Customer service is great, food is always good and hot! They have the good kind of ranch, pizza is good, and their salads are always fresh. I love the pizza style sandwich, too, and you get a lot for your money!

Great place to take the family. They have a small arcade and games for the kids to play. We go on Mondays to order their Monday special which is 2 spaghetti dinners for a reasonable price. My kids enjoy the games and food so we go here from time to time. It’s walking distance from our apartment so it’s super convenient. I highly recommend going to Graziano’s Pizza for good food and family fun at a reasonable and fair price. I support family owned businesses. Come check them out you won’t be disappointed. They have daily specials.

I have had over 10 team pizza parties here. Great food for the family. Plenty of TVs to watch the game. And plenty of games for the kids to win tickets and collect prizes! My teams/players and parents have always had a great time!

It's the cheese! I could end my review right here and that would be plenty enough reason to frequent this place. They have amazing cheese. On their salads it elevates them into being so damn good that men order them! On the pizza it's even better. That thick, rich choke you out if you aren't careful kind of cheese. Yummy. Good for kids you can bring them to play games. Good for sports. Large dining area away from kids!

We were apprehensive about going here due to the reviews but I'm so glad we went! We got there 5 minutes before it opened and were expecting to wait, but the waitress unlocked the door for us which we was so nice! We all ordered pizza and beer and the pizza was so hot and fresh and the beer was ice cold! The main waitress lady was so awesome, she always had a smile on her face! 10/10 would go there again!

Despite being a small local business, their food is top notch. I've tried everything from Italian classics like pizza and pasta, to oddities like chicken and potatoes. Everything I get there is simply great. They're also very fast with their orders, and delivery is always on-point. I wish there was a way to tip the driver via card (no option when ordering online), but, it's not a huge deal.

This review isn't really about the pizza as we all know the pizza is good. It's actually about the sandwiches that this place serves. They are fantastic! The bread they use has a nice crisp crust and a very good chew to it. The veggies are fresh and the meat's are delicious. I've tried pretty much every one on the menu throughout the years and they're all good. Although I got to admit the Torpedo is my personal favorite. So people, forget those those chain sub shops. If you're looking for the best sandwich in town. It's waiting for you at Graziano's Ontario.

Came here today for the first time with my grandsons baseball team. The owners had given his team a certificate for a pizza party. Found out that they have been doing this for years for the Little League kiddos. The staff was amazing, food was great, and the kids had a blast making good childhood memories! Thank You

Since the first time I tasted I really liked everything, the place, the staff, the beer the arcade, my children had fun with the arcade, but my whole family loved all the food but specially pizza, now they are adults and they take me there to recall great memories 🥰

My husband and I just stopped in looking for lasagna and wow they exceeded our expectations! The food was served hot, the sauce was so flavorful and the cheese was delicious! Portion size was big enough for us to split, but I could have eaten the whole thing! We ordered a cannoli for dessert and it was just as delicious! Talked to the owner, everything is homemade in house! So glad they are close by! We will definitely be back!

Don't be fooled by the arcade section for the kids...the food is delicious and the service great! They also deliver to a limited area with online ordering available. Although everything I have ordered has been delicious, the fettuccine alfredo, baked Zitti, and the garlic knots are my favorites! The pizza is also outstanding! Some of the items can be a bit pricey, but so worth it!

We went here with family and friends after our son‘s team won the championship for his basketball team. The food was delicious. Excellent quality, customer service was great and the kids had fun playing all the games that are available.

We went to this location on Sunday 10/02. We had the best help from the staff Especially from Regina with ordering and she handled the ticket counter as well and was happy and sweet the whole time, Food was hot and tasty We would absolutely come back to this location again.

Through the spring you would have the local little league teams show up...kids would play some cabinet arcade games and be running back and forth between tables because the entire league knows each other? This place pulled me back to that simpler time with quality pizza, games that had me looking at my coworkers at 40+ years old saying..."no way, they have that game!?" Great people, great ambiance, great time...these are the places we need to hold on to and treasure. They are a dying breed...

Over all nice place to take the family. The chicken was tasty and juicy. Pizza is good and they make delicious sandwiches. The restrooms were clean . If you buy a pitcher of beer, they require an I.D. to be presented in order to get a drink mug. So, one mug per 1 I.D. presented. I thought that was inconvenient and unnecessary. Other than that I had a great time and so did my kids.

The restaurant is a bit hidden in the very back of the parking lot, away from the main street. If you visit around lunch time, there is plenty of parking but it wouldn't take much to fill up quickly, and there is no overflow lot. The food is tasty, don't have any complaints with the pizzas or salads. Comfortable atmosphere, a bit older but it has character. Will be returning soon!

