Opinions de Crusty's Pizza Norco
A truly fine pizza, crunchy thin crust, a perfection of an amount of cheese and generous supply of topping added up to a certain 10 on the scale of pizza goodness. The carafe of Merlot was nice and tasty and delightfully quaffable. All clear reasons why Crusty's has been serving up pizzas for many, many years and likely for many, many more.
Family friendly, family oriented, friendly staff. Our pizza was done within the frame that was given. The picture I took does no justice. It was just a quick shot. It smelt great and tasted even better.
Best authentic pizza you will ever have in Norco. Pizza dough is never pre-made. The pizza crust is excellent. Not burnt. Just right

The food is good, but the service can be inconsistent. Some times it's great, and occasionally it's not great, but the food is consistent enough that it doesn't really matter. The meatball sandwich is a favorite on the lunch special, and the salads are big if simple... and there's a ton of cheese on the salads, which, if you like that, it's great. And of course the pizza is good.

To me this pizza tastes fantastic. I normally order the deep dish. Salad and calzone has never disappointed. The place inside is like walking back to the 80’s but I normally just take it to go. It reminds me of some small pizza places in the east coast actually.
My dad and I came and ate here today. To be honest the pizza was good but the guy was just overall nasty looking.

Nine years ago we ordered delivery from Crustys for the first time. It was EXCELLENT. Some weeks later we decided to go into the restaurant. It was an old-school, neighborhood pizza place with deep ties to the community seen in the decades old rec-league plaques and newspaper clippings framed on the wall. It smelled of yeasty dough, tomatoes, basil, and beer, not at all offensive. It was a challenge to find a table, a football game was playing and a lot of tables had kids play the video games and the adults draining pitchers focused on the big TVs. Fast Forward to my last visit... We ordered a pizza to go. One of the front doors glass was broken and had cardboard taped to it. It was pretty warm, like the A/C was broken and faintly smelled of stagnant water and all but one table was empty. A big table had unfolded pizza boxes stacked on it with two half empty drink cups next to them. Every TV was off, including the ones normally on that showed the menu. The bar, well I guess it was the bar at one point since it had beer taps behind it, had dirty dishes stacked on it as well as more unfolded pizza boxes. I ordered anyway and went home. Opening the box the pizza toppings only covered the center of the pie leaving no less than 1 1/2 inch of crust, on one slice the crust was 3 inches, and it WASN'T a bubble in the crust. It seemed fully cooked until we took a bite. The crust was flat... like flat and uncooked or made without yeast or any leavening whatsoever! It was more similar to cardboard than baked dough. I love a good pizza dough, I think that was one of the things that really made us fans of Crustys years ago. I was willing to forgive the skimpy topping because their crust was pretty good, or so I remembered when when we had this last pizza. I hope whatever is going on at Crustys is figured out soon, I'd hate to see it wither away like it seems to be doing. I can overlook a shabby out of date store as long as the food is good, don't let the food quality go or you will lose even the most dedicated customers... there are just too many other good pizza joints out there to buy crappys pizza. I'll try again in a month or two UPDATE: Just read the response, I am hopeful for Crusty's. You guys are a Norco favorite, our favorite, we won't give up if you don't!
What happened? I hope they come out of whatever they are going through. Its sad to see it in the condition its in. Definitely not the Crustys it used to be.

Came here 30m+ after opening, doors were locked. The person came and unlocked the door, and then turned on the arcade games. A few of the games were out of service, but maybe they just needed to empty the coins out or something. I got a large pepperoni pizza, and man it was depressing. One of the worst pizzas I've ever had, on par with the first pizza I ever made. The crust, pepperoni, sauce, and cheese are decent, but the ratio, amount, and dispersing of all of those was way off. The pizza itself was shaped badly, there was barely any pepperoni, cheese, sauce. The attached picture says it all. I would've rather just gone to the grocery store and gotten Digiorno, but at least I got to play one of the arcade games I guess. I would leave one star, but the guy wasn't mean and the vibe of the place wasn't bad.

This evening was concerning. Guy at the counter was mumbling. Touching his face with no gloves. Scratching his head with no gloves. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Tea with Tea bags they had just sitting out pretty sure were moldy. They were overcharging customers which ended up asking for their money back. There is no way they have a “A rating”. Someone needs to reinspect this place.

