Came here about 11:00 pm on a Tuesday and surprised that the dining room was practically empty which is weird cause we all know in n out restaurants are usually busy or VERY busy so it was cool to get our food pretty quick

They managed to balance good service with good food and friendly cashier.

My double-double animal style was just as good as to be expected from any of their restaurants. The vanilla shake was great. And as always the fries were not the best. Come on people are you still reading this. Its In-N-Out the burgers were perfect the service was great. What else would expect. Why are you even reading a review of this place?

This location has great food. The service is fast, but the prevailing crowded state of this place means that whichever way you choose to purchase, drive thru or walk in, you will be waiting about 15 minutes. Which I am fine with as I have come to expect this from In-N-Out. (Is there a location that's not swamped from dawn til dusk?) P.S. if you don't already know about the secret menu, now you do, so find it! Enjoy.

Always worth the wait! Wonderful food that's made to order, and a wonderful staff who keep the line moving quickly. We toured this Norco location several years ago on a field trip - they showed us behind the scenes, how they keep everything fresh and delicious. I was very impressed, and I have been a fan of this location ever since.

Excellent service!! Line was about a quarter mile long.(exaggerating) They sent a staff member out to double check orders. The system in place works!! Friendly people and order was correct down to the last detail! I’ve been coming here since the early 90’s and this “In N’ Out”. Proves they thrive under stress! Love you Guys!!

The best burger fast food chain ever! I honestly wouldn't even call it fast food. I have been coming here for years with my grandparents and family and never have had any issues. Employees are super kind and respectful, very patient. Excellent customer service. If you want good, non-frozen burgers with none of those preservatives and genetically engineered foods, this is the place for you. Most definitely recommend this place to everyone!

While the food was delicious, as usual, I was really really impressed with the service staff. That little Victoria was so sweet and nice and helpful for me and my family as we had a crying baby and she made it so much easier. I was really surprised and really happy with the experience, I think I'll come back. Also the swirly ice cream shake was delicious, I can only recommend to the chocolate swirled with strawberry yeehaw

In-N-out is always consistent. The professionalism of the staff never cease to amaze me. For example they hold the door for you as you exit and greet you, they bring the food to you if they are not busy. Constantly cleaning and smiling. Awesome company and their training is the best. Always happy to eat there and support In-N-Out

This is my favorite in and out because of the super nice staff and the food just tastes better than other in and outs for some reason. Tables and floor are cleaned constantly so there is rarely a mess to be seen. Milkshakes and hot cocoa are definitely the best to get either on a cold or warm day.

When I first arrived in the USA as a teenager, I wasn't a vegetarian. I used to adore the double-double burger with fries and a shake. Now, as a vegetarian, I still can't resist In-N-Out. Instead, I opt for a grilled cheese sandwich with raw onions, extra spread, chilies, and cut in half french fries, while still indulging in their shakes. It's a favorite spot close to home, and whenever the option arises, we all agree it's the place to go.

this location can get busy on Norco high sports nights and during lunch rush hour. overall the service is always pleasant. my orders have always been correct and hot and fresh!! ready to eat. I always get cold extra sauce and with a box with a lid. super delicious

I frequent many In-N-Outs cuz it's a guaranteed fresh Burger I always order it the same way animal style adding fresh onions.. I went April 2nd around 1:00. Whoever makes my chz hamburger it look better than usual. And tasted unbelievable great job.

Love their food, service and atmosphere! Love to see a young generation in the service industry with excellent customer service skills. I don't know where you're recruiting your employees or what training you're giving them, but keep it up! McDonald could certainly learn from your techniques!

