This was our first time trying Zeppin Sushi and we were pleasantly surprised with the great service and fast service along with the food tasting excellent and very fresh. We will definitely be coming back to try other menu items.

All you can eat Sushi was great! It was fresh and very tasty! $47 not bad price either for all the options they provide. We will definitely be back!! Recommend for sure!!

The food was beyond delicious! The fish melted in our mouths, especially the salmon, Tuna, and yellowfin Toro. The service was impeccable, we were never left uncomfortably alone and questions were answered without skipping a beat. We cannot wait to come back for more, especially the classic sushi. By far the best tasting fish in the inland empire

The experience at Handroll by Zeppin in the Tawa Food Hall BLEW my expectations out of the water, so much so that I made up my mind on the spot to check out their sister restaurant in the same plaza, so here I am. This bougier all-you-can-eat concept features some items that you typically have to pay extra OR don’t even find at other places, like soft shell crab, fresh oyster, carpaccio, and premium nigiri such as uni, sweet shrimp, and seared kobe beef. And the little lotus crown on the spicy tuna triple lotus is almost just too adorable to eat. Only thing they don’t have is just sashimi without rice, but that’s normal for AYCE sushi and completely fine for me ‘cus I’m a rolls girly at heart, so obviously I had to double down on their rolls like the Flaming Tail roll which has HOT CHEETOS. Like what??! Would you try this for $47.99? Thanks for reading! ^-^

My niece Breonna found out about the place and she's been wanting to try it out with me. The food was delicious. I would've given it 5 stars but the baked salmon roll we had broke apart when we used chopsticks. We had to request forks. Other than that I would recommend.

Everything was just great!!! Great service, Awesome and friendly server and manager. All the sushi was so fresh and so good. The place also really clean. At the end you also got an ice cream for the dessert. Yummmm!!!

This is the most incredible sushi eatery I have ever been to it is strictly fresh tender flavorful and made as you order it !all you can eat straight from the chef to your table incredible you just make your choices on the white ticket sheet the friendly and awesome staff they come in they go they don’t bother you they just look for the order ticket ask you if everything OK and if you need something they are right by your table before you even called them over they keep an eye on you very closely make sure that you are extremely comfortable and how was the food absolutely magnificent the kindness of the team including the chef’s they are remarkable I travel one and a half hours each way to see Family and take them out for sushi I personally don’t feel it could get any better than this truly authentic and flavorful it is one of a kind in my opinion the greatest sushi restaurant that I have ever been to! Thank you to the team we will be seeing you again very soon! Loyal customer

This place has really great rolls!! Of everything we ate, we only disliked the furikake fries. Their special rolls are soooo good. The carpaccio is amazing - we ordered those twice!

First time visit. Servers were attentive. We had Zeppin Chef's special plate, Chef's sushi plate, Dinner Bento, and Zeppin roll. Rich flavors and tasty. We would like to try its AYCE and Happy Hour.

It was good, pricey but not bad. Service was good and it was a bit busy. Food came out a touch slowly but again it was busy so understandable. They set us up quick and comfortably, not a 5 star menu for the price but definitely a solid selection, food was good, the salad was good but the tomato was not pleasant to look at. I mean yea, it's a good little sushi place I can't really complain other than price and looks.

Edit: Came here today and the female server had a rude facial expression, like she was annoyed. We got all you can eat and I dont think she liked how much my husband can eat. We stayed polite, said thank you and have a good day but she didn't respond and we felt rushed while paying. It's disappointing because the sushi here is good. Needs better customer service. There isn't a lot of seating but it's a good spot for sushi. My first time here, the service was kind of slow but Isaac our server this time was really quick. Ultimate salmon and fresh water eel is my absolute favorite. All-you-can-eat price is better than the individual prices for each dish.

So a few of us came to eat here and yes this place is good we all had the all you can eat. The fish was very fresh and the flavors were amazing and the sushi chefs were quick about ur orders and all were very quick and nice. The only thing that bothered me was that we had our nigiri order with about 15 pieces now I had a special request if the sushi could be Seared and a little chili oil on top, but the waiter said that it would be an extra charge of 1 dollar per price to search because it takes time to search the fish. Now im sorry we were already paying 50 bucks per person I wasn't asking for a whole fish to be Seared or anything really special I just wanted a simple quick sear on our sushi. But im sorry might be petty to some but that honestly made me want to leave because we are paying top dollar for the sushi and for the waiter to charge an extra charge for a simple sear I thought that was crazy of them to charge for that. And on top of it when it came time for our drink refill it took our waiter 35 to 40 mins to bring us more soda that I thought was just bad service because they were not that busy. And after that it would just take him forever to come back to us .. but would I recommend this place that's a maybe . Especially if u like ur nigiri with a simple sear than I wouldn't because that extra charge was ridiculous..

Their AYCE prices are based on options A, B and C. which are indicated on the menu. You can only get what letter is on the items depending on which option you choose. A is very limited. B is okay and C is the best because you get everything. The food was decent and so were the portions. Service was okay. I say this because I had 3 different people checking up on me and like 2 others bringing things. it was a little overwhelming. But the servers are really nice They also do not have highchairs for babies. only booster seats. I love sushi but I'd choose to come maybe once a month, as opposed to the multiple times a month if I really like a place.

Decided to try this spot.... Arrived, seated right away. As you can see from the pics, it was slow. 10 minutes went by and no one came to offer water or anything else, by that time I had already written down my order on a piece of paper they give. Another person walks in and places an order to go and is helped. I decide to just go drop off our order paper to a waitress. Finally, the waitress asks for our drink order and 5 minutes later she returns with our waters. The to go order lady comes in and her order is ready, waitress hands over her food and then says to me, "oh, I'll go place your food order." 😲😖 I literally had given her the order 10+minutes ago. Anyway, long story short, food was good (4-5 stars good). I recommend the Yama roll and Hot Night Out, but service not good at all. I went back 4 different times hoping for a better service experience and nope, negative. Hopefully service gets better. Also, if one person in your party decides they want AYCE then everyone has to get the same thing or you'll be seated at completely separate tables.

Typically going to Zeppin is a pleasure. The staff is kind and the food the great. Tonight - the service from the one female waitress was subpar. A couple walked in before me and never had been before. I caught her rolling her eyes. I was behind the couple and after seating the couple the waitress proceeded to actively ignore me and anyone else who walked in. I was only there to pick up an online order but the energy and lack of customer service this time placed a bad taste in my mouth

I tried to give them one last chance today, ordered my Salmon teriyaki and Spicy tuna roll. Look at the picture, the worst tuna roll color I ever had. It is faded pink. It is like something from sitting in a room for days. Side dish of fried chicken is so dried, no meat taste. Salad was old as I can see from the slice of tomato. Overall, this is the worst food I ever had for $20 including tax. Will not order anymore,and I will have to tell everyone I know not to! I called store, manager said first, will refund then he changed his words, he would refund if you have not touched the food and bring it to store...I touched the salmon so too bad, cannot be refund?!

They allowed a dog inside. Not appropriate. Even if its a support animal. I love my dog, but she doesn't need to go everywhere. Especially in a food area. Consider that some people are afraid of animals or have allergies.
