The staff members were very polite. They got the order right. We tried the beyond meat burgers, and both of us agreed that they were very good tasting. They make the beef out of plant-based protein material. And the taste is wonderful. Also, the bathroom was very clean in the restaurant is very clean as well.

I went here last night, got the #1 combo. Famous star fries and drink. I got automatically upgraded to M fried and drink, when i specifically asked for small. Got charged for it too. I asked for extra onions ( didn't get any) asked for extra mayo ( got mayo running down the side of the burger) all this because it was 1 hour from closing time for the lobby. I love this location, but apparently from how i got served the staff gets pushy (with the upsell) and lazy (with the food prep). I'm not being mean spirited, just an honest review and honest opinion.

I recently tried Carls Jr salads and I was impressed! The variety of options available is great, from a classic garden salad to something more unique like the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful, making each bite delicious. They also offer some healthier options that are low in calories but still taste amazing. Overall I would highly recommend Carls Jr salads for anyone looking for a tasty yet healthy meal on the go!

Visited the store on August 22 at 3:22 PM. Drive-through employee was very friendly. I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and the order was perfect. Exactly as I ordered.

This is one of the better Carls Jrs I’ve ever ordered food. They are very kind and are always quick to remedy mistakes. And as a kind gesture they’ll offer a free bonus item as an apology for the mistake. I frequent this restaurant a lot for the great service and I’ll continue to come here often over other restaurants in the area. Great service goes a long way and many other places should follow suit to what this Carls Jr location offers.

The food in this place is awesome the burgers are juicy and Wendy is very nice when asking for the order, she is patient with orders and is polite. The atmosphere is cozy and feels nice when you are in a booth, and the service is fast and reliable.

Quintale is an AMAZING employee, always going above and beyond what we need, and truly cares for us customers. He works extra hard to make sure special orders come out perfectly due to allergies and other sensitivities. There is also another evening lead, a young lady, and an older lady who are also fabulous whose names I can’t remember. They also deserve a raise. Unfortunately, when the other leads/managers are present, that is not always the case. They even openly roll their eyes or show displeasure when you ask them to fix a mistake on the food. I have started to just walk out whenever the employees who have shown displeasure are behind the counter. No sense giving my money to those who don’t want to help customers get their orders right.

I ordered the breakfast burger with no ketchup and it came out fine. It would have been a 5 star but the bottom bun was burnt. I called back and spoke with Jasmin, she said I could come back and they would replace it, or put my name on the list and when I was ready come back. Of course the star rating has to be a relative system. I've eaten at a Fleming's that got 3 stars before. So for a fast food place, this Carl's Jr. is doing it right. The clerk at the counter took the order correctly, and I was throwing coupons at her. Side note, Carl's is really easy with their coupons, so I don't eat there without them. They will even accept expired coupons. The restaurant was clean and all of the employees were courteous. My kids love the play place. It does smell a little like feet in there, but what would you expect in a place that makes kids take off their shoes. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant, but the seating in the play place area is scarce. To sum up,,,the food is good, restaurant is clean and I feel good about going there

It appeared that they were approaching me but they took a sharp left and headed in the direction of the drive-thru. I was close to telling them to keep away, but they didn't get close enough for that, thank God! It is for these reasons that you want to be smart and careful here. Park by the door, have your keys out, keep your wallet out of sight, and pay attention. But the food and service were good!

Fast food isn't $5.00 for a meal anymore. Those days are long gone. The burgers are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. The food is tasty if your willing to break out your bigger bills.

Was decent service but idk what's going on with the food taste it's off. Idk if the stuff not being cleaned right or they are cooking with old oil. The reason o gave 3 instead of 1 star was because the place was at least clean & employees were nice.

I've never had the cheese paper still stuck to the cheese... Until I was today years old Edit: Upgraded to 3 Stars because they asked about improving my experience... I would say just make the food right. The factory wax paper was still stuck to the cheese slice on the Ghost Burger, kinda ruined the meal. I'm still a customer... Please just do better. Thank you!

Everytime I come here I use the drive thru. Each time I need to pull around and park in front and wait for them to then bring it out. No other fast food place has me do this on a constant basis. There have been times here where it’s been 15-20 minutes before they bring it out and I’ve had to go into the restaurant to get it as they forgot to bring it out. Right now as I’m here, three cars from the drive thru are parked waiting for their food. No one is inside.