The burgers here are great, and if you're gluten free, you can order protein style! They replace the bun with extra lettuce, it's still pretty good

In n out is the best!! Their food is half the price of everyone else. They pay their employees well. I can get a double-double for $5.55 shakes are $3 combos start at $7. You can have a $20 bill and feed 2-3 people. While all these fast food places have raised prices so high that $20 bill get you one combo. Places charging $6 for shakes burgers are $8 + and have been forced by the state to pay their employees more. In n out is the perfect example of a good honest company they aren't following the trend and raising prices they actually care about their customers and they have great benefits and have always paid employees above minimum wage. They could easily charge double even triple like the trend but they don't they really are just a rare gem as far as businesses go. Thank you in n out for serving quality food that's fresh, keeping your customers happy treating employees well and for being honest and reliable you put all the other burger places to shame they need to take an example from you.

Pescatarian here 👋🏾 I ordered a grilled cheese with whole grilled onion and tomato. Super yummy! I found out that if you order your fries extra crispy they last longer and still taste good. With the regular fries they don't taste good when they cool down.

Our first visit to the iconic burger place was memorable. Our order was taken by a cheerful team member before we entered the drive thru line on the property. When we pulled up to the window, our noses were greeted with a pleasurable aroma of great burgers. This was unlike the mixture of odors at other fast food places. The food was not thrown in the bag but instead, carefully placed as if creating a work of art, a feast for the eyes before the first bite.

this place is always jam-packed (so at least you know the food is good) and the line goes really fast. even if you're something like six cars deep in the drive-thru, you're not there longer than 10 minutes. I'm not really sure what else is in that parking lot.. I think there's a bowling alley and a gas station. the parking lot is usually pretty busy and hamner has a lot of middle dividers in this area, so just be cognizant of where your exiting

Always fresh and not a long wait

Even though it's been years since the last time I ate here, the cheeseburger was great (even though I'm not a fan of it because of the burger bun which was a little hard to bite). The fries were great because they were made from scratch which you can see the employees using potatoes cut through the potato cutter to make fries.

Incredible smash style burgers, sold in quick serve format. Delicious fresh beef and toppings make for some awesome lunch offerings. Not a ton of options when it comes to variety but what they do, they do very well. TLDR: Highly Recommended QSR Joint

Fast friendly service. My burger was hot and delicious. Iced tea was refreshing. They didn’t have Mayo packs but the burger and fries were so good I didn’t need it.

The best burger. Everything is fresh not frozen. I got the double double, a milkshake and Fry's. They also have great fresh made lemonade. The only downside is it is always crowded.

The service at this In-N-Out is good. Just be careful crossing the street because the parking lot is tight and the entrance is close to the drive thru, so you need to pay attention. The food is great, the place is very busy but worth it, and everyone is friendly. The prices are great too.

We actually had such good service there and the woman who took our order went out of her way to make sure our order was done right. So much so that I called the corporation and complimented her. In-N-Out is always clean, fresh, yummy, reasonably priced! You can get two meals, my son needs a lot so big meals, for 20 bucks. Instead of going to like Cheesecake Factory or one of those other places and spend 25 bucks per plate

I brought my 2 boys and baby who sat in a high chair for the first time and it was such a great experience!! Thank you. I took pictures of my kids and everything as a proud mom eating out in public with 3 kids for the first time instead of 2. Haha! I even accidentally spilled a milkshake and they made sure it was okay with a cheery attitude even though they were so busy. We left full & happy after horse riding that day! 🙏🏻

What makes their burgers stand out is that all the ingredients are natural and freshly prepared daily—nothing is frozen. The prices are very reasonable, and the store is always sparkling clean.

Well, it's an In & Out so you know it's good. We all had an assortment of burgers and shakes. We were all left fat, dumb, and happy. I gotta say the drive thru line was really long but they did a great job getting us thru. The line was out to the street but I'm certain we were thru in 15 mins.

The burger party is getting smaller than before.