sad to see this longtime establishment lose their way. from having my order be incorrect the last 2 times i went to not even having a working conveyer oven this place definitely needs a little cash infusion to reach its former greatness.
Avoid Crusty’s Pizza at all Costs! I made the mistake of trying a place I’ve driven past a thousand times and should have made it a thousand and one. However I decided to give it a shot. So I called in an order at 8 PM, was told to pick it up 20 minutes later. I arrived at 8:18 PM, but when I got there, my pizza wasn’t even ready. Instead I was told they never got the order. The man with a cigarette being held behind his ear said it would be a 10 minute wait. When I finally got my pizza, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. The crust was a soggy undercooked and rubbery mess, a far cry from the flaky, crunchy goodness I was expecting from a place called "Crusty’s." Crusty’s isn’t just a name, it’s a warning. If you’re looking for great pizza and warm service, keep rolling. This pizza was anything but supreme. If you value your time and taste buds, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
We have been regular customers of this place for a while and always enjoyed coming here — unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, and the owner was asleep on the couch. When he woke up, he dropped his phone and credit cards on the floor, then tried to charge us $469 for one pizza, 20 wings, and four sodas. He attempted to charge the card multiple times before finally getting the correct amount. During this time, he repeatedly closed his eyes and appeared to fall asleep again. There were several open beer cans on the table next to a motorcycle inside the restaurant, which was very concerning. Sadly, it was impossible to stay or eat in a place under those conditions. We left truly disappointed and hope the situation improves for the safety and experience of future customers.
Man o man what the hell happened to Crustys pizza. This place used to be great, full of families and a menu full of great items to try. I hadn't been here in a couple of years. On my way to visit family in Norco I placed an order. I was told it would be ready in 20min. I show up 17min later and the guy hadn't even put it in the oven yet. The place was empty. The place looks run down as hell. I can honestly say I will never be back to this place again. Look at the pizza we received.
There were two good things about this place; The young lady at the front was very nice and the beer was good. That was it. At 5 pm today, there were our group and one other. It was filthy - the walls, floors, benches/seats, and tables were all dirty. The food is disgusting. No flavor what so ever, freezer burned chicken from a bag, way too greasy (far beyond good greasy), generally a pizza that tastes and looks like it came from the frozen section of Sam's club or costco. Everything just screams from the owner "I don't care about my business!" He seems to be more concerned with eating and drinking beer than his customers. The vents are covered in dust and look like they havent been cleaned in years. It looks like all they did was put money into their beer and TVs. Not a single thing was fresh
I ordered a pizza here and could barely understand the guy who took my order. Frankly, he sounded high. When I picked up my pizza, he looked confused. I had to tell him to charge me because it slipped his mind. When I got home, I saw this pathetic looking thing. Really! This is a total disappointment. I really want to support small businesses, but I'm never coming here again!
Din't use their service. Had a coupon for small cheese pizza from kids school. Posted picture. Din't say anything dine in was requirement with kids.but the old guy seemed owner pushed away oh its only for dine in and bring in kids and not for take out. Plus wasnt comfortable bringing small kids into pub style restaurant with beer and liquor signs every where. I just left. Not friendly env and din't smell good inside either.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I wanted pizza, not a disappointment wrapped in cardboard. Crustys Pizza somehow managed to deliver food that was both cold and overcooked at the same time. The crust was tough, the sauce tasted like it came straight from a can, and the cheese had that weird rubbery texture that makes you question your life choices. Service wasn’t any better. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food… at a pizza place. Order took forever, and when it finally showed up, it was wrong. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. Plenty of better pizza spots around—do yourself a favor and skip Crustys unless you enjoy regret with your meal.
I feel sad to write this we have been customers for a few years and today was horrible. My bf got so mad he almost walked out without paying. The guy that has no personality.. ya know the unfriendly one that’s always there.. if you know you know.. we ordered with him ready in 10 minutes gave them 20 and it still wasn’t ready. Then they had no way to pay and told us it was cash only after we got there, sure no biggie. The guy behind the counter the one with tats was trying his hardest but I feel they just left him to do it all on his own. The food was half burnt salad wasn’t up to par and you do get more crust than pizza. They also had no money to give change and had to give it out of their pockets. It was a shady transaction and it felt like it. It was embarrassing. I feel bad cause this is not a good restaurant anymore and they genuinely seem like they don’t care anymore. As you can see from all the other reviews. Oh and all the games are gone and it’s dead inside. We used to go take the kids to play and watch tv.. I feel so sad to write this.
Business is closed……they use a TooGoodto go app and they don’t make your food or anything. Not even a courtesy call or something. Just chained up the doors and they left the open sign on…. The kitchen light was on, and the kitchen was not clean. Beer cans and mess left out. Please don’t order anything on the app or online. You’ll just have to cancel it and wait for refunds
I ordered one pepperoni and Cheese Pizza last night. Large, it took them an hour and 40 minutes to get there with my pizza. I ordered 3 ranch dressings. And Three sides of pepperochini Which I did not receive so I called the store back and they said the driver would return with my items which did not happen. So I woke this morning to find a $336.59 charge on my credit card for 1 large pepperoni & cheese pizza! The gentleman I talked to last night when I got off the phone I told my husband "he is either drunk or high"! It was 6:43p.m.when I called in the pizza and at 8:45 p.m.They charged $336.59 to my card. So right now, at 10:48 AM, I'm sitting in front of Crusty's waiting for them to open. They're supposed to open at 10:30 a.m.to talk to the manager or the owner of this location. So apparently someone has my card information. So I would be very careful ordering from Crusty's and giving them your credit card. Information I will not do it again. It is now 10:50 A.M., and they are still not open, and No 1's answering the phone and no one is in the building. Today's date is Wednesday 8/ 27 /2025. And I am still sitting in front of the store.
This is not the Crustys of old. I ordered dinner at 4:50pm so that my elderly mother could eat by 6pm. I called at least 3 times and the food never came. I went into Crustys to see if I had been phone scammed but what I found was an old guy that had no idea what he was doing. This guy shouldn't even be serving soda and he was at the front counter.

The guy working is so high he doesn't know where he's at. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and he never acknowledged me. Several other people were waiting for orders. He kept opening pizza boxes and cutting imaginary pizzas. Reaching into the oven, pulling out nothing, cutting it and repeat. It didn't appear to be anything in the pizza oven. He would randomly just stop where he was and just stare. He kept calling for Steve who would come out from the back and ask what then just go away, ignoring the customers as well.
