot of times but everytime I come here, the girl with blonde hair is very rude and short when speaking. If my experience coming here will be like this everytime then I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

I went here looking for an acai bowl, and my experience was kind of awful. The cashier was incredibly rude, impatient and unwelcoming. There was no one else in the store besides my friend and I, and we ordered two acai bowls, my friend was rushed and taken aback by how rude the cashier was. However great acai bowls! I would love to come back with a change of staff…

The bowls are great and always good! I come here a lot of times but everytime I come here, the girl with blonde hair is very rude and short when speaking. If my experience coming here will be like this everytime then I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

Vitacane I had high hopes and expectations for this spot. It's really nice inside super clean and has great vibes. Employees were super friendly and welcoming. It was pretty packed when we came in and they only had two guy's working. It took over 40 minutes to get our two drinks and 1 Acai bowl. That is just way tooooooo long to wait in my opinion. They really need a 3rd or 4th body to help. Now we were already bummed about waiting forever and a day for our stuff but we were still hopeful the drinks and bowl would be their saving grace. Unfortunately their products just didn't match our taste buds. Their Acai bowls are basic I've had better for cheaper. Their drinks just didn't do it for us. They really shouldn't claim to have fruit juice in them. As the really only taste like Sugarcane. Now Don't get me wrong we love us some Sugarcane but their drinks don't taste like any of the fruits that they put in them. This place just wasn't for us. In my opinion they are overpriced and fell way short...Definitely can't recommend this place.

Love this place and the most staff EXCEPT FOR THE SUPER BLONDE GIRL! She always gives attitude, isn’t friendly and the times I’ve bought a drink and got a free bowl or drink in my app she won’t let me use It because it’s “for the next visit” even if my husband is getting something too. She acts like it’s costing her anything letting him use the free item, what are we supposed to do drive home and come back?

It leaked all over the inside of my truck around the cup holders too! Other than the lids, the drinks were great as always and are definitely worth trying. Please fix the lids leaking

Until one of the Rude Racist employees blurted out she doesn’t like us , for no apparent reason when we always was polite and gave them tips …We asked for a refund and she didn’t even apologize I will Never go to Vitacane again!
