Specifically ordered a pollo asado burrito. I asked what was in the burrito. They told me guacamole and pico de gallo. I repeated my order at the drive through window. Got my burrito it was filled with mostly rice. Wth...

Alberto's shredded beef tacos are usually full of flavorful, juicy meat and are so filling I only eat one. This was my first time getting them from this location and I was very disappointed. Not only was there a small amount of meat in the tacos, but the beef was soooo dry. I had to drown my tacos in salsa to make them edible. I'm both happy and disgruntled that I happened to order two this time, initially planning on saving one for later. I'm happy I got two since they were so small that I would have still been hungry after one, but also upset I spent 12 bucks on two tacos I did not enjoy eating.

I repeated my order very clearly and they just couldnt figure it out i guess… i ask for a BRC burrito (bean rice cheese) with carne asada. Tell my why i got a burrito with everything and they charged me 19$ for a burrito…. Yikes never going here again.

I ordered bacon burrito but the bacon was fake, it was a soy or some vegan bacon (zoom in on the bacon photo) Never eating from here

I waited at the speaker for like 20 minutes and he didn’t even greet me or anything , when I got my food and opened it they gave me little bit of beans and rice like I’m already paying $15 for this plate and I can’t get the right amount of beans and rice ? The food was cold didn’t taste good at all !! And had to ask him to put cheese on my beans it should come with it already and he put one pinch of it the guy that did my food was very stingy , I won’t come here again!

I ordered A California burrito and it was terrible. They do not use Carne Asada. Taste like ground beef smothered in grease . The fries were Awful. Just soggy Wet potatoes. It didn’t even have guac or sour cream, like the burrito says it has in the description on their online menu. I’m not a picky eater at all, but I could barely finish this burrito. Horrible quality meat. Gross! $13 wasted. At least the staff was friendly.

I've had very bad experience right here. The employer is not friendly, i asked them about pork taco but they didnt understand, and then another lady come and say they dont have pork taco. And then i order 4 beef taco. Omg, its really bad. And they charge $16 for 4 tacos

I also asked for a bean&cheese burrito and I got a cold quesadilla instead. Lastly I asked for green salsa and they only had red, the red salsa is so watery and has absolutely no flavor. DON’T COME HERE! IT WAS THAT BAD

ordered doordash here and they missed a whole meal and gave me soda instead of horchata. their carne asada fries were DISGUSTING and greasy as hell. adding to this, i asked for no meat in my asada fries. the sour cream was chunky and the fries were stale and very thin. i am disgusted. i wouldn’t be surprised if i get food poisoning after this.

Probably the worst Albertos in the area. Ordered guac and chips. They combined all chips and guac, and even threw cheese on it. Breakfast burrito is flavorless and also had a block of cheese. Do yourself a favor and maybe drive a little more to go to another one. This one is horrendous.

Disappointing Experience at This Alberto’s Location This has to be one of the worst Alberto’s locations I’ve visited. First off, the online ordering system is misleading—it doesn’t reflect their actual business hours, which caused unnecessary confusion. The portion sizes were also disappointing. I usually split a burrito from other locations, but this one was noticeably smaller—barely half the size. On top of that, they only give you two salsas per order, regardless of how much food you get. I ordered nachos, two burritos, rolled tacos, and three beef tacos for my family of six at a cost of $60, and was still charged \$2.50 for just a few extra salsas. That’s excessive and feels like nickel-and-diming. To top it all off, when I arrived to pick up my food, it took five minutes just for someone to respond on the drive-thru speaker—only to tell me to pull forward. Seems they can only handle one customer at a time. Between the small portions, poor service, and extra charges, this location just isn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Go to a different Alberto's location this one sucks they give u less food they ask if what sauce u want they won't give u what u want save ur money and spend it at a different location

To start they couldn't hear us thru the mic had to repeat the order once we got to the window...... we got 2 tacos de asada witch where salty as.... like not good .like bad and also got the carne asada fries which where the same. Salty as. I know it's late but still people can taste the difference when tasting the food.. In conclusion guys do better get better workers. People who care about the quality of the food!! Thank you

Ordered nachos and the carne asada was nasty. It was a gristle fatty Cartilage. No flavor at all. The guacamole was painted on barely any. It was literally chips and beans for $15 dollars. Sorry won’t be going back.