The fries should've been more crispy. I ordered them well done but they were soft. The 3x3 tasted great. I only wish they used parchment/butcher paper so the cheese doesn't stick

I went here the other day to grab dinner for my boyfriend and I. They were pretty busy but worked very fast. A man I presumed to be the manager started chanting motivational stuff to the employees to get them excited and keep them happy. It was nice to see that kind of enthusiasm and dedication to your employees. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great restaurant, as always, but crowded. The drive-thru was backed up through the parking lot and into the street. We went inside and it wasn't too busy until the dinner rush hit and then you're eating with a line of people over your shoulder at almost all tables. They need to make their dining area larger and reconfigure the drive-thru to make it longer. Staff and food are great and it can be a quick stop if you don't hit the busy times.

Love the hamburgers and animal fries with peppers and the friendly service. However, there are too many cars, a long DT line, and a wait. No seats are available in the lobby.

In-N-Out provided consistently good food and the one in Norco is no different. Although there was a significant drive-thru line, it went quickly because they have people staffed on the drive-thru line taking orders so that the food is ready by the time you pay.

The lines get long, but it goes pretty fast. Where this location is if you are unlucky, you'll be in the street waiting. Faster to go inside and pick up your food. Food always tastes great per usual, I mean, it's In N Out. The parking spaces for In N Out itself are pretty limited, but luckily, it's connected with a bowling alley and other shops, so you have parking all around. Don't be a jerk and try cutting in the drive-thru line like I witnessed last night, or you will get a bunch of hangry people honking & cussing you out until you leave the line.

Been going to In-N-out for about 30 years now and never had a problem. Until today. I'll start by saying the food was delicious as usual. But, I ordered 4 drinks and was only given 3 straws. I asked for peppers and packets of spread and didn't get them.I understand most people could say this is not a big deal. But to be honest it kind of is. Imagine waiting in a drive through for about 30 minutes finally getting your order at a place that is usually 100% correct all the time so you don't check the bags and when you get home all the small stuff is missing. Def was not going to drive back for peppers spread and a straw. I'll be back though...it's In-N-out.

This is a smaller location thats PACKED. The staff are on top of it and seem to have a real quick turn out for food. My wait was about five minutes quicker than the eastvale location.

This In n Out location is my family’s go-to as it is local to our hometown. It can be busy and a long drive-thru wait when it’s busy hour, but I’d say it’s usually worth it. There is plenty of parking that is shared with other businesses on the property, which doesn’t usually get over crowded but it can. The food is usually very good. I have experienced dry burgers but this is not the norm. Over all the food is usually delectable and juicy. The customer service is always 10/10, above and beyond, which keeps us coming back.

It's like all the other In-N-Out's . Loud and busy, no matter what time of day it is. It has a small dining room and a couple of tables outside. There's almost always a line of cars in the drive thru, sometimes out into the street and down the block.

If you’ve ever been to an In-N-Out Burger, the ambience is just about the same….very old school burger theme. I ordered a double double protein style, which means no bun wrapped in lettuce. I got an order of fries and the fries were definitely overcooked. That was definitely disappointing because that’s one of my favorite items on the menu. Been coming here for 20+ years but this location sucks now. Food is not up to standard many times in the past 6 months. Someone keeps burning the hamburger buns here, stop it already. I’ve never had an issue with In-N-Out, until I went to this location. I asked for a Flying Dutchman Protein style with 1 Patty, yet I was charged for a Double Double, my child asked for layered cheese fries, I asked and confirmed with 3 different employees that the cheese fries were LAYERED, they all said yes, to my surprise when I got home there was only cheese on top. This is the exact reason why I don’t like going to drive thru to get my food. If I ever go to this location again (which I hope I don’t need to) I will not be doing drive thru.

Horrible location. They are completely incapable of getting an order right. If you don’t check all your food before you drive away, you are guaranteed that some of it, and probably all of it, will be wrong. They must let it sit out in the back while you wait because it’s usually cold. Not the usual friendly staff you get at other locations either.

Service was bad, got the order incorrect and threw away the incorrect item. Said they would remake which was fine. After waiting for a while went back and that’s when they decided to start on the new burger. Replacement item was still incorrect. Just wanted grilled onions on a protein style burger, wasn’t some crazy request. We won’t be coming back to this location, hope your experience is better than ours was.