It was my first time here. Think of it as a shakeys but so much better food! We came here with a big group of people and thought the service and food quality was so good! We ordered the everything pizza without olives, pineapples, and mushrooms. We also added jalapeños on half of the pizza and I let me tell you!!! That was fiiiirreeeeee!!!! Soooo good! 100% recommend it! At first we were a little skeptical with the everything on there but we were so happy we went with it! We also got the garlic knots and WOW!!!! I could of eaten the whole thing! So garlicky and buttery YUMMY!!!! The knots were super soft and pull apart! Even though there was quite a few groups there our food took less than 15 minutes it seems! We were pretty impressed with it!

This is a Family own Restaurant. I remember my parents always taking me here when I was a kid and now I take my kids even if it's an hr drive from where we live they love it and my husband loves the chicken and Salad as you can see i couldn't even take a picture of it before they started eating it, because they add plenty of cheese on it. The pictures speak for themselves the chicken is very crunchy 😋, and the pizza has a good flavor to it. Oh and they have some game and arcades for the kids to play.

We had our soccer pizza party here and It was the first time visiting. Had no clue that they had a small arcade inside! The kids had a blast and adults enjoyed the atmosphere, employees were really good, and food was delicious and fair priced. The best part of all is that the machines gave out real tickets!!! My family and I have been customers for over twenty years. When my brother and I were young, our grandfather used to drive out all the way from the OC just to get a bite of the anti-pasta salad and pepperoni pizza!! Best food and family friendly atmosphere in town. My concern is that the price of games has sky-rocketed within the last few months. For years prices had been affordable, 25 to 50 cents a game, providing a delightful experience for middle income and working class families. Now at 75 cents, games are out of reach for the average working class family. Please remember to keep your quality and fun atmosphere while maintain affordable prices while serving working class families in the Inland Empire.

Food is great! Plenty of seating for the family or a large group. You can also make reservations for pizza parties. AC might need to be lowered a few degrees though, it tends to get a little warm at times.

It was for kids team gathering, was an alright experience, pizza was good for generic fast food style pizza, Caesar salad was decent I like the fact that it comes light not creamy. They got some arcade games that keep kids busy. Did not like the fact I had to get up 3 times to get my order, every thing comes separate, therefore I did not enjoy the meal. there is no service so I’m not sure why there is a tip space on the receipt.

Meh... I'm not a huge fan, but my kids love this place. To me, it's always hot inside, seats are uncomfortable, and dealing with the tickets from the arcade can be annoying. Food is slightly above average. The employees are friendly. It's a good place for a large gathering.

My wife and I got an invitation letter from this place when we bought our condo in the area. I thought it was thoughtful of them and appreciate it. If you are looking for a pompous, modern look, this is not the place for you. The restaurant is clean but down-to-earth with nice, friendly staff. The pizza was delicious. However, it was a little bit more expensive than what we expected. They do deliver to the nearby addresses. Although Google says they are open until 9:30, the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm. There are TV's where you can watch sports and arcade games for kids (or adults too?!!). The parking is free and shared with other businesses.

To be fair I went there on a day when a lot of kid's sports teams were there. The food and food service was great. I was really surprised with how much seating there was. It would be a nice place for a birthday party... I have a disabled 3-year-old that I had to help play the games... But it was super crowded in the small gaming area, and that made it so hot I felt like I was going to pass out 😭. I lost at least $5 on machines that didn't work. And there was not enough staff to deal with the game issues etc. when I did finally talk to someone, they were not in a good mood, which I guess is understandable. And I would say though I lost a lot of money on broken machines, the prizes were decent compared to other places. So I felt like that made up for it.

I came here for my child's team pizza party, so it was very busy. Although busy, our order was not delayed at all. Service was great too. This was my first time here. So I plan on visiting again with the family, the restaurant on the other side looked nice to sit at. I was in the party section of the restaurant. The game area was fun for the kids. My pizza was half pepperoni and half anchovy 😍any pizza restaurant who has an anchovy option is pretty legit. The crust was buttery and good.

I catered for a party of 75 with the chicken Alfredo and the lasagna. The food was very good and all of my guest were asking me. Where did I get this from because the food was very good and the portions for the full-size pans for catering are very generous. We definitely use them again.

A solid, but nothing special pizza joint. Good for familys or large groups. I have gone there 4 or 5 times and the food is always good, but nothing outstanding. Grazi style meatball sub and there dessert pizzas are both tasty. Pizza itself is good, but i would generally rather go to Costco if i just want a pizza.

Ordered for the first time today. Their website was easy to navigate. It took about an hour for delivery and the delivery girl was super nice. I ordered chicken fettuccine and an antipasto salad. Both are pretty underwhelming, the salad is ok but the Italian dressing is pretty bland and the pasta tastes like a $17 Lean Cuisine. Definitely won't eat there again but the staff was great.

It's good, basic "Company Lunch" Italian and deli food. Sandwiches are simple, yet HUGE and tasty. I often get their antipasto salad, which is full of good stuff, the only (minor) complaint is the iceberg lettuce and food-service grade Italian dressing. But, set your expectations relative to the price and it's just fine. I've only had their pizza once, and wasn't impressed, but I can be a pretty major snob when it comes to pizza. Staff is friendly and has never failed to have our lunch waiting for us when we've phoned it in for our 38 minute time-clock lunch break.