Been coming to this location since I was a kid. I never had an issue but the last 2 times, my food was straight up cold. You could feel no heat from the bag, and biting into the fries felt gross and the burger was unsatisfying. Very polite workers though, I just hope food get better.

I've been here multiple times and it seems that the cashier's taking your order cannot get it right last time. I was there the girl doing the drive through. Do not speak very good english. So I had to come inside and talk to her in Spanish today again. They got my order wrong. They gave me the wrong stuff. They gave me on top of my order. Somebody else's food as well. You're establishment behind the counter and in the kitchen is very. Unorganized, I will not return to that establishment. I gave them a chanc same thing. I’m the manager of the Hemet CA Carl’s Junior location, and I have to say that this location shouldn’t have been nominated as the most positive of the region! Our location is by far much more sustainable than this one and deserved to be chosen at the end of the day. The service here is pitiful and I hope others look down upon it. I can attest to this claim as I’ve been to this location before...

No menu in the drive thru..was told rudely by worker to go inside if I wanted to see a menu. Only ordered one burger and drinks and still had to wait in front for them.

Horrible service 16 minutes for a shake. Manager had no customer service, when I asked why she laughed it off as if I was wrong. I asked if I had to wait because I was inside the restaurant or if she would have made a customer in the drive thru wait 16 minutes for their shake. Again NO answer just shrug of her shoulder. It is not about the time it took it was the bad attitude of the management.

The only fast did place I dislike more is Jack in the Box, to which I will never set foot in again. The service here was good, but the food at Carl's is never great. My partner was starving, and since we had to go to Albertsons, we thought we would grab a bite at Carl's Jr. Today I tried the chicken tenders, and onion rings. Big mistake! The tenders were overcooked, and the breading really tasted burnt. The onion rings were totally flavorless, and the breading doughy. I wasn't willing or able to finish either. I felt nauseous for an hour afterwards. Should have gone the extra distance to Wendy's, or better yet, Panera Bread. Guess I will add Carl's Jr. to the "Do not eat there" list.

This was the WORST service ever. I went through the drive thru that took forever. I asked for kids hamburger meal plain. When I got to the window the fries were hard and they gave me a cheeseburger. I gave it back to them asked for fresh fries they turned around and gave me cold fries. I gave them their food back and asked for my money back.. They acted like they didn't know how to refund money.

Whatever girl was working there on March 20,2023. Fire her. She was working the drive thru around 9:30 am. Never have I heard a more deadbeat worker taking her frustrations out on customers.

They told me the order was deleted, tried acting like it was my fault and took it again but then gave me the stale and cold order they just left on the counter. didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for so I stood by the cash register and they completely ignored me. food was gross and was not worth waiting around 30 minutes.

Worst Carl's Jr. In the city of Eastvale. I have been in this city for 12 years and each year the service tends to get worst. My order always have issues where I am charged for combos but something in the combo is always missing, it's not the drink or the burger/sandwich, it's always the crisscut or the fries. Staff is young and not trained. I plan to complain to the city to remove this garbage place from Eastvale. Management has been notified a few times, but over last 12 years, things have not improved. If you go here, make sure you check your orders at the window before takeoff and be your own judge on the service this pathetic carl's jr and it's staff provides. Last time here!

They got my order wrong and I'm not one to complain or take things back but it was 15 dollars for a combo and the burger was terrible and my fries tasted like they were sitting there for the whole day , soggy and terrible. She was rude when she took the order. She messed up the order. When I asked if we could just have the right fries we ordered she argued and refused to give us the right fries. We were willing to pay the difference for the even the fries we didn't order and she refused to just us the fries and said she'd just change the receipt instead. Seriously...that's so stupid. We had the worst experience. Somehow they messed up our order and cleared it out on their screen. Instead of explaining it to us, she shut the window and we were forced to wait while her and everyone inside tried to figured out what was happening. After figuring it out, 10 minutes later she was able to charge us and then she gave us our food and shut the window again. They gave us no napkins or condiments. We sat there waiting for them to open the window again and as she looked at us she ignored us until we waived and tried getting her attention. It was horrible and no apology or thank you. Just awful.

I've worked restaurants, I know breaks are required, but you space them out; you just don't shut down a restaurant until everyone takes a break. Well, Jack n Box got our business.

