Excellent customer service tonight. At times there is, around 3-5pmishy a girl that won't go out of her way to help.. at all, she won't even acknowledge any visitor! Some people go through trials and we never know what a person is feeling. So, if you go there and a pretty young lady has her hat on, pulled down, or she looks down most of the time, maybe we could help her put a smile on her face by giving her kudos or a silly joke!
This was hands down the best Popeyes Chicken sandwich experience. Only a 30min wait because they have the correct ordering rules in order. Only 4 sandwiches per person. Makes the line fly by. If they added no chicken sandwich customization it would be gold. And yes the chicken sandwich is better than Chick-Fila's it's just the truth🤦🏾♂️
Chicken sandwiches are the best but having to pay for dressing is just not right. Asked for barbecue dressing for our three chicken sandwiches and was told that was extra and have to pay for those! C'mon Popeyes your better than that! Don't nickel and dime your customers.
The food was really good, everything was fresh and hot. We weren’t missing any items and the worker was decently friendly. I have to agree with other reviews though, they move very slowly. Whoever took my order doesn’t sound happy to be in the drive thru. I’d recommend going on the website to place your order (not the app it never works) because you can get a lot of freebies and rewards that way. I got one combo meal, plus an extra free chicken sandwich and fries. Fed two for 13$
Food was definitely not worth the price. Chicken was rubbery & dry. Mac n cheese was the best thing out of the family meal but for the amount of food you get, the price was high.
They usually mess up my order every time which is fine as long as they fix it so I never made a review. Today I ordered from the app for pick up and when I came in the girl at the front was extremely rude. Now I did place my order and came right over which only took 9 minutes so I knew it wasn’t ready probably. I still went to the pick up area to see and at least let them know I was here. The lady says in the most rudest tone, “ your order just got in you need to give us 15 minutes go sit down”. Which I felt was not okay. She could have just it’s not ready just yet it’s gonna be another 15 could you please have a seat for now. Since sitting down and watching her interact with other customers she has been nothing but rude to every person. Literally a young lady told her thank you have a good day and she ignored her completely. Not even the decency to say thank you, you as well. She is even talking rude to her coworkers. It’s been over 20 minutes now. This might be the last time I ever come here again.
The workers are trying their best but the process is so slow. 35 minute wait is too long. Definately not worth the wait.
I can not recommend. Sat in the drive thru window (waiting to pay) for 10 minutes. 10. Mind you it’s 4:30 PM. I’m the only car in line and they have the window wide open so I can see them all talking to each other. One of them was serving one single guest in the front so I truly don’t understand why this happened, but I won’t come back. I just bought a house in the communities nearby so this was my first time visiting absolutely will be my last.
Went here to the drive thru no one in drive thru and no customers inside. After ordering I pulled up and paid for my food. Then the lady told me to pull to the front of store and she would bring my food out in 5 minutes cause they were waiting for biscuits to cook. I said there's no one behind me I'll wait here because last time I was told to pull to front you forgot about me. She said no worries! I pulled to the front where a lady was sitting in a blue Mercedes. After 10 mins she went in the store and came back out with a receipt but no food. So I went back in and asked Trevor what's going on? With a nasty tone he said we're still waiting for biscuits. I looked past him and noticed there was no fresh chicken or fries up just old dried out food and it's 10:30am. It looked like the closing crew just left everything where it was locked the doors and left!!! WWOOOWW. I then proceed to ask for my money back. With even more nastiness and attitude Trevor decided he was going to argue with me about the food and how long I had been waiting. Pure trash!! Will never come back and I have been a loyal customer since it opened. Good luck coming to get food here!!!
Extremely slow service and horrible customer service from the employees the manager seems like she is always in a bad mood very rude and unprofessional would not recommend
Waited 20 mins in drive thru. Was told park in the front itll be 5 minutes to get my chicken sandwitches. turned out to be another 20 minutes. Since i knew they would forget my order i parked and walked inside. I saw them give the sandwitches i was waiting for to people that arrived and ordered after i did which is the reason i got down. Lady rudely asks me what did you order! 2 sandwitches?! Yelling at me cant you see were super busy. Super rude service. Worst experience ever.
Customer service is lackluster, food is never ready even if you order online they forget items, there’s always a wait time pretty much nothing is ever ready. Don’t waste your time this location is terrible
If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I walked in, there were only three customers in total (one waiting at the counter, one waiting for takeout, and myself). I even checked the drive-thru before going in — only 1 or 2 cars in line. Despite this, customers stood there for about 10 minutes completely ignored. The three staff inside were loudly joking and chatting with each other while half-heartedly working, without acknowledging any customers. The customer in front of me looked frustrated, kept shaking his head, and had to ask staff directly before being told the chicken tenders weren’t ready. The other customer waiting for takeout had clearly been ignored longer than me, and finally had to ask “Can I get my order?” before staff even bothered to check his name and start bagging. Meanwhile, another employee walked in from outside straight to the back, not even glancing at us. The whole place showed zero respect for customers, poor management, and no organization whatsoever. I decided not to wait any longer and went to Jollibee instead. Avoid this location at all costs.
They will leave you standing for 10 minutes with no line while they take drive thru orders. Got told it would be a 25 minute wait just after drive thru got all the chicken. Left after manager told me "Oh well."
Do NOT ever order ONLINE or MOBILE or IN PERSON. If you do, make sure that you FOLLOW UP with the cashiers after waiting 10-15 minutes on a non-busy day. Your receipt and order will pile up with a bunch of other receipts and they fill the orders in NO specific order (except drive thru). I just had popeyes the other night, I did a mobile small order, I waited 20 minutes before getting there, and I waited another 30 minutes before my order was ready. I only got my order because I went up and asked about my order and the store wasn't even busy. I noticed a few other customers were doing the same thing. Do yourself a favor and get in the drive thru. If you do mobile order, pick it up in the drive thru. It's hella faster. As I was waiting 30 minutes, I saw the cashier put 5+ receipts on the dashboard. 1-2 other workers would casually just pick one receipt and fill that order not caring which one was ordered first. I have no clue why these workers are not doing orders based on timing.
The workers and/or management here can't seem to tell the difference between boneless and bone-in wings. Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt, and every time they have failed. Even someone that doesn't work in food can easily tell the difference, so how does someone who works there seemingly unable to tell? Do they also know that boneless costs extra? Because if their objective is to scam customers on wings, then they've succeeded. Every time I've ordered boneless, they've given me bone-in wings, and I was still charged for the boneless. The order literally puts the word "boneless" in full capital letters, so again I'm not understanding the confusion. There isn't another store for miles from my house, so its disappointing that my favorite chicken spot can't seem to get my order correct. Ever. On top of that, every time I order mac n cheese, they always forget my utensils, which is quite literally right next to the window. It would only make sense that the bone heads that work there keep giving me bone in my wings, so try to avoid this Popeyes as much as possible. :)
The little short Mexican lady in there is the rudest Manager I’ve ever ran into. I come in there for work at least three times a week sometimes four or five. I order the same thing every time and I get extra mayo and pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich All of a sudden, I can’t get extra pickles and if I do, she only gives one extra. Her customer service is terrible. That’s just one thing that irritates me. She’s always rude. She is not accommodating at all whatsoever. I’m gonna get her name so I can post it on here. She’s irritated me today. For a longtime customer who comes in consistently, you think she’d act a little better
Standing at the counter writing this review, three guys working in front of me, did not greet me, no eye contact, not a simple “I’ll be right with you” it’s been roughly 5 mins and counting. It’s if I’m invisible. I understand they are busy but need better training and customer service. At this moment still no one care to acknowledge my existence. I think I’m leaving now.
