The food was great and the staff are friendly will definitely come back to eat

It’s was ok back then we just to received cutting jalapeños for free now the charge 35 cents and the yellow peppers for free now I know what to get

Amazing experience, Johnny was extremely kind, always lets our bikes in making sure they never get stolen. Always super kind, energetic, and a hard worker.

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in! Alma was the cashier who helped me—she’s an outstanding worker. Friendly, professional, and efficient, she made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. She even made accommodations by preparing my lunch quickly, as I was in a hurry to return to work.

Just look at that juicy burger piled high with crisp lettuce and dripping with sauce! This is one of the better Carl's Jr.s I've been to. There was no wait, the service was prompt. The food was actually good. The burger was fresh, the bacon chicken club sandwich was juicy and tender with crispy bacon; not what I'm used to with fast food! (The fries were slightly overdone but still all right.) I took off a star for ambiance due to the characters milling around outside, which is not Carl's Jr.'s fault. (They have codes on the restroom to discourage loiterers.) ***My food review ends here, but continue reading if you want to know more about the environment around the restaurant.*** Be aware of the surroundings here. A number of individuals were loitering in the parking lot. One guy was *wearing* a trash bag and hitting things, another was circling the perimeter on a bike and a third was pushing a shopping cart full to overflowing across the parking lot...and it was only around 5 pm (though it is already dark due to the time change). It appeared that they were approaching me but they took a sharp left and headed in the direction of the drive-thru. I didn't fear for my life or anything, but it made me slightly nervous and made me try to remember the self-defense training I attended years ago. I remembered they said that you're supposed to keep your hands up and tell the person not to come any closer. I was close to telling them to keep away, but they didn't get close enough for that, thank God! The thing is that the lot is huge and there are no other businesses in the immediate vicinity, so the isolation may be a magnet for these types of characters (who seemed to be congregating by the car wash). It is for these reasons that you want to be smart and careful here. Park by the door, have your keys out, keep your wallet out of sight, and pay attention. But the food and service were good!

Carl's Jr's play ground is always my son's favorite. The one located at Archibald and Schleisman has a in-door play ground, very nice place to go at summer time.

Typical Carls Jr with the worse than advertised food. The staff is a little slow and this service is not fast. It is a fast food joint selling overpriced burgers which are not well presented.

Worst Carls Jr I’ve gone to. Very unprofessional and rude. I ordered 3 large combos with an extra order of fries and two orders of chicken stars. They threw all the food in one bag. Once we took out the fries out of the bag they ended up being half empty (shown on the pictures). While getting the food through drive-through, I asked for house dressing and only got 3 packs. When I asked for more they closed the window on me and started doing other things. I waited for them to open the window (about 2 minutes) and they said they couldn’t give me any more. So I asked for 2 bbq packs for the 2 orders of chicken stars and they said they didn’t have any so I asked for two honey mustards. They ended up giving me the two honey mustard packs but with bad attitude included. This is not the first time I get bad service at this place but this time it was over the top and had to put a bad review. Next time my kids want Carls jr I’ll will drive an extra 20 minutes to another one instead of spending my money on this one and getting a bad service. I’m pretty sure this review will go no where but I just had to write a review after getting one of the worse service from a fast food place.

We figured maybe they were letting the area dry off after a cleaning and decided to pick up a few things from Albertsons to pass the time; as the kids were looking forward to playing after dinner. We came back 30 min later and it’s STILL closed. At that point we figured we’d order to-go and take them to the park. The place is empty except for us and a couple who came in after us. We order our meals and waited patiently at a nearby table. When our number is called, my husband goes to pick up our order to find that the staff carelessly gave our food to the couple who arrived after us. The young woman behind the register was too lazy to check the numbers. When he asked the young woman about our food, she lies and says it’s still being made. Not wanting to make a big deal, we sat down again and waited. After waiting for an extended amount of time, our number is once again called, only to find out it’s a completely wrong order with only a few items in the bag. We’re Frustrated, so we brought it to her attention, she barely apologized and took the food. She’s clearly not checking the orders and is just giving away random food to customers. Finally, we got our order but the quality was horrible, fries were cold, they put an extra patty on my burger instead of my husband’s like we ordered. I strongly do not recommend this location.

My sister-in-law bought food and when got home I took a drink from my soda and nothing was coming out so I switch out the straw and again nothing came out so when open the cup there’s was a plastic bag inside … it was the plastic bag from the cup’s packaging

Very bad experience from yesterday. Don’t go there. They forgot our order, after we go to front to remind them, they sent out our food in 2 minutes with totally cold burgers, even meet pad ! Is it punishment because we remind them they forgot our order?!