Twice that Carls Jr at this location as gotten my order completely wrong. However, this one is pretty bad. At first, the order was given incorrectly and charged for 16$ when it should’ve been 12$. After thinking the issue was remedied, it turns out my order was completely wrong! I ordered a Beyond Burger with everything plus jalapeños, but got two plain cheese burgers! My fault for not double-checking the order. For future patrons, PLEASE AVOID THIS CARLS JR AT ALL COST! Their lack of professionalism and using a lazy method to reconcile a simple mistake is beyond reproach.

I can see why this place has only 3 start and due to the management like Alma. Who can just stand in the back while expecting the cashier do the work. And still have the audacity to scream at the cashier she is not fast enough. She should be the one helping when you have people in the front and in drive thru. Not just stand there doing nothing next to the cook. I’m sure he is able to make two extra burgers without manager next to him. was it hard for her to go around and give the correct food to people. And the food was still cold….it wasn’t like she was doing the food correctly. This will be the last time I come back. Please managers do better … do more don’t just stand there…. Worst Carls Jr I’ve gone to. Very unprofessional and rude. I ordered 3 large combos with an extra order of fries and two orders of chicken stars. They threw all the food in one bag. Once we took out the fries out of the bag they ended up being half empty (shown on the pictures). While getting the food through drive-through, I asked for house dressing and only got 3 packs. When I asked for more they closed the window on me and started doing other things. I waited for them to open the window (about 2 minutes) and they said they couldn’t give me any more. So I asked for 2 bbq packs for the 2 orders of chicken stars and they said they didn’t have any so I asked for two honey mustards. They ended up giving me the two honey mustard packs but with bad attitude included. This is not the first time I get bad service at this place but this time it was over the top and had to put a bad review. Next time my kids want Carls jr I’ll will drive an extra 20 minutes to another one instead of spending my money on this one and getting a bad service. I’m pretty sure this review will go no where but I just had to write a review after getting one of the worse service from a fast food place.

My family and I visited this location on 6/4 in hopes for an easy dinner and to let the kids play in the playground. When we arrived at 6 in the afternoon, not only was the majority of the seating area closed but so was the playground area. We figured maybe they were letting the area dry off after a cleaning and decided to pick up a few things from Albertsons to pass the time; as the kids were looking forward to playing after dinner. We came back 30 min later and it’s STILL closed. At that point we figured we’d order to-go and take them to the park. The place is empty except for us and a couple who came in after us. We order our meals and waited patiently at a nearby table. When our number is called, my husband goes to pick up our order to find that the staff carelessly gave our food to the couple who arrived after us. The young woman behind the register was too lazy to check the numbers. When he asked the young woman about our food, she lies and says it’s still being made. Not wanting to make a big deal, we sat down again and waited. After waiting for an extended amount of time, our number is once again called, only to find out it’s a completely wrong order with only a few items in the bag. We’re Frustrated, so we brought it to her attention, she barely apologized and took the food. She’s clearly not checking the orders and is just giving away random food to customers. Finally, we got our order but the quality was horrible, fries were cold, they put an extra patty on my burger instead of my husband’s like we ordered. I strongly do not recommend this location.

My sister-in-law bought food and when got home I took a drink from my soda and nothing was coming out so I switch out the straw and again nothing came out so when open the cup there’s was a plastic bag inside … it was the plastic bag from the cup’s packaging

Worst Carls Jr I’ve gone to. Very unprofessional and rude. I ordered 3 large combos with an extra order of fries and two orders of chicken stars. They threw all the food in one bag. Once we took out the fries out of the bag they ended up being half empty (shown on the pictures). While getting the food through drive-through, I asked for house dressing and only got 3 packs. When I asked for more they closed the window on me and started doing other things. I waited for them to open the window (about 2 minutes) and they said they couldn’t give me any more. So I asked for 2 bbq packs for the 2 orders of chicken stars and they said they didn’t have any so I asked for two honey mustards. They ended up giving me the two honey mustard packs but with bad attitude included. This is not the first time I get bad service at this place but this time it was over the top and had to put a bad review. Very bad experience from yesterday. Don’t go there. They forgot our order, after we go to front to remind them, they sent out our food in 2 minutes with totally cold burgers, even meet pad ! Is it punishment because we remind them they forgot our order?!