Pretty disappointed in the cheese pizza I ordered. Extra large isn't very large especially when the layer of cheese was quite thin. Wasn't worth the $31 plus I spent. Pizza pirates and costco are cheaper and better tasting.

I Went for the first time during the week to pick up a pepperoni pizza. It was not that good the dough was hard and tastes Frozen and they skimp on the cheese. It kinda tastes like Shakey's pizza. It's close to our house so we may go back. It does have a nice atmosphere inside with friendly employees but if you want delicious, authentic fresh hand tossed and addicting pizza, go to "Buca Di Beppa"!

I sit away from the amusements for kids, however there is always a birthday party on the opposite side and I can barely hear my friends. I only go there a few times of year for group meeting. Google reviews sure let me down on this one. I was hoping for a hole in the wall pizza joint with memorable pizza. It was memorable! Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Cardboard crust, and the chicken on my BBQ chicken pizza seemed like it was diced frozen chicken nuggets! The cheesey bread appetizer was terrible too. Two stars because the atmosphere was decent.

The pizza here is mediocre. Looks better than it tastes. My folks love it so I get it for them. They will ask you for your I.D. for dining in and take out. Even if it's a debit card you have the code for. It's very inconvenient when purchasing for another person...Grazy, it's 2021, your pizza ain't a Gucci purchase. Lay off on the I.D. it's embarrassing that you ask for it.

1st time customer, prices are a little high, kids wanted to play in the arcade, almost every machine had an issue took our token or ran out of tickets, kept calling staff to fix and they seemed super bothered, I asked why not just post a sign so guest know employee responded with; "thats a manager problem not mine" we were 1 out of 4 other parties there dinning in during weekday, wont be returning. The place looks dirty and feels dirty. The tables are sticky. Maybe take a cleaning solution to them once in awhile. I ordered the chicken parm. The pasta was overcooked along with the chicken. However, the fried zucchini was so good. I'll go back for the fried zucchini, but nothing else.

Good food but none of their game machines work. I take it they expect kids to turn their parents cash into game tokens and not notice that they are getting ripped off because the games eat their tokens and they don't provide refunds, put an out of order sign, or fix them. I like this place for the family atmosphere but not if the games aren't working.

Easily the most disappointing calamari experience I've ever had. Nearly 10 bucks for a scarcely platted appetizer... It was tasty, but there was absolutely zero value to be had here. The personal pizza was also just okay, and my chicken parm sandwich tasted like the chicken came out if a frozen bag from Costco... i definitely expected more from this place, especially for a $50 lunch. Management, you need to see this, for being the original and touting that as an accolade, you certainly are NOT setting the bar very high.. feels like less of a bar and more of a puppy gate, that your competitor could quite easily step over if I'm being honest. ... there are only a few things that even set this venue apart anymore, and those are being watered down significantly if my most recent experience was any indication.

Never order the bbq chicken pizza. It’s absolutely disgusting. The cheese is thick in patches, the bbq sauce isn’t good and the chicken is breaded like it’s for a chicken sandwich or for chicken Parmesan. Their garlic bread was over cooked, dry and flaked everywhere. If you order the family deal your pizza is going to cost $40 your salad will have nothing on it. If you ask for cheese it’s an extra $4. Overall this was a bad experience and a waste of our $60

I tried to order a pizza and was denied because I had a large bill. I work as a nurse and didn't have my wallet, only a large bill in my back pack. Now I can't eat. Thanks Graziano's pizza. I will be letting all my nursing friends know to stay away from your business. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Went for lunch with a coworker on 11/1/25. The old white lady who was cashere was rudeee. She was literally trying to keep my debit card because it did not have my name on it. I tried to explain several different ways how it is mine even pulled up my wells fargo app to show my card numbers and she still wouldnt want to give back to me. Kept saying how do i know it is yours. Even called her shift boss to come on over and he told me dont give her a hard time when it was her giving me a hard time. I just wanted my food. Was literally there for 15 mins trying to prove how the card is mine. I even offered to just pay with my credit card of cash to avoid them being like that towards me.

My husband and his coworker went today and had the worst service ! His coworker went in and ordered food then a bit later my husband went to buy a pitcher the older cashier made a big deal trying to say his name wasn’t on his debit card and that it wasn’t his . My husband then tries to show his ID and other credit cards have his name but she still kept accusing his saying it wasn’t his card and was going to keep it ! Even the lead person came over and was telling my husband to stop giving the lady a hard time ! Like he was doing something wrong! Finally he says he thinks it is his card and charges him and the lady refused to him to mugs! We have never experienced anything like this at any restaurant!! Definitely wouldn’t come again just from this awful experience
